    One of the things that I learned about my body, doing these workouts, is that one workout could be so easy one day and hard another day. My body is changing all the time, the hormones especially. I embrace it all; as long as I'm being consistent and working my muscles.

      Youre absolutely right. Not everyday is the same. Its important to not feel guilty and ashamed on days when your body just doesnt want to work. Its okay, you can give your absolute best on days when it does support you.

    She is underrated, she doesn't get that much hype as chloe ting and others, but she should. Her workout burn so much, and she is such a warm person and always smiling. I don't understand why she is getting hate, she is amazing!!!

      I think people have been hating on her because of her clickbait videos. You can't decide where exactly in your body you are going to lose weight. The same way when you overeat, you can't decide if the fat goes to your boobs, butt, thighs or waist, that's the same way that when you lose weight, you can't decide where you're going to lose it. So all these 'thigh slimming' workouts she does are clickbait. You can decide where you build muscle, but not where you lose weight. So her leg workouts mainly just workout, i.e. build muscle, on your legs. That's why people've been getting pissed off.

      waters129 honestly this is what literally every workout channel does and it’s not really clickbait, you do workouts that target a specific area of your body hence you gain muscle which makes that area look more toned and slimmer.

    I can't wait to try this workout tomorrow! Even if I prefer training my upperbody previewing this video makes me excited to work my lower body!
    By the way to anyone reading this, please remind yourself that you can be healthy and fit and have cellulite, thighs which touch each other, etc.. It's so important to focus on the inside. For example, even if I'm still a little bit underweight (I'm gaining! To anyone recovering, you can do it, I believe in you!) for some reasons and really lean, my thighs touch each other. And that is simply because I have a small pelvis. So please, remind yourself that everyone's body is different and the important is how you feel. Your body is an experience, not an image. Much love (and strength to do this workout!)

    I’ve just found this video and I have been struggling for months to find exercises for my inner things, as they often were way to easy, but this workout had me lying on the floor, with my legs being dead.
    But I loved this workout and will continue this as it seems to really help

    Partially thanks to Cassey i went from only working out to lose at least a tiny bit of weight and slim up before a holiday and hating it and just crying on my mat to actually thinking i want to live every day like that and be strong and start hiking and eat healthy and just be fit and sporty. Cassey = inspiring

    Today is the last of the the 28 beginners calendar for me! I am so excited to be graduating to the monthly calendars! I dont see the change in the mirror, but I can def tell how much stronger and more flexible I have become in only 28 days. Alright- on the last video! Cheers!

    This definitely gives you dancer legs! I got compliments on my short stubby legs this summer and if I was a dancer?! Made me feel good. Worth the tough calve and wide sumo squat. Ouch! Almost cried the 1st couple of times and couldn’t feel my legs at times. Thank you again!

    Day 1~ it was HARD. But made it till the end. Took a lot of breaks.
    Day 2~ was so much easier than yesterday. Did it till the end with some breaks in between.
    Ok so I was getting ready to go out for a walk when I noticed that the cellulite in the outer side of my thighs is completely gone! It's just day 2!
    Day 3~ It was easier and the soreness lessened. My calves looked a bit toned. My thigh has a lot of fat, so it needs a lot of work before I see some toning there.
    Day 4~ did it. I don't feel so sore anymore. It's bearable now. The cellulite in the inner side of my thighs have reduced visibly. My aunt told me that I look slimmer. I have also lost 3 kgs overall.

    Honestly I'm on this channel for a years now but only watch or practice excercise once in a blue moon. I really got thick thighs I just hope i work on this inner thigh workout. Please encourage me if you come across my comment. I really need motivation in life.

    I remember i used to struggle so much with leg circles, it hurted so much , and now with alot of consistency and practice i can do them effortless compared to a year ago 🎉❤

    Here’s my “work out diary” for this experience!
    Day 1: BURNINGGGG that was crazy. Thighs hurt, so far no changes ✅
    Day 2: Still a little sore, but not too many changes yet. I do feel muscle gain on the outside of my thighs. ✅
    Day 3: today was a little harder (physically) for me to do the work out, I feel sore but I’ve noticed some clear toning up I’m my thighs and calf. ✅
