- Today we're going to build off of last week's thigh foundations workout and yes, it's going to get a bit more extreme!!! We are going to focus on isolated movements to give you a deep thigh and leg workout to help you build strong and slim thighs. I know you guys can handle it. Are you ready?!

I think people have been hating on her because of her clickbait videos. You can't decide where exactly in your body you are going to lose weight. The same way when you overeat, you can't decide if the fat goes to your boobs, butt, thighs or waist, that's the same way that when you lose weight, you can't decide where you're going to lose it. So all these 'thigh slimming' workouts she does are clickbait. You can decide where you build muscle, but not where you lose weight. So her leg workouts mainly just workout, i.e. build muscle, on your legs. That's why people've been getting pissed off.
waters129 honestly this is what literally every workout channel does and it’s not really clickbait, you do workouts that target a specific area of your body hence you gain muscle which makes that area look more toned and slimmer.
Why is she getting hate, she seems so sweet! :(
One of the things that I learned about my body, doing these workouts, is that one workout could be so easy one day and hard another day. My body is changing all the time, the hormones especially. I embrace it all; as long as I'm being consistent and working my muscles.

Youre absolutely right. Not everyday is the same. Its important to not feel guilty and ashamed on days when your body just doesnt want to work. Its okay, you can give your absolute best on days when it does support you.

Partially thanks to Cassey i went from only working out to lose at least a tiny bit of weight and slim up before a holiday and hating it and just crying on my mat to actually thinking i want to live every day like that and be strong and start hiking and eat healthy and just be fit and sporty. Just did this workout, I haven’t worked out in almost a year and have fallen out of love with my mum-bod. I managed to do the whole thing with only a couple of rests, I’m so happy!! 😊
I can't wait to try this workout tomorrow! Even if I prefer training my upperbody previewing this video makes me excited to work my lower body!
By the way to anyone reading this, please remind yourself that you can be healthy and fit and have cellulite, thighs which touch each other, etc.. It's so important to focus on the inside. For example, even if I'm still a little bit underweight (I'm gaining! To anyone recovering, you can do it, I believe in you!) for some reasons and really lean, my thighs touch each other. And that is simply because I have a small pelvis. So please, remind yourself that everyone's body is different and the important is how you feel. Your body is an experience, not an image. Much love (and strength to do this workout!)

I’ve just found this video and I have been struggling for months to find exercises for my inner things, as they often were way to easy, but this workout had me lying on the floor, with my legs being dead.
But I loved this workout and will continue this as it seems to really help

I had to pause a few times to quickly stretch out the leg because it just got! Thank god you can pause to do just that.

This definitely gives you dancer legs! I got compliments on my short stubby legs this summer and if I was a dancer?! Made me feel good. Worth the tough calve and wide sumo squat. Ouch! Almost cried the 1st couple of times and couldn’t feel my legs at times. Thank you again!
