    This workout is the best!! I am living for the weighted workouts and the ones with equipment in general. It really makes me feel like i am elevating my workout game after years of doing pop pilates! I have never felt better 🥰 also btw cassey you are GLOWING, you look so beautiful 🧚‍♂️ ✨

      Sorry to break it to you but without a system this is useless. Yeah you might get some very trivial newb gains but that's about it. As far as I've seen it, she doesn't talk about progressive overload or anything like that. As far as exercises, they're actually mostly quite decent and executed well, unless the tricep kickbacks, which are entirely useless the way she does them (besides the fact that there are many better exercises) because as you can see, just like on the rear delt fly, she loses tension on the targeted muscle entirely for a big part of the movement. Which comes at the cost of gains and also can inflict injuries because of sudden movements from no tension to complete tension. The upright row is better performed with a barbell using a wide grip and not going higher than shoulder height. Most people, myself included, have shitty shoulders and this exercise performed like this is an easy way to mess up your rotator cuff.
      I know I might come off as a douche but I hate when people leave out important details or try to sell you "beginners" their stuff and making false promises. If you wanna keep progressing, google progressive overload and time under tension.

      @@nadinhosam8237 hey, i mean i am not an expert but i can only speak about what I learned and my experience. Since you can't spot reduce fat (from working out), you can reduce your body fat by changing your diet, sleep e.g.. This workout will rather tone and tighten your arms in the best way! I'd say just try it out you will for sure see change and feel better in your body ♡ :) I got so much more confident, simply by doing her workouts

    i love that you got a lot of vids with weights now! i do every exercise two or three times to create a set and finally build a consistent plan. i did your calendar and some challenges regularly last year and had more strength overall, especially core - than compared to 3 yrs ago going to the gym and doing whatever (even tho my muscle mass was bigger then)

    First day impressions:It arrived in a waist high box. ruclips.net/user/postUgkxP26Tir6n60vUkdtn4mbwhRO8cwuJQNy2 Each dumbbell was in its own foam box within the shipping box. Everything was secure and in good shape. No weird smells. The weight changing mechanism is really smooth and straight forward. Changing weight is really fast and easy. Though the handle is plastic, I don't think it will be breaking anytime soon. So far pretty impressed after my first session with them. I was afraid they were going to be too wide at first, but I didn't have any issues with them while doing upright rows.

    For the shoulder press make sure your elbows are slightly in front, not straight out from your body, so that you don't hurt your shoulder and elbow joints! Also, it targets the shoulder better 😁

      Hi, is this lesson also for men? I have always been very weak and unconfident. My mother-in-law has been doing this for a long time told that this lesson will help me build very thick strong arms, great self worth and confidence! I am a man and did this lesson with her. It was really hard for me. I used half pound dumbbells throughout and stopped around the 7 minute arms just gave up :( Is it very weak? My mother-in-law did the full lesson twice in a row with 12 lb dumbbells!! Her biceps are thick and solid like Cassey's and she is very super strong!!

    I’m sooo proud of you Cassey! I need to save up for those beautiful dumbbells but I’ll live with my plain ones for now 😉 this was a great workout and please go heavier or maybe kettlebells??? I would only suggest to change the airhorn back to your old ring but that’s my opinion. The air horns were a bit jarring 😅

      I love these videos + use them all the time. I only wish that the horn lined up with when the clock reaches 0 because sometimes I look away during the reps to check my form (especially if we are on our backs).

    Thank Jesus for u n ur channel 🙏🙌💓 ur better at showing n doing the right posture and really engaging breaking down things that r needed for new ppl that start with weights n weight resistance.. 💪I do this vid every morning now that I found it and have been doing the lower abs lower belly pooch vid.. VERY good results and even use ankle weights too.. 💪 it's day 3 for this vid and ur doing everything right and so much progress so far its helping my shoulder pain so please don't ever leave RUclips lol..     Thank you for this workout! I have trouble doing push-ups, tricep dips, etc… because of arthritis in my hands/wrists. It’s so much easier with weights. Yay!
