I honestly don’t understand why a lot of RUclipsrs seem to be coming for Cassey last year. I’ve been lifting for many years and I also do her programme on the side to maintain flexibility and stamina and I just love her energy. If you don’t like her workouts or claims then just move on, there really is no need to put her down. Over 5 million followers says it all. We love her.
I knew I wasn't the only one catching the haters. Lol. I saw a youtuber talking about her arm one saying it's pointless but I took one look at the trainer and already knew, I don't want to look, nor act, like a muscle head. Those kind of youtubers think everyone wants to look like them. Cassey wants everyone to be their best selves. You just can't buy that type of character ❤❤❤

Even though I took so many breaks and did all the modifications, I was so proud I got myself out of bed today to try. And to me, that is one step closer to a healthy body and a future for success.
I used to do a lot of your workouts in high school but once I got to college I got too busy and lost my groove. Now I’m an accountant that hardly moves around/never leave my desk because I’m always so busy so this workout is definitely needed! I’m so excited to start!!
I first found blogiltes back in 2014 when I was so depressed about how I looked and felt, the first video I did was the Pilates for beginners video. I remember it being so difficult but Cassey was always so encouraging and motivating I found myself coming back day after day. Your videos helped me get into fitness and actually have a love for it, and to this day I always come back to your videos and still find that same encouragement I got back then to keep pushing. Hi Cassey, I started doing your workouts way back in college when I was trying to lose weight after a rough senior year of high school. I was in the best shape of my life for those years when I would do your workouts. However, life happened and the pandemic happened and I put on a lot of weight (22 kilos to be exact) and I just couldn't seem to find the motivation, drive or energy to focus on my health again. But some time in the last couple of months I decided I had had enough. I wanted to feel great again. I wanted energy and excitement in my life again. Sooo... after all those years, at the end of 2023, I came back to your channel and I found these Glow Up sessions and wow! that motivation and drive came flooding back into my veins. I know I have a long way to go and I am bracing for a long year (2024) of just focusing on my mental and physical wellness. BUUUT I have to say that I completed Week 1 of the Glow Up sessions and just now re-did the Sleek Body Sculpt workout for Week 2 and ALREADY I am able to do some of the exercises I couldn't even partly complete last week. For ex: last week I couldn't hold a plank for even 5 seconds, but this week I held it for as long as you did in the video. The sit-ups and leg lifts? I cried doing just 2 last week, but this week I did them all. Thanks a lot Cassey, for your consistency all these years. It can't be easy being a fitness influencer in these times and I know you probably get a lot of hate from randos on the internet. But I hope you know that you have genuinely helped so many of us feel strong and healthy again and I for one, just wanted to thank you. So, THANK YOU

Honestly, I was disappointed, as an APP Member that I pay for, that we didn't get it in the APP first. I started out my Monday, not being able to do the Challenge, because I'm not on social media. I have to start a day late, but to b honest, I'm not a fan, of having to tune into Instagram to see a workout video.
Major respect to you guys for not having socials! The way they operate has become more and more addictive over time, and I see so many friends that are negatively affected by the sites.

I was going through a bit of a rocky marriage awhile back, and going online didn't serve me in anyway, seeing what I thought perfection relationships looked like, but really know reality is, it's a highlight reel. What is showcased doesn't show it all. My guilty pleasure is RUclips, and even that, I'm mindful of the content and what I watch, and if it serves me. But even these days I am watching less and less. I hope anyone sees this, maybe considers themselves taking time away, and can see how full there life can become, without the need to worry about what everyone else is doing, and live there own life instead. Ik this comment is some months old but pregnancy weight gain is normal and expected. Your body was carrying two whole humans. Don't feel bad for looking different or feeling tired or out of shape. And once your little ones are older you will probably be doing tons of running around to keep up with them so you'll be back to being fit for sure lol
I thought I would only do the 30 day challenges on the app but now I want to join in on the Glow Up Sessions! I know I am 2 days late but it's better late than never! I didn't have any weights, so I used the dark chocolate sea salt caramel big container. YUM! Don't worry, I haven't opened it yet! Here is my WHY: I have always been self-aware of my arms getting flabby, back fat squeezed by my bra, and my muffin top spilling over my jeans. I just lost myself along the way and felt like I had no energy to burn off calories. I used to fit my clothes until I stopped working out for over 2 years. I'm 6 months late to the program but I love that you bring mindfulness into your workouts. My "why" is that I want to stop looking at the number on the scale and start liking the way I look in the mirror. I want to be able to wear the stuff I want to wear without feeling frumpy or old. I want to feel comfortable in my own skin and stop feeling so tired all the time. I'm looking forward to the rest of the Glow Up series.

I lost weight a few years ago but after the death of my brother last year had a very deep depression. The people around me noticed my 8 kg of weight gaining but never asked how I felt. This year, this is my battle to get my life back on track. I miss my brother very much but not to miss me too. Thank you Cassey for helping to give fight back. 💜✨

I'm a few days late starting this challenge, but I completed this workout yesterday. It was the first full workout I was able to complete since injuring my back!!! I'm so exciting to get strong again by the end of this challenge 🔥🔥
My #1 reason is right now is to look good in my clothes 😹 I want to be strong & healthy the rest of my life but right now putting on a pair of shorts that I own and feeling good is the goal 🙌
She really does make you feel like you can accomplish anything. There were a couple times I felt like I wanted to give up, but her little pep talks throughout the session really renewed my energy and drive. This is the first time I've actually felt like I could accomplish one of these fitness challenges. I'm actually excited to work out tomorrow!!

You’re videos are great at home workouts that are definitely difficult but not impossible to do.
This was my first time doing a workout from this channel, and I really like the guided workout + positive energy. It made this easier and more pleasant to follow. I've been working out for a long time (er, not really, it's been off and on for the past 3 years) but have yet to find a strength program I really enjoy. I think Blogilates will give me strength and joy during these workouts to get through them. 💕
I tried to do this a few months ago but I fell. I stoped. And because of that my body issues got worse. So did depression. School starts in 41 days. I’m sick and tired of people making me feel horrible. I am going to force myself. Thank you for your positivity. Thank you for these videos. Thank you for everything.

Thank Casey for a great workout, I’ve been watching you since you were selling tee shirts out of your bedroom and you have always been so motivating to come back to after time away. I had to make some modifications to get through this workout because it’s been a long time for me, one knee to the floor for the planks and single leg lifts instead of double, made this achievable. I’ve been putting myself last with 3 kids and working in the ER though covid and I’ve gained a ton of weight with the increased stress and baby weight from my 3rd baby that just hasn’t budged. I’m looking forward to working out during some time off over the next 2 weeks and this seems like a great place to start taking care of myself again. Thank you🥰

I'm starting late on this but I am literally in tears of pride for completing day 1! I just became a Barre fitness instructor this summer but really lost my joy and motivation for working out, feeling that it was becoming a performance for my classes instead of having the focus being on my own strength and mental health. Then we got pregnant in the fall (YAY) and the first trimester was not super compatible with my normal fitness routine and I completely fell off the bandwagon when we ended up moving over the holidays. BUT! Here I am, committing to just MOVING with whatever modifications I need and I am so stinking proud and feel more like myself than I have in months!!! My "why" is to get back in touch with my body so I can remind myself how strong I am physically and mentally in preparation for going through childbirth for the first time. Thanks Cassie for always being a ray of sunshine :)

Hi everyone I just founded about cassey and she is so optimistic and and does not intimidate me like other instructors and I'm a 17 old overweight teen and I have been since I was a kid, I had a rough childhood that made me insecure closed off and I never took care of myself. And for months I've been thinking of losing weight but i was still stuck with the past and fear of change. So I want to try again and change and have a healthier lifestyle. It's my first day of workout after months of not doing any and I barely started and my legs feel like Jell-O. I'll try again tomorrow and try to go halfway. What I did today was not much but it's something and a big step towards a new for me. Wish me luck Update: I'm starting my 2nd week today and I'm excited!!
Last year I was really motivated to start up again, but I lost motivation already at the beginning of march. And I stopped completely in september. But I just have to tell myself that even though I have failed so many times, I cannot ever give up all together. So I will try again this year and hope I won`t follow down the same path once more. My biggest reason for loss of motivation is that I have so much work to do that I don`t know how to have enough time just for work. And when I`m finnished at 10 in the evening I just have no energy left. But I did it today even though it was late. I am so happy you talked about "what do you have to give up" and mentioned you being too perfect. Because that is my problem with work. So I will try to think more often "this is good enough" so that I will have energy left for workouts with you. I also have to be able to be happy from working out even if I don`t manage to do much. As my boyfriends says "a little is so much better than nothing."

i am struggling with my bpd for the last decade so much, abusing drugs, failing university and relationships and lost myself. now i took my life back in my hands, i am back on my medication, and first just focussing on my body , fitness and health. and i'm BACK ON TRACK and just after 1 month i feel myself again. your spirit is beautiful , stay that positive! ❤
I kept just feeling tempted to just watch her do the moves with the excuse that I was trying to “learn them”. 😂. But whenever I found myself just watching I would always go back and re-start the move from the beginning so that I could do it with you. And I made all of them! 🥳 so proud of myself! Ik this comment is some months old but pregnancy weight gain is normal and expected. Your body was carrying two whole humans. Don't feel bad for looking different or feeling tired or out of shape. And once your little ones are older you will probably be doing tons of running around to keep up with them so you'll be back to being fit for sure lol

I thought I would only do the 30 day challenges on the app but now I want to join in on the Glow Up Sessions! I know I am 2 days late but it's better late than never! I didn't have any weights, so I used the dark chocolate sea salt caramel big container. YUM! Don't worry, I haven't opened it yet!
Here is my WHY:
I have always been self-aware of my arms getting flabby, back fat squeezed by my bra, and my muffin top spilling over my jeans. I just lost myself along the way and felt like I had no energy to burn off calories. I used to fit my clothes until I stopped working out for over 2 years. I'd like to change all that this year, joining everyone else who are a part of this Glow Up Session! I wish everyone the best of luck!! LET'S GET THIS BODY.

I'm 6 months late to the program but I love that you bring mindfulness into your workouts. My "why" is that I want to stop looking at the number on the scale and start liking the way I look in the mirror. I want to be able to wear the stuff I want to wear without feeling frumpy or old. I want to feel comfortable in my own skin and stop feeling so tired all the time. I'm looking forward to the rest of the Glow Up series.

I lost weight a few years ago but after the death of my brother last year had a very deep depression. The people around me noticed my 8 kg of weight gaining but never asked how I felt. This year, this is my battle to get my life back on track.
I miss my brother very much but not to miss me too.

I love sooo much the energy and positive vibes she gives in her videos. I followed her since 2012 and I did a lot of her workouts. Now is 2022 and I am ready to go back doing exercises and she is the only one that gives me this type of positive energy.

I'm a few days late starting this challenge, but I completed this workout yesterday. It was the first full workout I was able to complete since injuring my back!!! I'm so exciting to get strong again by the end of this challenge 🔥🔥

She really does make you feel like you can accomplish anything. There were a couple times I felt like I wanted to give up, but her little pep talks throughout the session really renewed my energy and drive. This is the first time I've actually felt like I could accomplish one of these fitness challenges. I'm actually excited to work out tomorrow!!

Ive been watching you for YEARS and i always come back to your videos when I’m having a hard time starting back up. You’re videos are great at home workouts that are definitely difficult but not impossible to do.
This was my first time doing a workout from this channel, and I really like the guided workout + positive energy. It made this easier and more pleasant to follow. I've been working out for a long time (er, not really, it's been off and on for the past 3 years) but have yet to find a strength program I really enjoy. I think Blogilates will give me strength and joy during these workouts to get through them. 💕
I tried to do this a few months ago but I fell. I stoped. And because of that my body issues got worse. So did depression. School starts in 41 days. I’m sick and tired of people making me feel horrible. I am going to force myself. Thank you for your positivity. Thank you for these videos. Thank you for everything.

@@iamnotreal0717 I am still doing it even though two weeks have past. They are easy and difficult at the same time (for me) I have been doing this and eating healthy and I was a size large I’m woman’s and I am now a medium. I really recommend. I am finally finding my confidence back!

Thank Casey for a great workout, I’ve been watching you since you were selling tee shirts out of your bedroom and you have always been so motivating to come back to after time away. I had to make some modifications to get through this workout because it’s been a long time for me, one knee to the floor for the planks and single leg lifts instead of double, made this achievable. I’ve been putting myself last with 3 kids and working in the ER though covid and I’ve gained a ton of weight with the increased stress and baby weight from my 3rd baby that just hasn’t budged. I’m looking forward to working out during some time off over the next 2 weeks and this seems like a great place to start taking care of myself again. Thank you🥰

I'm starting late on this but I am literally in tears of pride for completing day 1! I just became a Barre fitness instructor this summer but really lost my joy and motivation for working out, feeling that it was becoming a performance for my classes instead of having the focus being on my own strength and mental health. Then we got pregnant in the fall (YAY) and the first trimester was not super compatible with my normal fitness routine and I completely fell off the bandwagon when we ended up moving over the holidays. BUT! Here I am, committing to just MOVING with whatever modifications I need and I am so stinking proud and feel more like myself than I have in months!!! My "why" is to get back in touch with my body so I can remind myself how strong I am physically and mentally in preparation for going through childbirth for the first time. Thanks Cassie for always being a ray of sunshine :)

Hi everyone I just founded about cassey and she is so optimistic and and does not intimidate me like other instructors and I'm a 17 old overweight teen and I have been since I was a kid, I had a rough childhood that made me insecure closed off and I never took care of myself. And for months I've been thinking of losing weight but i was still stuck with the past and fear of change. So I want to try again and change and have a healthier lifestyle. It's my first day of workout after months of not doing any and I barely started and my legs feel like Jell-O. I'll try again tomorrow and try to go halfway. What I did today was not much but it's something and a big step towards a new for me. Wish me luck

Last year I was really motivated to start up again, but I lost motivation already at the beginning of march. And I stopped completely in september. But I just have to tell myself that even though I have failed so many times, I cannot ever give up all together. So I will try again this year and hope I won`t follow down the same path once more. My biggest reason for loss of motivation is that I have so much work to do that I don`t know how to have enough time just for work. And when I`m finnished at 10 in the evening I just have no energy left. But I did it today even though it was late. I am so happy you talked about "what do you have to give up" and mentioned you being too perfect. Because that is my problem with work. So I will try to think more often "this is good enough" so that I will have energy left for workouts with you. I also have to be able to be happy from working out even if I don`t manage to do much. As my boyfriends says "a little is so much better than nothing."
I love how much work and genuine excitement and care she has for those who are watching. As someone starting out on my fitness path. Out of the 50 plus people I've watched she's in the top 10 that are just so inspiring!
I doing this for the second week and seeking how many more I can do with her before I take a break now lol. Great workouts. Love how there's no timer and it's like talking to a friend.
