I think people have been hating on her because of her clickbait videos. You can't decide where exactly in your body you are going to lose weight. The same way when you overeat, you can't decide if the fat goes to your boobs, butt, thighs or waist, that's the same way that when you lose weight, you can't decide where you're going to lose it. So all these 'thigh slimming' workouts she does are clickbait. You can decide where you build muscle, but not where you lose weight. So her leg workouts mainly just workout, i.e. build muscle, on your legs. That's why people've been getting pissed off.
waters129 honestly this is what literally every workout channel does and it’s not really clickbait, you do workouts that target a specific area of your body hence you gain muscle which makes that area look more toned and slimmer.

I can't wait to try this workout tomorrow! Even if I prefer training my upperbody previewing this video makes me excited to work my lower body! By the way to anyone reading this, please remind yourself that you can be healthy and fit and have cellulite, thighs which touch each other, etc.. It's so important to focus on the inside. For example, even if I'm still a little bit underweight (I'm gaining! To anyone recovering, you can do it, I believe in you!) for some reasons and really lean, my thighs touch each other. And that is simply because I have a small pelvis. So please, remind yourself that everyone's body is different and the important is how you feel. Your body is an experience, not an image. I’ve just found this video and I have been struggling for months to find exercises for my inner things, as they often were way to easy, but this workout had me lying on the floor, with my legs being dead. But I loved this workout and will continue this as it seems to really help

This definitely gives you dancer legs! I got compliments on my short stubby legs this summer and if I was a dancer?! Made me feel good. Worth the tough calve and wide sumo squat. Ouch! Almost cried the 1st couple of times and couldn’t feel my legs at times. Thank you again!

Day 1~ it was HARD. But made it till the end. Took a lot of breaks. Day 2~ was so much easier than yesterday. Did it till the end with some breaks in between. Ok so I was getting ready to go out for a walk when I noticed that the cellulite in the outer side of my thighs is completely gone! It's just day 2! Day 3~ It was easier and the soreness lessened. My calves looked a bit toned. My thigh has a lot of fat, so it needs a lot of work before I see some toning there. Day 4~ did it. I don't feel so sore anymore. It's bearable now. The cellulite in the inner side of my thighs have reduced visibly. My aunt told me that I look slimmer. I have also lost 3 kgs overall.

Here’s my “work out diary” for this experience! Day 1: BURNINGGGG that was crazy. Thighs hurt, so far no changes ✅ Day 2: Still a little sore, but not too many changes yet. I do feel muscle gain on the outside of my thighs. ✅ Day 3: today was a little harder (physically) for me to do the work out, I feel sore but I’ve noticed some clear toning up I’m my thighs and calf. ✅
I have so much respect for you ! when ever i do your workouts i realise how strong your body and mind must be. Love the burn love the discipline love the feeling of strength. Thank you for the workout and for the never ending inspiration

Here’s my “work out diary” for this experience!
Day 1: BURNINGGGG that was crazy. Thighs hurt, so far no changes ✅
Day 2: Still a little sore, but not too many changes yet. I do feel muscle gain on the outside of my thighs. ✅
Day 3: today was a little harder (physically) for me to do the work out, I feel sore but I’ve noticed some clear toning up I’m my thighs and calf. ✅
