SAME!! I'm getting to the point in my strength were I can do the pilates stance no problem and do these and her other butt kicking workouts and not feel winded. Still challenged but not wanting to quit! It's only more motivation to keep going!! I'm really proud of you, too!
I'm still not able to do them well, seeing as this is the first time in my life I've stuck to a workout for more than 3 days, but I'm definitely seeing a real improvement and it's so much easier to motivate myself to keep going day after day instead of wanting to quit! 😁
2-3 years ago, I would get so tired and so exhausted within the first few minutes of a workout and I would have a hard time doing the pilates stance without my neck hurting and now I would finish a lot of workouts and piit workouts all the way through without breaks. I also did the stance with 0 strain in my neck. I am so happy with the amount of strength I have gained ❤️💪
Love these weighted cardio workouts! I love that they are a bit slower and lower impact (much better for injured knees!!) but still get that heart rate up!!
This is the longest I've ever stuck to a workout and, therefore, the most improvement I've ever seen in myself! Usually I give up after day 3, but here I am starting WEEK 3 and still motivated to keep pushing myself from here on out! Whoo! 😁

I started day 1 today. I found out about 3 weeks ago I have a cyst on my ovary but it’s not pcos but read online it’s not easy to lose weight with it. Im going to give this challenge a go anyway because last time I did workouts I was happy and motivated and looked forward to workouts and want to get back to that stage feeling like I can accomplish anything. Even if I don’t lose weight I know that I’ll feel happier and be more energised and be stronger. I only weigh 10stone but my cyst makes me look bloated 24/7. I will let everyone know how it goes once ive finished this challenge😊
I've started this journey lazy, depressed and demotivated. I didn't like my body, myself and my life. Now, workouts alone don't cure depression! And I, as many many people during the pandemic, am struggling with it. But seeing Cassey happy and enthusiastic face helps. It's like having a friend there with you, encouraging to live your best life :)! I still have problems in doing all the reps correctly, but it's a journey and I'm loving every second of it ❤️
I couldn't do cardio let alone keep up with cassey on the first week of the 21 day challenge. Eventhough I don't see much change physically or on the scale, but I do feel stronger now and I could keep up with this workout after following the challenge for 2 weeks. So proud of myself! This one was actually easier in comparison to the other ones on the list! I felt pumped up enough to attempt the other 21 day abs tone workout. Couldn’t do the heavy weights so switched to lighter ones. But I completed both and felt super accomplished!
Dear Future Grass, Boy don't I got a lot to write. 1) I remember doing this workout last January and DYING! Even if I did so many modified versions. Ever since, I've started doing Cassey's calendars and this was so much easier! Don't get me wrong, the floor is still drenched with my sweat. But, I could feel myself being stronger/getting stronger! 2)When you take care of your body, you get to know your body. Today's ab day and I've learned that my strongest part of the body is probably abs. I pride myself on this. 3) I took a lot less breaks than anticipated. I didn't stop (only during the breaks). But I took an extended break on the last one. Even then, I'm still proud of myself. Well Future Grass, when you do this workout, have water close by, roll out your mat and remember that YOU CAN DO THIS! - Grass
Dear Future and Past Grass, I just did this video again and it was much easier! I didn't take any extra breaks at all! It is 6 months later so I'm really glad I improved. This video targets way more than the heart and abs. You get thighs, booty, and arms as well. I have ANOTHER 21 minute weighted video to workout to so Imma get to it. - Grass
I’m on day 14 of your 21 day challenge and woah, I feel strong. Your work outs have upp’ed my yoga challenge, and running endurance. I also see my obliques, WHAT? I have seen those puppies since pre-baby. Double woot, double-get it, 2 side oblique muscles, never mind. I’m just really happy 👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾

Just know that your weight doesn’t define you as a person and since you’re still a teenager your weight will change up and down so remember to not be hard on yourself !🤎
holy $#%@, i can't believe i finally did this entire workout. i remember attempting it when it first dropped and failing miserably, every move hurting or making me stumble and being worn out before round 2 even ended. now, after a break and taking yoga more seriously so i can build up my flexibility.... this workout still hurt *BUT* i was able to do every move in proper form and finished to the end ✨✨ i guess the tldr of this is that an "i can't" one day can turn into an "i can" on another! so don't give up! you can do this! move your body a little every day you have the time and you'll be amazed of what you can do ❤
My quads weren’t feeling today at all when I started So had to take breaks my core didn’t really need But even the infinity scissors got fine by round 3. Which is what love your workouts It gets easier to do the movement as we progress
Great workout! In the 3rd round during sideways bends I suddenly realised I was holding the weight in the hand I was raising, instead of the one that stayed by my side. I am almost as EXTRA as Cassey! 😄
This was such a great challenge for me. I cant believe that it has almost been 21 days already. I have 2 jobs and I still come home everyday and push myself to do these. You are motivating and so great at what you do. After this challenge I am definitely doing more of your workouts. I love the warmups you do as well. They really get your body warmed up and more flexable. Thanks for this challenge I really needed it and I feel so great outside and in!!!
i´m not usually into repeats (or weights), but the compound movements you had to focus on really made it fun! i got a good sweat and wasn´t bored at all. plus, cardio and abs, my two fave parts of working out. this video was such a pleasant surprise for me!

I get unreasonably excited whenever a new challenge video pops up. I’ve sweated, I’ve cussed, I’ve given it my best, and I have to say I’ve enjoyed the daily workouts. Curtesy lunges are probably a lost cause for me, but that butt up plank jack might just be my favorite move ever!
I work out regulary doing HİİT workouts with weıghts but this!! My gosh this was brilliant, i am a sweaty mess, heart is racing. Love this challenging workouts! İ have followed Cassey for about 10 years now and i love this introduction of weights aswell as given the option without! Great workouts :)

Done! Still modifying for diastasis recti but it felt really good, I enjoy these fact, effective, weighted workouts! Tbh, Saturday was effective even without the weights 😅 I’m still sore in my legs!
Love this type of cardio most, needed more time to pay more attention to learn the moves. I think I got to do the full 45s only on 2nd round and the correct movement on 3rd.
I’ve been following along with this 21 day challenge and this workout was my favourite so far. Loved the burpee, I went ahead and added a military press at the top of that move 💪🏽

Okay so scissors are ext t impossible for me, not sure why. But once i subbed them for reverse crunches I felt AmaZING doing this workout. I don't easy sweat but I am DRIPPING!!! This was both awful and incredible and it's only been a week and a half for me but your videos have been such an invaluable resource to help me learn new moves and feel motivated. I nearly quit after round on but I'm here after round three feeling triumphant

Wow that was tough! I'm so proud of myself for completing it though! And with 8lbs the whole time! :D Also loved working out with my Blogilates mat, Blogilates water bottle, Blogilates scrunchie, and now to go track this workout in my Blogilates 2021 planner and 12 week journal. Love you Cassey!!
Okay so scissors are ext t impossible for me, not sure why. But once i subbed them for reverse crunches I felt AmaZING doing this workout. I don't easy sweat but I am DRIPPING!!! This was both awful and incredible and it's only been a week and a half for me but your videos have been such an invaluable resource to help me learn new moves and feel motivated. I nearly quit after round on but I'm here after round three feeling triumphant
