    This is the BEST! I work out every day and was doing Tonal every other day with heavier weights and I wasn't seeing a change in my arms. They seemed puffy from the weights. I stopped doing weights and have only done this video daily for the past 3 weeks and everyone is commenting on my arms. I can 100% see a difference. And it's so easy to do this video. It's really just 13 min and goes by so quickly but you don't sweat so you can do it after you are dressed for the day, which I love. Highly highly recommend!

    Holy cow...I AM HOOKED! I am going to do this every other day for the next two weeks (YES, like I saw on The Today Show) AND I am going to follow all your stuff! Your energy, your flow with fun is addictive and a GREAT distraction from the pain (okay, pulse feelings). SO SO SO Excited. I weigh more than I ever have in my life. I am going thru the change to being an "old" woman and everything is hitting me in a thousand ways. Here's to you and HUMONGOUS thanks! I'm excited to see the outcome of this!!!!!

      Do you find your posture is better? I am embarrassed about how bad my posture is. I hear arm workouts help strengthen back muscles and that helps posture. I can't get through this video yet lol Like at all...less than a minute, burning arms lol

    Wow first timer here. Saw this on her Today Show IG and I love it. I had to stop for a few quick seconds because my shoulders were burning so bad. But I want to continue to do it. Awesome work out with no weights that is the best.

    I’m a recovering cancer patient (surgeries, radiation) and I try do this workout at least once a week, I can’t get through it without resting 3/4 times, but my goal is to make it all the way through. I think that bc of doing this I didn’t have any Arm edema. Thank you Cassie🥰

    I'd gotten to the point of keeping my arms up through the 20 minute video, but I had to have surgery and am just getting back into it; it's so much harder after a three month break! But I'm wearing an off the shoulder wedding dress in 5 weeks, so I'm getting back into it! 😅

    I realize even though I attend them gym for weightlifting, my muscular endurance is not up to par, at least not for workouts that really get into areas that aren’t normally worked. I lift fairly heavy. I’ve had to take mini breaks about 6 times through this video. I have a very athletic build, so recovering comes fast and I break less. I’ll be stronger and cut the breaks in half for these arm workouts. And hopefully I can make it through without breaking next time! 😊

      you’ll gain muscle/ tone as well as burning arm fat at the same time - as long as you do cardio videos as well 😊

      😂😂😂😂 I’m glad you lost the weight. But you did it from diet Bc this definitely doesn’t count as exercise. You got played. It happened. Being in denial and spreading false information doesn’t help. The saying it’s easier to fool someone than to convince them they have been fooled 🤦‍♂️🤦‍♂️🤦‍♂️

    I have been weight lifting for 6 years now, on top of a retail (heavy lifting) and horse riding on the side… my muscles are crying. After 12 reps of each exercise I had to take a breather which really opened my eyes about how, yes, I’m extremely strong for someone of my situation, but my ENDURANCE is not there. Do not bash the weightless workouts unless these videos bring you absolutely no pain/burning or any discomfort whatsoever despite activating the muscles. Most lifters I see bashing these videos just flop their arms around and don’t actually take the time to activate and engage their muscles, so it fails on purpose.

    Gotta say, this is so great. 22yo male and I've always been so self conscious about my upper arms and chest. I've been working at losing weight and I'm at 205lbs down from 315. I'm not big on weight lifting and I know I put it off and use "I have to buy some or sign up for a gym" as an excuse. But im excited to try this, and it's something I can do at work! Love your energy!

      your muscles being fatigued doesnt mean you did anything.. muscles need stress in order to grow. As in resistance. like WEIGHTED resistance. the burn you feel when doing this js just lactic acid build up

      Don't listen to the weightless workout haters. There is no one "true" way to do a workout. Do what you like, because that is the exercise that you will continue to do. :) I did weight training in high school and undergrad, and now I love yoga. But exercises like this one are things that I can do at work, when I need to do something to keep alert and awake.
      I would say this workout is great for building up endurance! Our quirky organic bodies are really good at getting better at a thing if we do more of it. :D

      @@whatthefloppa2700 there is still weight involved here(the weight of your arm) which makes it effective and I mean you are kind of right arm exercises without weight will not do anything but truly weightless workouts don't exist because it is impossible to discount the weight of your arm

    She forgets women who have big boobs. We cannot easily just hold our elbows together. I mean they do sort of get in the way but otherwise, this is really intense

    That was crazy! I work out 5-6 days a week without fail, but mostly HIIT & cardio & weights a couple times a week, and I have no idea how she didn't put her arms down once. I had to take probably 10 5-15 second breaks, really painful.

    OMGSH Cassey! you worked the crud off my arms...Literally! I am a gastric sleeve patient and your workouts have helped me tone my arms & core soo much and since I used to have a ton of hangy under arm skin these weightless arms have pulled it in so much I don't think I will need to have skin removed there. My core still has some ways to go. I remain optimistic though. Any tips on pulling in lose skin after significant weight loss? Every tip is appreciated!!

    I just wanted to try to see if this would make a difference, because my rotator cuff has been bugging me lately, nothing too serious. I took my time and did your workout while sitting; I’m in shock that it was so effective! My rotator cuff feels a bit stronger or not as tight? I will continue doing it for the next two weeks and keep you posted. Thank you for taking the time to post these !

      I have severe issues with my rotator cuff 😭I'm always amazed that I can hurt so much and AFTER Cassey's arm workouts it ALWAYS feels better 👍 Amazing! I had to slow down on lifting weights and her weightless arm workouts helped so much ❤️

    Saw this under my google news feed. I normally lift weights 3-4 x a week. I need to learn some new moves. I kept up fine but my chest gets in the way of keeping my arms together (DDD cup) but I loved it thank you.

    I really felt this in the triceps which is an area I find hard to hit, thanks Cassey! ❤ I struggle so much with the moves like prayer pulse and bicep curl where we keep our elbows together, I find it hard to get both elbows over my boobs without curving and hurting my back 😅 I love your hair too ❤

    I lift weights several times a week and as others said, I had to take a break in between. Good workout. Will see if it changes results in a few weeks. Really wish she wouldn’t talk constantly though....... Play more music instead please.

    This is something I can’t do all at once but it’s definitely fun to try and get through! I am very much a beginner and am working to improve my body little by little. One day I’ll confidently be able to get through the whole video in one sitting 😂

    Nice arm workout. Dont see how this is a pilates workout. No cues about what to think about. No cuing of abdominals. Spine moves with arms when she is moving without her knowledge, etc. This is not for a beginner. You could strain shoulders, & neck

    Thank you so much for this wonder! No push-ups or planks and my arms and chest are burning. Though I must confess I did pull my arms down twice! Hopefully the next time without bring them down. And also thanks for not making me put a lot of weight on my wrists because they get sore the easiest. This really is such a great workout I can't stop gushing about it! ❤️

    Love this workout, it's hard to find a good weightless, plankless workout that I can do in a hotel room without having to kneel or touch the icky floor. Thank you!

    This is the first time I was able to make it through the workout without too many stops . Shook my arms out 2-3 times this time 🤪

    This workout is amazing! My arms are so weak, you couldn't see any muscle movement even if I squeezed it really hard. I've done this workout only two times, and I already see some progress, I'm so happy!

    Love this one! One minute in and my arms were burning 🥵 I lift weights and do strength training but these are my favourite so fun and help me with strength training and push-ups too, been doing your workouts for a few years and notice I’m more toned than before just doing strength and cardio. Love the variety anyways thank you for all you do and post😍😍😍 love your new hair too!!

    I loved the style and choreography of this video! It felt like we were doing the classic pop pilates form. A dance, with just your arms! So fun!

    Oh. My. Gosh. Cassey , I love you. This was my first time completing the workout without dropping my arms. Been doing this for half a month, sometimes for 5 days I really struggled to get up and back again, but I kept pushing and pushing, I was finally able to complete it without taking breaks. My initial goal was to get skinny arms because they have always been an insecurity of mine, but now I feel like I’ve accomplished my goal by having finished this without dropping my arms with accuracy.
    I’ve always had weak arms, regardless of how thick they are, they really just contained fat, but when I started doing your workouts, I flexed in the mirror, and there I saw muscle definition. Who says weightless workouts don’t work?😮
    Thanks for helping me conquer my dreams and build my muscle strength.❤

    I have to be honest. I have an old injury to my left shoulder and neck so I had to pause often during the workout because the burn was a little of a lot too much at times. But I pulled through!

    Such a burner!! 🔥 I tried to not put my hands down. Made it through a few songs but not the whole way. This is intense 💪🏼
