I didn't use to like working out at all...in fact I used to HATE it...until I discovered blogilates. It is such a friendly and inspiring comunity. Sania Khondoker you have to do cardio and lift weights, cause there's no possibility to reduce fat in one spot alone. But don't worry, by doing cardio you'll reduce all the fat in your body, an by lifting weight you'll gain muscles - which means bigger and rounder butt, tighter abs, tones legs, etc. 💪
i was just about to say the same. if you do cardio, plyos and weight exercises that will trim you right down!!!

Today is 9/6/17 and this whole apartment series was on the calendar. I must say - this apartment decor made me happy. I love lights and brightness, bright colors, but also that Harry Potter darkness of a library. I feel so zen - even though these workouts weren't easy, I didn't pause any of the videos! I also noticed a new chisel to my thighs I've never seen before while in downward dog. Thank you for everything. xo

Love this new video! But my fave ab workout are the BALLERINA SIT-UPS!!! Haven't seen those in FOREVER! I still do that video 3xs a week, and now that's it's officially swimsuit season, I'll bump it up to 5xs. I've never seen better results or felt stronger than after doing ballerina sit-ups! Thx for sharing, Cassey!

I really love the hit bod. About 4 song challenges together in one workout. Great on days I do straight cardio but don't want to neglect muscle tone and shape. Video is on the older side
I love her channel so much. There is no one else on RUclips that’s this positive, motivating, and badass than her! The workouts are short but so efficient. I’ve done 20 minutes of HIIT workouts that don’t even make me sweat and 8 minutes of blogilates makes me so sore (in a good way) and I see better results. Thank you!!!

My 4yr daughter is coaching me to keep pushing like Cassy said. You can do mommy. You're do good mommy. I love having her cheer me on. Make me push harder than when she not in the room to do so.
Ever think of doing a kid friendly workout just for fun? I exercise with my 4 year old by my side and she gets frustrated it would be fun to see you with kids working out

Laura on the other hand is on her way and is expected to strengthen to a category 3 possibly a 4 by landfall Thursday morning.
I finally saw improvement on this video! Never before could I do the single leg butt pulses and for once I made it strong all the way through! Thank you Cassey! Much love.

Cassey, I am loving the apartment friendly workout series. I'm a XC and Track coach and love these for strength and conditioning. These videos are totally killer and I love it! I love all of the glute moves and everything for the abs. The bridge work and plank work challenged me and pushed my limits. Thank you so much! I needed these since I live in an apartment.

edit: I have a question. If you cant get your leg straight up for the windshield wiper and the single legged bridge, is it a matter of flexibility? If so, how can you get yourself to stretch your leg to be able to get it straight up?

I love this new apartment friendly series!!! I broke my foot 3 months ago and got surgery. I am still recovering so I cannot do all the jumping or things like that. These exercises are helping me to get back on track after a long time doing nothing. Thanks so much!!!!!

I'm six months post partum and am gradually getting back into doing your workout. This one was a killer on my butt that's had a long rest! Loved the heel bridges.
The work out where I curse the most are the best and most effective ones. 😅

Carolien Dierickx Make sure you're not arching your back too much. When you do those moves think about keeping your back REALLY straight and your abs tight. Hope this helps a bit! 😊
If you focus on pushing through your legs, the pain goes away. If it hurts it means you are using your lumbar area which can cause injuries.
Remember that you're lifting your BUTT and not your back. All lifting should be focused on your lower body only.
This is one of my favorite series!
Also also, working out with you is my favorite part of the day. I always leave feeling so upbeat and happy.
