      me and on my 3rd week. keep pushing. I definitely see some definition in my abs and arms and my LEGS are so much stronger, i can see clear demarcations of muscle groups which i never saw before😍. It is super hard but it definitely gets easier after 1.5 weeks

    okay so im a 13 year old who just wants to have the dream body (i dont need a slim stomach or losing weight,i just wanna become stronger and have some abs lol) and i couldnt finish the video in one try,but i can tell that its amazing and im so sore right nowwww 😭😭💗💗💗

    This was so much harder than day one! I have a bad lower back and the leg lifts and earthquates are painful so I have to be careful. Any tips to improve on that?

      That's very individual and hard for anyone to answer but you 😊 Try and see what works best for you. Some need to rest a bit after eating before working out, some can start right away. There are no right or wrong, do what works for you. 👍🏼

      at least 30 minutes so the stomach is empty, that way there'll be no reflux.

      I haven’t done this yet, I expect to be sore and die while doing this.
      UPDATE: this made me realize how out of shape I am. my body is SCREAMING I am currently 20 minutes in, I hope I don’t die
      I am done. And yeah. EARTHQUAKES. SUCK. But hundreds are my true enemy.
      Another update: just came from lean body meltdown and this is still the most painful

    I have yet to mention it, but, I'm LOVING the way you formatted these videos in the glow up series with the moves over to the right! I find myself clicking on the chapters of workout videos on RUclips, if the feature is used, to see what I have coming up. You having it listed with the move we're on highlighted is awesome!       I’m 9 week’s postpartum and doing it too. I did postpartum Pilates the first 6 weeks but they were not challenging enough. I hope your fitness journey was good and rewarding.

    I feel like I'm dying and didn't do well. But I'm gonna keep trying. Maybe one day I will be able to do this whole routine without stopping. Thank you for being positive. It really kept me going.
    UPDATE: I lasted longer week 2. Still hard on my back and neck. But stomach is less bloated so that's a win.
    UPDATE 3: got sick stopped for 2 weeks started again and I still hate doing abs 😂 anyway still going. Lasted longer today. Using a pillow as my hips get too sore and it's really helped. Just a tip to anyone with bad hips or back. 😊

    I really had to think hard about my why today. I was so sore after day 1, it was so hard to show up for day 2. And what is my why? I am committed to becoming my absolute best self- physically, mentally and spiritually. This glow-up challenge is the perfect start for the year in the physical area, so I am committed entirely to seeing it through! And, my treat after the two weeks is buying some blogilates merch that I've been eyeing for a few months at target. Probably some bands (I don't have any yet) and a new outfit for working out (I'm always losing sports bras and tops and only have a couple pairs of pants, but nothing matches together, so I'd really love to get a cute outfit set).

    I'm so skinny and kinda weak so I started doing pilates at home , I did your beginners routine for a month then I did this challenge then continued with your workeout calender ,when I saw this on it I was so exited to see my progress and I finished it with 0 breaks !!!! I remember how sweaty and out of breath I was the first time but I AM GETTING STRONGER!!! THANK YOU SO MUCH CASSEY !❤❤❤😭😭

    I just tried this out for the first time because I decided I would exercise more, it was so hard! But I pushed through the pain and sweat. I woke, my ribs hurt so bad, I hope that’s normal for people that haven’t exercised in a while, but honestly, I’m proud of myself, this motivates me to exercise more! ☺️☺️☺️

      I've been told that after an intense workout, it's normal to feel sore a few days afterward. If you're not able to function though, it's possible that you pushed yourself too hard. Depending on how long/how intense your soreness in your ribs lasted, it might not be a big deal. Whatever happens, I wish you luck in your fitness journey! Here's to the glow-up. :) (Not a fitness guru. Open to corrections.)

    Core is my abs-solute least favourite kind of work out. Guess that's what I need to work on most. Goal is to make it through a abs work out without a break by the end of two weeks.

    i feel very proud of myself. The first time I've done this video, I was unable to achieve half of the exercice full length. The second time, it was better. Now (the third time), I've been able to achieve almost everything (still having some struggles with the russian twists, I'm unable to touch the ground with my elbow and the legs up, but it will come with practice). Thank you Cassy for your inspiring videos!

    Jan 15 Day - 2 abs done. Feeling a little exhausted but motivated. Had to push myself post 80% but it was worth it. My tip is to focus on the pain, feel it, love it and push through it. Do not strain your body, but show .1% progress every single day.

    I love these sessions and I'm so excited to see a positive physical change, but I'm really struggling with some of the moves, especially plank moves. I have no core strength! 😭 Are there any modifications I can do to make it easier and build up to doing the moves properly?

      Well that's why you're here right, to build up that core strength! 🤗 We all start somewhere! You could modify the planks by putting your knees down. Make sure to keep the tension in your core, keep it tight at all times! Works really well if regular planks are too hard. Generally any moves can be modified to make them easier - do a shorter range of motion, take more breaks or don't do as many reps. Key thing when it comes to abs and core workouts is to maintain that tension and to go slow and controlled. Best of luck to you! 👍🏼

      Hi! Is this also for men? I did this with my mother-in-law but it was brutal! I could not even last 8 minutes and completely gave up 😟 My MIL did this full lesson powerfully! She have those rock hard abs in the front stomach and the rock hard obliques in the stomach sides also. I feel really low and defeated

    Proud of myself for finishing this without a break, even if I did the easier version sometimes :) I bet I wouldn't have been able to do this a month ago when I picked up your workouts again (I've been doing them on and off for a whole decade). Also, I like how you talk about 'evolving' and not 'becoming'. It makes me focus on enjoying the process and being forgiving to myself rather than being angry for not meeting my own expectations. We evolve all life and I don't think there's a point when we 'become' something and stop developing, so thanks for that.

    The problem with doing this exercise for me is not that it’s hard on the abs or that it burns, it rather that my neck and my back hurts so much doing them. I don’t know what to do because I have the energy to do the exercises but my neck just can’t support the workouts. And my back hurts like hell 😬😬😬 what should I do?

      Your neck and back probably hurt because your abs are weak, and can't hold your legs and shoulders up. I would do easier variations, and focus on pressing your lower back into the floor (helps with back pain). Hope this helps 😊

    Holy shit. Just finished and man!!! Abs is the hardest workout for me. I can push myself in every other group of muscles but abs is always so freaking hard for me!!

    Some of these I cant figure out. Like at 19:26 for example. I can't do my hands like that. And I cant do any of these things without stopping in the middle for a beat or a two. I dont have equipment at all. I had to use two shampoo bottles as dumbells for yesterday's workout lol. And Im doing this in my bedroom so for planks my feet slip and that is not helping. But I'll get better and progress is progress and this is all new to me. I will ace this so I can do this just as great as Cassie. It will just take time and work 💪🏽

    Day 2! I’ve figured my “why.”
    When you follow Cassey or any program for a while, it becomes habit and you might forget the “why” and just DO it…
    My “why” is for ME, but not just so I’m at my best for me, but for my family.
    It’s not because of 3 little kids that I don’t do things, but it’s because of them that I do things. I want to be able to keep up with them and enjoy living life hard with them! ♥️
    Improving form, adding weight, refining diets a little, getting those kinks out, one day at a time. 💪🏼
    Congrats to all those crazies who’ve finished this challenge already!

    I hate ab workouts but this was one of the more fun ab workouts but I am not flexibele 😂 and have long legs and a very short torso. So any tips to make dis workout les painful for my leggs 😂

    haha, because of yesterday's glow up, I couldnt perform my best today my body sore and ads aching,nevertheless I tried to do this work out today. thanks Cassey for never giving up on Us.
