Yes, this video made me feel nostalgic! The flares, the combination of moves, the slightly less polished aspect of it being live...have been doing these workouts for years and it's cool to see!

I like it better without timers to be honest. She’s very motivating and it helps me get through the workout! I just did it and she’s the one who helps me get through these!

I took a break from working out for a while, but doing this workout reminded me why I love working out with Cassey! She has amazing energy! I caught myself smiling while working out 😂
7 weeks postpartum doing a video called ABDOMINAL DESTRUCTION. But, I finished it! I may have a taken some breaks (and modified) but I’m excited to get strong again!
Be careful if you have diastasis recti!! Make sure to fix that first!!
I’m 9 week’s postpartum and doing it too. I did postpartum Pilates the first 6 weeks but they were not challenging enough. I hope your fitness journey was good and rewarding.

I'm so skinny and kinda weak so I started doing pilates at home , I did your beginners routine for a month then I did this challenge then continued with your workeout calender ,when I saw this on it I was so exited to see my progress and I finished it with 0 breaks !!!! I remember how sweaty and out of breath I was the first time but I AM GETTING STRONGER!!! THANK YOU SO MUCH CASSEY !❤❤❤😭😭
I really had to think hard about my why today. I was so sore after day 1, it was so hard to show up for day 2. And what is my why? I am committed to becoming my absolute best self- physically, mentally and spiritually. This glow-up challenge is the perfect start for the year in the physical area, so I am committed entirely to seeing it through! And, my treat after the two weeks is buying some blogilates merch that I've been eyeing for a few months at target. Probably some bands (I don't have any yet) and a new outfit for working out (I'm always losing sports bras and tops and only have a couple pairs of pants, but nothing matches together, so I'd really love to get a cute outfit set).
I feel like I'm dying and didn't do well. But I'm gonna keep trying. Maybe one day I will be able to do this whole routine without stopping. Thank you for being positive. It really kept me going.
UPDATE: I lasted longer week 2. Still hard on my back and neck. But stomach is less bloated so that's a win.
UPDATE 3: got sick stopped for 2 weeks started again and I still hate doing abs 😂 anyway still going. Lasted longer today. Using a pillow as my hips get too sore and it's really helped. Just a tip to anyone with bad hips or back. 😊

I've done the glow up sessions a lot since they were released, and I always return to them when needing a restart. Today I was able to do the whole Abdominal Destruction without stopping after not working out my abs for a couple months. Never underestimate yourself! If you do something that scares you, you could actually really surprise yourself!!!

I just tried this out for the first time because I decided I would exercise more, it was so hard! But I pushed through the pain and sweat. I woke, my ribs hurt so bad, I hope that’s normal for people that haven’t exercised in a while, but honestly, I’m proud of myself, this motivates me to exercise more! ☺️☺️☺️
I've been told that after an intense workout, it's normal to feel sore a few days afterward. If you're not able to function though, it's possible that you pushed yourself too hard. Depending on how long/how intense your soreness in your ribs lasted, it might not be a big deal. Whatever happens, I wish you luck in your fitness journey! Here's to the glow-up. :) (Not a fitness guru. Open to corrections.)
These workouts are life changing I was depressed for a bit and gained about 20 pounds this summer. I started doing these workouts and I feel amazing! Thank you Cassey!

i feel very proud of myself. The first time I've done this video, I was unable to achieve half of the exercice full length. The second time, it was better. Now (the third time), I've been able to achieve almost everything (still having some struggles with the russian twists, I'm unable to touch the ground with my elbow and the legs up, but it will come with practice). Thank you Cassy for your inspiring videos!

This is my day 2 of trying to get healthier again. I used to be really fit and a dancer before the pandemic, but during it and after I developed not so good lifestyle choices after losing my job and being unemployed for 6 months. I got a new job, Im getting back on my feet, I started working on my career in theatre again, and I am starting my own theatre company and in two months, I am opening my first show for my company. I want to look good for it, and I want to feel better about myself and get healthier again so I can make sure my company is being run to the best of my ability. I’m very thankful for finding you and your videos. You are a really positive person and I Look forward to this challenge and am starting to take the leap for myself again. Thank you for inspiring me. ❤

me and on my 3rd week. keep pushing. I definitely see some definition in my abs and arms and my LEGS are so much stronger, i can see clear demarcations of muscle groups which i never saw before😍. It is super hard but it definitely gets easier after 1.5 weeks

Jan 15 Day - 2 abs done. Feeling a little exhausted but motivated. Had to push myself post 80% but it was worth it. My tip is to focus on the pain, feel it, love it and push through it. Do not strain your body, but show .1% progress every single day.

Proud of myself for finishing this without a break, even if I did the easier version sometimes :) I bet I wouldn't have been able to do this a month ago when I picked up your workouts again (I've been doing them on and off for a whole decade). Also, I like how you talk about 'evolving' and not 'becoming'. It makes me focus on enjoying the process and being forgiving to myself rather than being angry for not meeting my own expectations. We evolve all life and I don't think there's a point when we 'become' something and stop developing, so thanks for that.
This workout made me realize just how little muscle i have in my abdominal! Really appreciated all of the accommodations for helping your back and neck not be in pain. Look forward to repeating this workout!

Loved it! I've tried a whole lot of different workout programs with various fitness trainers, but in the end i always end up enjoying Cassey's workouts the most - i feel fresh, good, and i know i've done a lot of work, but i don't feel exhausted. I've been working out with her in 2016 and since last year i've been back on track with her

Day 2! I’ve figured my “why.”
When you follow Cassey or any program for a while, it becomes habit and you might forget the “why” and just DO it…
My “why” is for ME, but not just so I’m at my best for me, but for my family.
It’s not because of 3 little kids that I don’t do things, but it’s because of them that I do things. I want to be able to keep up with them and enjoy living life hard with them! ♥️
Improving form, adding weight, refining diets a little, getting those kinks out, one day at a time. 💪🏼

Hi! Is this also for men? I did this with my mother-in-law but it was brutal! I could not even last 8 minutes and completely gave up 😟 My MIL did this full lesson powerfully! She have those rock hard abs in the front stomach and the rock hard obliques in the stomach sides also. I feel really low and defeated

This was super hard and I had to modify because of being sore after Day 1. Sir George's cameo surely kept me motivated at the end!
Core is my abs-solute least favourite kind of work out. Guess that's what I need to work on most. Goal is to make it through a abs work out without a break by the end of two weeks.

I haven't worked out in about 4 months so my abs were absolutely screaming already from day 1!!! I knew I was going to have a hard time from the moment Cassey told us to roll down with control hahaha! Cheerleaders Ls have always been one of the hardest moves for me. This video really destroyed my abs after months of not working out! Thanks for the great series!

I forgot how elegant yet completely brutal your workouts are! To be completely honest, I was really struggling through the workout but just one cool down later I feel super fantastic. Honestly I feel happy and optimistic for the first time in a long time!
