All these months of pilates is finally showing off..Could finish it completely with no breaks 😃 but I'm gonna feel them tomorrow 😭 Oh those 10secs break in-between was a much needed bliss.. Hope everyone is enjoying it whichever point of fitness journey they are in 😊😊
@@amarpreetkaur3583 Hi! I just wanted to add that it is impossible to target fat loss! While your body does not burn the fat where you exercise, it builds the muscles that are targeted. Fat loss is just a progressive thing that you can't really control the pattern of.
Cassey definitely has the best workouts on RUclips. They are very intense but her positive attitude makes them feel way easier! And they are also pretty inclusive and suitable for everyone as she always gives us other options. Thank you Cassey! 💜💜

I really like this workout. It has variety of moves that I dont get bored, the time for each move wasn't too long so it wasn't tiring but still very effective.

The floor exercises were easier for me to get through mentally. But the squat section! OOF! I almost fell over and into my pool of sweat and tears LOL! My only piece of advice for you is to play an episode of Blackish to get through the pain. Okay, I got to move on before I back out. TOODLES! - Grass
Dear Future and Past Grass, I couldn't play Blackish because my family was watching TV, but you're right on when it comes to distracting yourself. Sir George was AN ADORABLE distraction! I've never noticed how cute he is before! I also like to race with Cassey, so I try to keep up with her movements. That's always a great distraction. I took few quick breaks during the pilé section but once again, the floor section was mentally easier for me. But I still have more thigh videos to go through. TOODLES! -Grass
OW MY THIGHS! I just did the 30 min EXTREME thighs pilates video before this video. But I managed to do this video without any excessive breaks! What was really hard was the plié section. I kept slipping and almost fell into middle splits! - Grass

Just finally got around doing this leg workout as i have been hiding away because my leg muscles are so weak. Those plie always kills me but i tried. Thanks cassey for always pushing me to my best.
I was so done with the last move but instead of thinking negative thoughts, affirmations, or ideas I started screaming things like “beautiful, strong, powerful, healthy” 👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼
THAT WAS AMAZING!! In the end i couldn't feel my thighs... i was scared to get up xD ! I took like 2 breaks for the whole workout but still it was very challenging and fun too! I LOVE IT
I got halfway through before dinner 😂 but I love this exercise I was also using resistance bands to make it harder on myself oh yeah can you do a video on how to tone out your hips cause I’m kinda insure about mine 😄
Finally did this without stopping!! Started Blogilates 3 months ago and I have noticed such a difference, not only in my body but my self-efficacy and confidence. Thank you, thank you, Cassey - your positive nature and motivation has been such a blessing and I'm so glad I found your channel

I did it all the way through! Had to pause for just one second during some of this plies just to restable myself. But wooo my legs are hurting. Working on trying to get rid of a decent portion of my leg weight because I’ve always disliked how big they are. Can’t wait to see my results! I’m going to strive to do this either everyday or every other day during the morning before school to hopefully improve something!!
I still don't have that super big range of motion because I'm not that flexible (yet?), but I am pretty proud of myself that I didn't need any breaks 😨 I mean I can't get off my matt right now because my legs feel so wobbly, but I did it 😄

I had to take three quick 2 seconds breaks during the test. One during the left heel plie, one during the up up down down plie, and one during the last plie with both heels up. Only two seconds though! But I was shaking SO bad. I need to focus more on your exercises! I have two other online exercises teachers, and so I need to spend some more time with you!

No stopping while doing exercises. During the breaks, if I felt like I needed a longer one, I took a longer one.
I didn’t need to pause but did skip one exercise lol! 7 months postpartum 🙌🏼
I give myself 9/10 for the form, because I know it's not perfect. But I am proud of myself! 😊
