I love the length of these workout vids. Makes it so easy to compile a custom workout routine using multiple or just one video at a time. Also good for my ADHD brain lol
@@freewithnature matter of opinion..30 minutes goes faster than you think, especially when 10 second breaks are added in-between each exercise. 30 minutes allows for a wider variety of exercises you'd probably never even think of.
I've done a huge range of online videos from yoga to cardio to strength training... and yours are the best. I have never felt so worked by videos as I have with yours. It's so encouraging and motivating. Thank you for all of your work and for your massive positivity!

This is one of my favorite exercises hands down!!! I used the light and medium bands. They are so comfortable and amazing. I can’t believe it took me so long to go from the horrible rubber bands to these. They are worth every penny!!!! Thank you Cassey!

I’m not going to lie!! This was my first time using resistance bands! I am had to take a break after EACH workout but I’m determined to get stronger with this video! Get a string booty for the long days sitting in class!!! I’ll be doing this workout every OTHER day! And I’ll be updating as well! My strength progress and the lvls on the bands I go! (A bigger side booty wouldn’t hurt either haha) 1/17/22 I’ll be back!!

Ah, thank you! It feels so good to be challenged again after finishing the #hotgirlsummersculpt. I did it without bands but I gave it my all so it did burn, without a doubt. Great moves/variations, as always. I love the colors of the timer, so pretty! Jackelyn is beautiful, I'm happy for her. What a beautiful family you guys make :)
Phew, this workout was great! I started with the bands, but I wasn't able to perform the moves properly, so I had to finish without the bands. I'll be taking this alow, and hopefully I will be able to finish the whole routine with the bands one day! I think my arms may have gotten more of a workout than my booty!😅
