I love lights and brightness, bright colors, but also that Harry Potter darkness of a library. I feel so zen - even though these workouts weren't easy, I didn't pause any of the videos! I also noticed a new chisel to my thighs I've never seen before while in downward dog. Thank you for everything. xo

I love her channel so much. There is no one else on RUclips that’s this positive, motivating, and badass than her! The workouts are short but so efficient. I’ve done 20 minutes of HIIT workouts that don’t even make me sweat and 8 minutes of blogilates makes me so sore (in a good way) and I see better results. Thank you!!!

I love this new apartment friendly series!!! I broke my foot 3 months ago and got surgery. I am still recovering so I cannot do all the jumping or things like that. These exercises are helping me to get back on track after a long time doing nothing. Thanks so much!!!!!
Doing bridal bootcamp and this is the last video of todays workout.. i could NOT get off the floor...not even vertebrae by vertebrae ... Not with momentum.. nothing.. i had to roll myself up... This was killer Redoing this now after summer sculpt ! I totally did it! I could get up! I could even handle some more!

Love this new video! But my fave ab workout are the BALLERINA SIT-UPS!!! Haven't seen those in FOREVER! I still do that video 3xs a week, and now that's it's officially swimsuit season, I'll bump it up to 5xs. I've never seen better results or felt stronger than after doing ballerina sit-ups! Sania Khondoker you have to do cardio and lift weights, cause there's no possibility to reduce fat in one spot alone. But don't worry, by doing cardio you'll reduce all the fat in your body, an by lifting weight you'll gain muscles - which means bigger and rounder butt, tighter abs, tones legs, etc. 💪

My favourite move was the elevated bridge pulses. edit: I have a question. If you cant get your leg straight up for the windshield wiper and the single legged bridge, is it a matter of flexibility? If so, how can you get yourself to stretch your leg to be able to get it straight up?
