I was able to get through this workout with almost no breaks! When I first starting doing your work outs about a year ago, I asked my boyfriend (who used to play football and would work out 7 hours a day) to do them with me. He kind of was like whatever it looks easy...2 minutes in he was dying. Now he is doing the 21 day tone with me and he even said today, This woman has earned my full respect and her workouts are some of the hardest I've done. Especially on Day 3 of the 21 day tone.

I used to be a very active person then this pandemic happened and my masters that I was doing in Spain , my thesis research, mi job prospects all has put on hold, got another direction or just faded, I wasnt at home where my babies (pets) kept me always active, I could ride (dressage) so I got in some sort of depression that I would spend all day in bed playing with the phone... your routines have guideded me back to be myself again and I know its a long road, Im just glad I run into one of your videos on tiktok and here I am on my way to be myself again THANKS.
@@teekay698 when I did the 21 one days challenge, I lost 2,9 kg (6,39 lbs) which I think is good in 3 weeks considering my type of bodyshape. I am more on the skinny/slim side, maybe that's why I couldn't lose 5-6kg ( 11,023-13,22 lbs). Anyways it worked for me and what's more important, it helped me on my mental part. My positivity level increased.

honestly, this is the only workout challenge that I have fully committed to! I love working out, but I don't enjoy super intense cardio heavy workout challenges that require you to work out an hour a day. I love pilates and ballet barre, etc. so thank you Cassey for this amazing challenge that is really getting me back into shape!!!

@@raninush5928 I'm not cassey but even if you do run, workout, and eat healthy, depending on your body type, you still might not get that toned. If you have even 3-5 pound weights and you try to slowly build up, you can probably get there ^^. But maybe you have an extremely high metabolism and you build muscle nicely, it's possible! Even if you never end up with a Cassey body type, what really counts is the work you put into it
It's now 2024 and I just came across this workout. Of course, since I do work out regularly, I figured I'd better add light wrist weights so I would get something out of it. I was so wrong!! This is a really tough workout as is and the moves complement other exercises I do. I'm your newest fan!
I was on my couch and I was just gonna watch this through to see if I could save it for a future workout. Somehow I went from sitting on my couch and doing the first part to standing up and finishing the rest. Now my arms hate me, but glad I did it 😂

Dear Cassy, I had a pretty bad day today, I'm learning how to dance and have been practicing and doing my best to work out well and eat healthy for a while. However I never really felt like I was happy with myself yet. I always saw the things I wished I could change but already felt like I was doing the most I could. I wanted to eat less, but then would end up eating more, thinking I was overeating made me feel bad, even it was healthy food! In the winter months, I crashed and gained a lot of weight and had a hard time getting back up, but after watching one of my dance videos I realized that everything I was doing really was working, and I felt really confident and strong and that through patience and persistence, making your dream come true is much nearer than you realize. I'm working up to getting on my feet again and I've started the 90-day journey with my family and I'm on Day 7 of the 21 Day Tone Challenge with my sister. I know this is random, but I just wanted to say thank you for changing my life. I'm going to carry what you've taught me through the years I have ahead and because of you, I know I can do anything and that I'll always be there for myself. With the help you've given, whether it be through workouts, advice, showing a positive smile through rough times, and also being a real person and showing me that there will always be those rough times, I've learned we will make it out the other side, smile and learn from it. Thank you!

My mom has had two heart attacks so we walk everyday, but once I tried to get her to do some light calisthenics. She did 3 wall squats and then tapped out because "she doesn't like when women are muscley" THE EXCUSES ON THIS WOMAN. Yeah ur 56 year old post cardiac arrest ass is just gonna accidentally become a bodybuilder. The excuses are impressive
@locked moms may be slightly challenging to deal with at times.... but maybe try to explain to her that to be bulky she would have to work out for hoooouurrssss with super heavy weights and taking close attention to her diet! Meanwhile, she'd be more healthy and happy joining your workouts 😉✨

@@mvximus3188 it helps for being lean... to reduce fat it's runing or cardio, you lose fat all over your body... if you wanna be big it's lifting. But these exercises are just perfect for what I need.

My sister and I have been working through the levels 1-3 videos, we don’t move to the next level until we can do all the moves with perfect form without breaks. It’s been so much fun! We’ve been dreading the arrival of arms though... I think we’ll be stuck on this one for a while! 😂

I've been doing these movements for months and I took a break for months to trying new routines, and I'm back now. Let me tell you, these movements are hard and help me alot. My back and shoulders are so stiff, my arms also not not that strong. These movements really help me alot ngl. I used to do it everyday and after took a break for several months, I can't even finish the half video :( Guess I'm start from 0 again and I'm not complaining lol. Thank you!
Dear Future Grass, I feel that after doing level 3 arms about 3 times, this video is a RELIEF! However, it was pretty hard to resist taking extra breaks. Walking around as you do the workout helps. - Grass
As a weightlifter and CrossFiter, this workout really does work the arms. I first doubted that this workout would do anything so I tried it to see if it does work. I can now say that weightless arm workouts work and I now apologize for doubting it.

Random observation: Her microphone is really good. Great quality. And if I'm not mistaken, it's on her back. Like some people have a little piece that sits on their clothes or by their face, and I think the piece that pics up her voice is actually on her back! Which, if that's the case, that is awesome! I wish she would do a video that showcases the equipment she uses for geeks like me.

Its dangerous to do an ab workout or belly so i think u should do the arms and im not sure about the thigh ones get some advices from pregnant people !💕
Glow body pt has videos. If you were working out before pregnancy, you can keep doing that unless you are high risk. Modify any ab work. Anything crunches should be avoided. I did some prenatal barre, normal barre (with ab mods), glow body pt, thm workins, walk/runs and some rebounding during my last pregnancy
Day 6 of the challenge and I was feeling relieved that it was only arms. Going into this, I thought it would be easy...I thought wrong. I felt the burn from the second we started the exercise! Totally pumped!
Pro tip: if you struggle to keep your arms up throughout, try counting the number of reps you're doing. For me, even when my arms are getting sore, I always want to continue until I've gone up to the next set of 10

Cassey you rock! you are so right so important to cross train. I love the weightless arm videos and the weights videos. Being a New Yorker, I go to Trader Joe's and carry my grocery bags on the subway and because of cross training I hold them the entire train ride home, not once setting them down (and the train ride is well over 30 minutes!)

Hey Casey ! I have a suggestion of video for you ! First of all, thank you for all your amazing work, support and thank you for spreading joy and helping people out ! So, I've used to workout a lot following your videos, it helped me stay in shape, get my heart pumping and all the other pros of working out ! But, I've recentely been diagnosed of rhumatoid polyarthitis, which means that at 21 years old, I have arthitis in all my joints, including ankles, wrists, knees, elbows, fingers, lower back, and shoulders. It has been impossible for me to work out now, I can only walk (but my feet and knees make it really hard..), ride the bike (but I can't afford one) or swim (Covid-19 duhh). I'm gaining weigh because I eat the same, but don't work out anymore, I only walk 30min a day in a nice day, and my treatment is giving all kinds of side effects.. I'm worried for my health and mental health in general.. My suggestion would be that maybe, you could do a serie of workout for disabled people ! Not only for people with arthitis, but for people in a wheelchair, people struggling to move or I don't know ! That would be very inclusive, and would help a lot of people like me stay in shape, get their heart pumping, breathing, so we don't also die of cardiac arrest and stuff. Sport really is an issue for disabled people and not knowing how to move is an extra danger for our health in general ! I'd love to give you some extra infos about how people with RP can move, where it hurts, how, what kind of movements we can do, so you can work your magic and give us some great exercices and workout, for our whole bodies, without risking any injuries ! girls, if there is a move that hurts in the wrong way (wrists!!) or you just cant do (maybe because of flexibility) think of another arm move and just do it for the minute thirty. Im soo glad I started doing that instead of just skipping moves or pushing through moves that weren't comfortable. Its a journey

I have already practice arm strength before thanks to Cassey's videos. Now I come back with 21 day challenge and this is still fine as I did do it before 💪💪 We will get used to it when we do it more guys!! Keep it up
What I like about body weight exercises is the full range of movement and satisfying cracks in my shoulders on some of these. Which mu body is obviously stiff and would not get with weights specifically

I was on my couch and I was just gonna watch this through to see if I could save it for a future workout. Somehow I went from sitting on my couch and doing the first part to standing up and finishing the rest. Now my arms hate me, but glad I did it 😂

I had a pretty bad day today, I'm learning how to dance and have been practicing and doing my best to work out well and eat healthy for a while. However I never really felt like I was happy with myself yet. I always saw the things I wished I could change but already felt like I was doing the most I could. I wanted to eat less, but then would end up eating more, thinking I was overeating made me feel bad, even it was healthy food! In the winter months, I crashed and gained a lot of weight and had a hard time getting back up, but after watching one of my dance videos I realized that everything I was doing really was working, and I felt really confident and strong and that through patience and persistence, making your dream come true is much nearer than you realize.
I'm working up to getting on my feet again and I've started the 90-day journey with my family and I'm on Day 7 of the 21 Day Tone Challenge with my sister. I know this is random, but I just wanted to say thank you for changing my life. I'm going to carry what you've taught me through the years I have ahead and because of you, I know I can do anything and that I'll always be there for myself. With the help you've given, whether it be through workouts, advice, showing a positive smile through rough times, and also being a real person and showing me that there will always be those rough times, I've learned we will make it out the other side, smile and learn from it.

Yeah ur 56 year old post cardiac arrest ass is just gonna accidentally become a bodybuilder. The excuses are impressive

@locked moms may be slightly challenging to deal with at times.... but maybe try to explain to her that to be bulky she would have to work out for hoooouurrssss with super heavy weights and taking close attention to her diet! Meanwhile, she'd be more healthy and happy joining your workouts 😉✨

We are extremely grateful for you Cassey for this amazing killer workout 🙏😇.When she says don quit nearing the end of 10secs of each exercise I was like totally burnt my body wants to quit .She constantly motivates us throughout the workout that we have gone to level 2 workout.Love her saying that whoever invented grocery bags with handle are smart 😀at the end of the workout I felt my arms are strong and toned.

I've been doing these movements for months and I took a break for months to trying new routines, and I'm back now. Let me tell you, these movements are hard and help me alot. My back and shoulders are so stiff, my arms also not not that strong. These movements really help me alot ngl. I used to do it everyday and after took a break for several months, I can't even finish the half video :( Guess I'm start from 0 again and I'm not complaining lol. Thank you!
Dear Future Grass, I feel that after doing level 3 arms about 3 times, this video is a RELIEF! However, it was pretty hard to resist taking extra breaks. Walking around as you do the workout helps.

As a weightlifter and CrossFiter, this workout really does work the arms. I first doubted that this workout would do anything so I tried it to see if it does work. I can now say that weightless arm workouts work and I now apologize for doubting it.

Glow body pt has videos. If you were working out before pregnancy, you can keep doing that unless you are high risk. Modify any ab work. Anything crunches should be avoided.
I did some prenatal barre, normal barre (with ab mods), glow body pt, thm workins, walk/runs and some rebounding during my last pregnancy
Day 6 of the challenge and I was feeling relieved that it was only arms. Going into this, I thought it would be easy...I thought wrong. I felt the burn from the second we started the exercise! Totally pumped!
I cannot wait to get to her level and be able to effortlessly transition to the next steps without falling to the floor for a few moments for a rest

Pro tip: if you struggle to keep your arms up throughout, try counting the number of reps you're doing. For me, even when my arms are getting sore, I always want to continue until I've gone up to the next set of 10

Cassey you rock! you are so right so important to cross train. I love the weightless arm videos and the weights videos. Being a New Yorker, I go to Trader Joe's and carry my grocery bags on the subway and because of cross training I hold them the entire train ride home, not once setting them down (and the train ride is well over 30 minutes!)

First of all, thank you for all your amazing work, support and thank you for spreading joy and helping people out !
So, I've used to workout a lot following your videos, it helped me stay in shape, get my heart pumping and all the other pros of working out !
But, I've recentely been diagnosed of rhumatoid polyarthitis, which means that at 21 years old, I have arthitis in all my joints, including ankles, wrists, knees, elbows, fingers, lower back, and shoulders. It has been impossible for me to work out now, I can only walk (but my feet and knees make it really hard..), ride the bike (but I can't afford one) or swim (Covid-19 duhh). I'm gaining weigh because I eat the same, but don't work out anymore, I only walk 30min a day in a nice day, and my treatment is giving all kinds of side effects.. I'm worried for my health and mental health in general..
My suggestion would be that maybe, you could do a serie of workout for disabled people ! Not only for people with arthitis, but for people in a wheelchair, people struggling to move or I don't know ! That would be very inclusive, and would help a lot of people like me stay in shape, get their heart pumping, breathing, so we don't also die of cardiac arrest and stuff. Sport really is an issue for disabled people and not knowing how to move is an extra danger for our health in general !
I'd love to give you some extra infos about how people with RP can move, where it hurts, how, what kind of movements we can do, so you can work your magic and give us some great exercices and workout, for our whole bodies, without risking any injuries !

girls, if there is a move that hurts in the wrong way (wrists!!) or you just cant do (maybe because of flexibility) think of another arm move and just do it for the minute thirty. Im soo glad I started doing that instead of just skipping moves or pushing through moves that weren't comfortable. Its a journey

What I like about body weight exercises is the full range of movement and satisfying cracks in my shoulders on some of these. Which mu body is obviously stiff and would not get with weights specifically
