I can't believe Im doubling the videos everyday and beasting through! I have gotten so much stronger, not just physical but mentally and emotionally. After falling on my face multiple times Cassey's words have finally stuck!! Once you stop the pressure and guilt over food and exercise, it really changes everything!

I always hated cardio, but this is different… loved it to bits, gets you sweaty without a single jump or burpee… the best cardio I have ever done! And Casey isn’t your average insta influencer, she’s the best Pilates trainer on the internet… she always makes sure our form is right…. Been training with her from almost 3 years, never had an injury… I have since lost 25 lbs despite my PCOS… thank you blogilates!!!

It used to be so difficult for me to be consistent with workouts. I would ways have a fitness phase in my life and it would last for like a month tops with lots of days skipped. But Cassey makes it so easy to be consistent and work hard for your body, choosing to treat it well. Thank you sm❤

After just 1 week my pants are falling off and I have my bladder strength regained , I feel able to work as a nurse again after having my 6th baby 8 months ago . from day 1 to today, i feel a significant difference in my ability to do sit-ups. maybe it's the kettlebell helping me get up, but it wasn't a struggle to get up this time, whereas every sit-up before today was so hard to do. thank you!

I started the glow-up sessions late so I'm like 4 days behind everyone else, but I am LOVING these videos! Cassey has always been great in her videos, but these live videos are showing just how funny she really is. Even though I'm watching them later I feel like she's really right here in my room with me, like I'm working out with a bestie! I really like the weighted sit ups especially! The abs are already easier than on day one! Where I live, we started a two week lockdown so I started this series on the first day and I’ve been going strong everyday! Proud of myself for sticking to it

Love this and the Glow Up Series so far (new favorite next to Hot Girl Summer Sculpt that's basically my BIBLE)! I honestly look forward to working out with Cassey every day!! One thing to consider - I wish Cassey actually demonstrated how to do the various kettlebell swings with a dumbbell modification. I know form is SO important when doing kettlebell swings, and I couldn't figure out how to do it with my dumbbell and felt like my form was all wrong.
Those KB swings were so fun! I had never done them. It’s interesting to see how a hip movement, when we’ll executed can have such an effect on the arms. I love it!
Doing these late but have been loving them! You are helping me get ready for my wedding dress fitting (which is my way of helping myself form a habit so that I want to do this every day forever). Thanks Cassey! Ps, you had it right the first time, BPM is beats per minute! Confidence is key!

I used to do your videos earlier, then I felt like I need motivation so i joined gym whilst i did Pilates sometimes. Now gyms are shut in my city so m back to do Pilates and i feel amazziiinnngggg thank you so much cassey you are the best!

6 months ago I would’ve laughed if someone said I’d do this with 3kg weights and almost non stop. (Had to get up to get the door) Still sore for day 2 abs and I have a cough so I’m getting ab workouts through the day 😂

The American Kettlebell Swing! I wasn't able to get my hands on those pretty dumbbells so I used my one litter bottle with a handle :)
KB deadlift!! It really makes me miss lifting!!
