For anyone else that feels their arms are really weak.... I really recommend getting a lil baby weight set as it improves your strength so quickly. I still love weightless arms, but I feel like my arms went from -10 to a +5 in like a month by incorporating 2.5-7.5lb weights into my workouts. Cassey's arm workouts feel a lot more rewarding now that it feels I'm getting the most out of it.

I wish I could excersize. I have some extreme nerve pain in my legs. 😫 I can't participate this time although I'm so excited for this, hopefully I can watch and do this challenge soon. Hi nerve conditions is really serious manner what you should do.my friend is in the morning before meal drink squeeze lemon 🍋 and water one or two cups and same at night now if your on blood thinners I suggest few squeeze of the lemon because lemons thins the blood yes and also go to health store get some Cherry tart juice or pills it will help get your nerves under control monitor to see as well and get someone or a professional massage you will feel the difference also elevate your legs l10-12 minutes aleast 3-4 time's a day and keep me posted on your health

So fun!! I'm 7 months pregnant doing these exercises along with you. It's been really fun to learn how to be active in pregnancy and having grace for making certain modifications, while also learning how to challenge myself in new ways. (...I can only do plie squats, no normal squats with this baby bump!)

Dear Future Grass, my arms are ON FIRE right now! They're in so much pain, but they did sooooooo well! I'm so proud of myself! I'm really enjoying the weighted moves because I feel I can get a deep burn in less time, you know? I'll admit, especially in the first few moves, I would start with weights but would end up dropping them. Some of the moves are already super intense on their own! But I did persevere! My wow moment was during the push ups. My push ups were not at all perfect or quick, but I grabbed my band, paid EXTRA attention to posture and did the push ups! I did the push ups very slowly and on my toes. I'm hoping I'll get better at these push ups but for now, I'm SO HAPPY I didn't give up! - Grass

I can't do anything that puts too much pressure on my wrists because of past injuries, so I usually do elbow planks and wall push-ups. I think that is ok ... I definitely feel the arms after this workout (with my modifications)!

@@rupinjeremiah9589 I would attempt this for a week or two without dumbbells! Maybe a water bottle to start out with so you can slowly build strength :) I began to introduce smaller weights. Like the small dumbells you can get at WalMart in a set (2-5-8 pounds). Then slowly work your way up higher and higher. :)

I especially love that you include a warm up for the whole body, so now after the workout I just need some stretches to be ready for the day. The workout was really fun. It was hard, but I'm not actually dying or so... I did it with to glasbottles of tomato purree. Maybe it is time for me to purchase some weights. By the way: Thank you that these workouts are longer than your normal videos, I don't particularly enjoy doing many videos in a row for getting a proper workout in... I would love to see you adding some cool down stretches to your workouts to make it complete... what do you think?
Same here in London - first thing I did on Saturday (well, after feeding the cats, unloading the dishwasher, helping my daughter find all her lost stuff etc etc!). And I agree it would be great to have stretch down at the end of all the glow up videos. (Like your bangs, but really love your look without them, Cassey!)

This is my first workout in over six months and I'm actually surprised I managed to maintain strength, but I guess almost 6 months on crutches really doesn't let you lose upper body strength 😂😂

I agree! I'm very weak and I use weights that are 1 kg, which is basically 2.2 lb and it works so well

This series has become a monthly challenge for me. It is mostly to see if I can do all the exercises without stopping or with using heavier weights.
