I have been weight lifting for 6 years now, on top of a retail (heavy lifting) and horse riding on the side… my muscles are crying. After 12 reps of each exercise I had to take a breather which really opened my eyes about how, yes, I’m extremely strong for someone of my situation, but my ENDURANCE is not there. Do not bash the weightless workouts unless these videos bring you absolutely no pain/burning or any discomfort whatsoever despite activating the muscles. Most lifters I see bashing these videos just flop their arms around and don’t actually take the time to activate and engage their muscles, so it fails on purpose.
Gotta say, this is so great. 22yo male and I've always been so self conscious about my upper arms and chest. I've been working at losing weight and I'm at 205lbs down from 315. I'm not big on weight lifting and I know I put it off and use "I have to buy some or sign up for a gym" as an excuse. But im excited to try this, and it's something I can do at work! Love your energy!

This is the BEST! I work out every day and was doing Tonal every other day with heavier weights and I wasn't seeing a change in my arms. They seemed puffy from the weights. I stopped doing weights and have only done this video daily for the past 3 weeks and everyone is commenting on my arms. I can 100% see a difference. And it's so easy to do this video. It's really just 13 min and goes by so quickly but you don't sweat so you can do it after you are dressed for the day, which I love. Highly highly recommend!
I'm so happy to find another weightless arms workout, without any pushups and so on. I have a problem with my wrist since forever, and I can't really lean on it because it's painful, so thank you for that video!!! PS we love your bangs
@@MariaMaria-pd9tt Yesterday I do my Push day so why should I do something useless. I can tell you Skull Crushers, Dips and Diamond Push ups are way more efficient than something with no weight or no resistance

your muscles being fatigued doesnt mean you did anything.. muscles need stress in order to grow. As in resistance. like WEIGHTED resistance. the burn you feel when doing this js just lactic acid build up
Don't listen to the weightless workout haters. There is no one "true" way to do a workout. Do what you like, because that is the exercise that you will continue to do. :) I did weight training in high school and undergrad, and now I love yoga. But exercises like this one are things that I can do at work, when I need to do something to keep alert and awake. I would say this workout is great for building up endurance! Our quirky organic bodies are really good at getting better at a thing if we do more of it. :D
@@whatthefloppa2700 there is still weight involved here(the weight of your arm) which makes it effective and I mean you are kind of right arm exercises without weight will not do anything but truly weightless workouts don't exist because it is impossible to discount the weight of your arm

Do you find your posture is better? I am embarrassed about how bad my posture is. I hear arm workouts help strengthen back muscles and that helps posture. I can't get through this video yet lol Like at all...less than a minute, burning arms lol
Saw this under my google news feed. I normally lift weights 3-4 x a week. I need to learn some new moves. I kept up fine but my chest gets in the way of keeping my arms together (DDD cup) but I loved it thank you.
OMGSH Cassey! you worked the crud off my arms...Literally! I am a gastric sleeve patient and your workouts have helped me tone my arms & core soo much and since I used to have a ton of hangy under arm skin these weightless arms have pulled it in so much I don't think I will need to have skin removed there. My core still has some ways to go. I remain optimistic though. Any tips on pulling in lose skin after significant weight loss? Every tip is appreciated!!

You always amaze me how you talk through the whole thing but it also is a great distraction. Those chest presses and bicep squeeze curls were icing on the cake!

OMG I've never felt the burn in my arms like I do now but I do plan on following this and I will keep you updated. This workout is amazing! My arms are so weak, you couldn't see any muscle movement even if I squeezed it really hard. I've done this workout only two times, and I already see some progress, I'm so happy!
I broke my foot a month ago and it's been really hard to stay motivated to work out when i can't really move at all. Thank God for this video, it's really helping a lot.
That's good to hear. During the pandemic I sprained my ankle and was bummed out BC I like to run and lift but I found some chair videos online...they help keep you active!
Oh. My. Gosh. Cassey , I love you. This was my first time completing the workout without dropping my arms. Been doing this for half a month, sometimes for 5 days I really struggled to get up and back again, but I kept pushing and pushing, I was finally able to complete it without taking breaks. My initial goal was to get skinny arms because they have always been an insecurity of mine, but now I feel like I’ve accomplished my goal by having finished this without dropping my arms with accuracy. I’ve always had weak arms, regardless of how thick they are, they really just contained fat, but when I started doing your workouts, I flexed in the mirror, and there I saw muscle definition. Thank you so much for this wonder! No push-ups or planks and my arms and chest are burning. Though I must confess I did pull my arms down twice! Hopefully the next time without bring them down. This is perfect for my active recovery days in between my heavy weightlifting days!!! 😍 It really is perfect for helping with posture, alignment, and stretching/strengthening those deep muscles and ligaments that connect directly to the bones and joints. I have a replaced elbow and this work out is such an accessible way for me to build strength without compromising the longevity of my replacement! I have really struggled to find strength training that doesn’t involve weight bearing arm activities. Thanks for being inclusive ❤️

I have done so manyyyyy workouts in these years, even hers. But nothing like this one. If u have hand injury and can’t do dips or any weights, it’s perfect and filled with new moves. Expect your arms and chest muscles shaking!! I’m in love how this weightless arm workout also includes chest!! Thankyou so much!!

I like how you didn’t have the timer in the right hand corner! Somehow that helps me not stop and keep going! Plus I love the fluid movements of one into the next!

That was crazy! I work out 5-6 days a week without fail, but mostly HIIT & cardio & weights a couple times a week, and I have no idea how she didn't put her arms down once. I had to take probably 10 5-15 second breaks, really painful.
Hi! I am a man and just saw this lesson because my grandma does this lesson! I didn't think much of this so she challenged me to an armwrestle. I could not even move her arm even using both my arms together 😟

I found your channel 2 weeks ago and started the weightless arm workout about 6 days ago. I can actually feel the muscles being worked and like the fact that I'm using my own body strength to perform the exercise. When I finish, I feel like this exercise will give me the results I'm looking for. Plus your cheerful personality and encouragement during the workout keeps me motivated! I just wanted to try to see if this would make a difference, because my rotator cuff has been bugging me lately, nothing too serious. I took my time and did your workout while sitting; I’m in shock that it was so effective! My rotator cuff feels a bit stronger or not as tight? can confirm, i lift weights 4 times a week and I still had to take breaks when I did that after your cardio arm workout! this was insane

OMG I've never felt the burn in my arms like I do now but I do plan on following this and I will keep you updated. This workout is amazing! My arms are so weak, you couldn't see any muscle movement even if I squeezed it really hard. I've done this workout only two times, and I already see some progress, I'm so happy!

That's good to hear. During the pandemic I sprained my ankle and was bummed out BC I like to run and lift but I found some chair videos online...they help keep you active!
Oh. My. Gosh. Cassey , I love you. This was my first time completing the workout without dropping my arms. Been doing this for half a month, sometimes for 5 days I really struggled to get up and back again, but I kept pushing and pushing, I was finally able to complete it without taking breaks. My initial goal was to get skinny arms because they have always been an insecurity of mine, but now I feel like I’ve accomplished my goal by having finished this without dropping my arms with accuracy.
I’ve always had weak arms, regardless of how thick they are, they really just contained fat, but when I started doing your workouts, I flexed in the mirror, and there I saw muscle definition. Who says weightless workouts don’t work?😮

Thank you so much for this wonder! No push-ups or planks and my arms and chest are burning. Though I must confess I did pull my arms down twice! Hopefully the next time without bring them down. And also thanks for not making me put a lot of weight on my wrists because they get sore the easiest. This really is such a great workout I can't stop gushing about it! ❤️

This is perfect for my active recovery days in between my heavy weightlifting days!!! 😍 It really is perfect for helping with posture, alignment, and stretching/strengthening those deep muscles and ligaments that connect directly to the bones and joints. My wrists are dying, but in a good way, because they needed the lengthening 😅😂 I love your weightless arm workouts. I have a replaced elbow and this work out is such an accessible way for me to build strength without compromising the longevity of my replacement! I have really struggled to find strength training that doesn’t involve weight bearing arm activities. Thanks for being inclusive ❤️

I have done so manyyyyy workouts in these years, even hers. But nothing like this one. If u have hand injury and can’t do dips or any weights, it’s perfect and filled with new moves. Expect your arms and chest muscles shaking!! I’m in love how this weightless arm workout also includes chest!! Thankyou so much!!

So glad we did a weightless arm workout as I missed them but also seriously need to work my arms and upper body! That was crazy! I work out 5-6 days a week without fail, but mostly HIIT & cardio & weights a couple times a week, and I have no idea how she didn't put her arms down once. I had to take probably 10 5-15 second breaks, really painful.
Hi! I am a man and just saw this lesson because my grandma does this lesson! I didn't think much of this so she challenged me to an armwrestle. I could not even move her arm even using both my arms together 😟

I found your channel 2 weeks ago and started the weightless arm workout about 6 days ago. I can actually feel the muscles being worked and like the fact that I'm using my own body strength to perform the exercise. When I finish, I feel like this exercise will give me the results I'm looking for. Plus your cheerful personality and encouragement during the workout keeps me motivated! Thank you for a great arm workout ( I also follow with your 1 minute ab toning exercise--love this one too!

I just wanted to try to see if this would make a difference, because my rotator cuff has been bugging me lately, nothing too serious. I took my time and did your workout while sitting; I’m in shock that it was so effective! My rotator cuff feels a bit stronger or not as tight? I have severe issues with my rotator cuff 😭I'm always amazed that I can hurt so much and AFTER Cassey's arm workouts it ALWAYS feels better 👍 Amazing! I had to slow down on lifting weights and her weightless arm workouts helped so much ❤️
