I don't know why but the fact that she zoomed in on her legs when they were shaking gave me a lot of confidence in the fact that my legs were shaking like cRAZY too so I must be doing something right. She never fails to point out that she's also human and these things are normal.

@@ZainbMunirany movement, especially if someone is sedentary, will help tone up. To loose fat, it’s not something you can target. Body fat is an all-over %. Check with your PCP to see what nutrition you should be doing for your specific body, then incorporate exercise along with it☺️

Definitely, at one point I was so focused on what she was saying that I didn't ever realize a minute had already gone by.

I love how she talks to you like you’re her friend. I love hearing her talk about food, eyelashes, pop princesses, etc. it really distracts from the pain.
Omg I literally just did the workout and of course I needed some breaks. But if you need them-take them, because we all know that Cassey is a pro. She's exercising for many years and don't feel guilty for taking those breaks. ALSO I LOVE how Cassey always has something to talk about and it makes it easier to workout out. I can only imagine how hard it is to talk through that pain and find what to talk about haha. And if you feel bad about the way your body looks stop it! You're beautiful even though u are underweight or overweight. If you work hard you will get your dream body, but that's not the point! You should workout to feel good, healthy and energized (there's alot of things why you should workout). And after working out alot you will feel so strong and amazing TRUST ME! And if you still don't feel confident about your body don't compare yourself to others because we are all completely different and the most important thing is being healthy and anyone can ne healthy! I had to pause a couple times, especially at the beginning with the plie pulses, but I got through the whole thing!! My legs are dying now and I'm definitely going to be sore tomorrow, but it's all good. I love it! ❤️

@@devakigarrido956 toning exercises like this don’t reduce fat on the legs because you can’t spot reduce fat. Since this comment I stopped doing these workouts, I definitely got stronger but I didn’t notice anything significant with muscle growth or “tone”

Im an athlete and im addicted to working out. Most of the videos i watch are harder to get through because its just music. Your talking calmed me and made me not stop. I loved this workout. Im so insecure about my thighs and the burn i felt was amazing.

I have been doing her extreme workouts on alternate days for about 4 weeks now. I used to die at leg circles and inner thighs. Today i was so surprised that i could even lift my leg high for circles and do my inner thighs without pausing! I could even grab my ankles while doing the inner thighs. I couldnt do it in the past cauz my side thighs would ache so much as i was doing inner thighs.
4 weeks ago, i was flabby. I can see some progress as well in terms of muscle definition. Muscles are much harder and toned. I weigh 1kg heavier, but i know it's cauz my muscles have been growing!

Is this for real? Hope I can get results as good as these. The largest part of my thigh is 47cm and there huge. My thighs have always been my an insecurity of mine, especially since they look out of place since I’m a little smaller on top as my waist is 55cm. Literally ur legs are to die for💜 if u don’t mind me asking how tall are u? And did u do any cardio along with this?
I love that whenever you talk about a certain topic during your workouts (mainly food) it makes me relax and close my eyes as I listen to you and have my body feel the burn at the same time.

Keep the extreme workouts coming! I regularly work out but have stayed away from the gym with covid. Usually RUclips workouts aren’t hard enough for me, but this one and the extreme abs workout may convert me to only doing home workouts from now on! I would love to see arms and cardio ones! The butt one is next on my list.

Ive been on and off follower of yours for a decade now but recently I got back into fitness. I’ve been doing your 21 day tone challenge and I really love it! I’m big on variety and I enjoy that your videos are sometimes no repeats or 3 rounds of 7 moves. Some with breaks, some without. Sometimes I’m sweating, sometimes I’m shaking, sometimes I’m sore after. But one thing is for sure, I always feel accomplished! I am learning to enjoy working out as a part of my weekly routine and not because I’m trying to achieve a certain body.
