I noticed that I was becoming less motivated as the years went on. however, I returned to blogilates and remembered why I love working out in the first place. I know right?!? I have been struggling with the starfish move for over a year, but I am finally starting to make a little progress! I have always put my knee down for starfish moves, and then I started trying to hold the full pose for three seconds, five seconds, etc.

I love your full body workouts! I love that I can spend 13 minutes and feel like I got a full body toning! If these were 30 minutes, I know I wouldn't do them as often. Thanks for being short and effective! I always look forward to new videos.

Cassey, i love the apartment friendly videos. Whether i'm in my apartment or at the gym, it's nice to be quiet. I love the sit up with the bend forward aspect! It felt nice to feel the stretch
I absolutely love this one! I haven't worked out that much in a couple of months and this full body one is perfect to get me back into it. I was so sore the next day! I actually really like the push-ups because they work the pecs too and will perk up my ladies!
I've been doing pilates with you for about 4 years. Im not consistent enough to see the weight come off, but consistent enough to notice a better mood when i do pilates

I loved this! Effective yet kind of chill at the same time and low impact (great for us arthritic folks). My fave move was the sit up forward bend one near the end!
theFitty I workout with Cassy, 7 days a week (no excuses) and on a minimum day it's 1/2 hour but other days I repeat the 3 videos over 2X's.... when Cassy inspires us, it distracts me from the pain and I giver more!!! I 💜 her! 👌👌👑👑
The Ralphies that's fit-tastic! I workout generally about the same amount but it's slowly dwindling down as the school year gets busier and busier. Sometimes I try to review notes and hula hoop. ;) I'm from Canada, by the way!

Thanks so much Casey for this workout! My favourite move was the lifted left crunch/sit up move, because I felt like I got the most out of it. I'm not sure how much I got out of the leg and butt section, because I was falling all over the place, but I'm sure it'll be just as awesome once I improve my balance! 😘
Really loved the moves that were off the floor, I travel a bit and it's nice to have work out moves that keep you off the ground - especially if you can't pack your yoga mat.

Been slacking and ditching 3 of your latest workouts. Ditching your workout calendar too (OUCH, SORRY! haha) and only doing workouts that I like. Some days, I only do like 1 workout. Absolutely love these small complete workouts! Thank you, Cassey! Because I have an upper back health problem, I don't do very well with planks and push-ups, so I have to say that I prefer work-outs with less of these. ;)
The arms section killed me. Push ups into bird dogs and flying bird dogs was surprisingly difficult. I loved the balancing at the beginning. I can feel myself getting better at it.

LOVE the 4 step sit up! Add the little stretch with the muscle work really alleviates the pain in the muscles.
