I'm so proud of myself. I'm doing this second week and yesterday I really had to push myself. Was tired, didn't sleep enough and had a though long day at work, I really didn't feel like working out in the evening, but I said to myself don't think about, just do it! 12 year old here! I’m on day 10 of my glow-journey today, and I have always LOVED working out with Casey because it makes me feel SO HAPPY! I have struggled with hating my body, but these workouts helped me feel better about my body mentally and makes it look better physically! I’m doing these so I can feel confident when I go to the beach, but I also just love doing these workouts! 😂❤️
I know you nowhere mentioned that you are going to diet or anything but just as a girl who did that when i was your age, please eat good food and eat whenever you are hungry, these are the years in which your body is growing so it needs a lot of fuel. I am not a workout person so much but this new year I have been struggling body wise. I wanna look good on the outside how I feel on the inside. So I decided to try to make a change. I am super unfit and I get exhausted throughout these workouts but I try to do as much as I can for the whole workout. And I make sure to not discourage myself since I am just starting to get back in shape! Day 3 and I am feeling pretty good!! I am sore but I have more energy and my body feels good! Less bloated feeling too!!

I love the positive talk during this. Recently I started working out just to help with anxiety. Iv felt very anxious this last little while, and I think working out helps me focus on my body which grounds me. But I feel like the positive talk from you helps me remember simple things in life. I’ll be coming back for more. Also I know I need to keep going with this video, at least next week because I try to workout a different part of my body nearly everyday- but most of the times I do for sure workout 4 times a week-- anyways these are amazing. Iv never felt so much burn in my damn life 😂🎉 thank you

I’d love to be accountable to just one app instead of multiple apps or an app and a physical book. I’d definitely pay more per month to have the premium app with a way to track my food, too! I like your videos!!!! I'm not trying to be critical here but (Just an observation, something I learned from the (P)Rehab guys.) I noticed the Monster walks are being done incorrectly. Small steps is the correct form, maintaining tension on the band the entire time is crucial. When the trailing leg is moved in too far it does not recruit the appropriate muscles. It is necessary to keep the pelvis straight, opposed to rocking the trunk to initiate the step.

Ok, I’m used to all the moves done but this genuinely burns. What ya doing Cassey!!! 🤨😀 it must be the length that you do each move for or I got over excited with my weights and bands because oh my days, glutes be cramping.
The last part was absolute torture for my lower body, OMG! My legs were shaking so much and I didn't do it with the booty bands. Wow! Happy to focus on my strength, the songs, you talking to us rather than giving up and challenging myself
Finally bought the 2 bands from target using a gift card ! Wanted the set of three but these were more affordable for me. I’m so excited to see if there’s a difference in the booty 😊

Got the booty bands for Christmas and tried them out today. They are fantastic to use much much better than the stretchy rubber ones. And thanks to watching the video before doing it l looked inside them and they are going to bring me a lot of joy.

Got the booty bands for Christmas and tried them out today. They are fantastic to use much much better than the stretchy rubber ones. And thanks to watching the video before doing it l looked inside them and they are going to bring me a lot of joy.
