I had a baby 4 months ago and had zero strength in my upper abs. Finally gave Roll Ups and Jack Knives a go, and to my surprise I did them both with little to no effort. Your workouts are a Godsend, Cassey, and they really do work! Thank you for helping me regain my strength and fitness post-partum. 💖
my previous trainer made us do abs for 15 minutes every single time no breaks, i love to say that i took no breaks :D it's been almost a year since i stopped training with her and now i train by myself at the gym, good to know I'm doing just fine on my own !! :D

I did almost everything without stopping. Only move I needed a break from was flutter kicks towards the end. But every other move, I was able to complete all for the 50 seconds.
Cassey, I feel really proud of what I am today...It's been FIVE years that I've been working with you, and now when I'm able to do all the moves at the right posture it really makes me feel good... I must accept that in the time of windshield, As there was not sufficient place I move on to my bed other than that I'm really happy that I could complete this abs test without any break at such. Extreme scream after the cheerleader L and corkscrew, and soreness that I feel after the workout, it's REALLY WORTH IT. First workout in a loooong time! I didn’t take breaks, but I had to do most modifications and sometimes do a completely different workout if it was too hard haha. I can definitely see where I’m at in my ab game!
I'm having a hard time doing half of it , but you definitely keep me motivated to keep going I was down in the 1st round . I'm 220 with very little upper body strength so the weight makes me less flexible .. but after working for a little while I've been able to eat more and I feel so much better about myself , my goal is to lose 60lbs by October and I refuse to look at a scale so I can keep going .
Well good news after the pregnancy I lost 20 and gained back twelve still sixty two pounds for my goal weight . This post was when I didn't even know I was pregnant.. so far calorie counting, minor exercise , still healing from c- section and starting intermittent fasting.. for some reason I was overly hungry and binge after giving birth.... I have gotten back my muscle tone and manage to walk 3 miles at once since the healing process and not being able to walk on my last month of pregnancy. I even manage to work up a tiny jog - my son laughed at my torment lol had to start all over
I’m the type of person who will always say I’ll do abs at the end of my workout and then end up skipping it so imma do this first so I don’t skip it LOL

You are an ever-changing being in every single moment and in one point of your life you will be more fit, more stressed, more fulfilled, etc etc and other points of your life. This is the natural phase of your life! Don't compare yourself to your past self even if you were fitter. Don't compare your self (unless comparing yourself makes you feel better about yourself), period!*

Tried to do all of it! Modified and had to stop some short of the 50 secs! Hope it improves as I do more!
