I did almost everything without stopping. Only move I needed a break from was flutter kicks towards the end. But every other move, I was able to complete all for the 50 seconds.

Dear Future and Past Grass, my abs are on FIRE! And this is only the 1st ab video of the day! My cork-skrews are definitely getting better but windmills were a challenge. I've been stretching for higher leg holds everyday so my hip flexors have been sore for the past week. So this video was really hard for my hip flexors. I tried to keep my legs straight the entire time but I had to bend them a little for windmills. Well, on to the next two videos! Only 20 minutes left! LET'S GOOOOOO! -Grass

Cassey, I feel really proud of what I am today...It's been FIVE years that I've been working with you, and now when I'm able to do all the moves at the right posture it really makes me feel good... First workout in a loooong time! I didn’t take breaks, but I had to do most modifications and sometimes do a completely different workout if it was too hard haha. I can definitely see where I’m at in my ab game!

Got through it all but had to put a foot down a few seconds during the cheerleader L ...
Till the end! 🌼 ...but had to put a foot down for the last 15 seconds for both sides for cheerleader L's.
Tried to do all of it! Modified and had to stop some short of the 50 secs! Hope it improves as I do more!
