Sorry to break it to you but without a system this is useless. Yeah you might get some very trivial newb gains but that's about it. As far as I've seen it, she doesn't talk about progressive overload or anything like that. As far as exercises, they're actually mostly quite decent and executed well, unless the tricep kickbacks, which are entirely useless the way she does them (besides the fact that there are many better exercises) because as you can see, just like on the rear delt fly, she loses tension on the targeted muscle entirely for a big part of the movement. Which comes at the cost of gains and also can inflict injuries because of sudden movements from no tension to complete tension. The upright row is better performed with a barbell using a wide grip and not going higher than shoulder height. Most people, myself included, have shitty shoulders and this exercise performed like this is an easy way to mess up your rotator cuff. I know I might come off as a douche but I hate when people leave out important details or try to sell you "beginners" their stuff and making false promises. If you wanna keep progressing, google progressive overload and time under tension.

Since you can't spot reduce fat (from working out), you can reduce your body fat by changing your diet, sleep e.g.. This workout will rather tone and tighten your arms in the best way! I'd say just try it out you will for sure see change and feel better in your body ♡ :) I got so much more confident, simply by doing her workouts

Everything was secure and in good shape. No weird smells. The weight changing mechanism is really smooth and straight forward. Changing weight is really fast and easy. Though the handle is plastic, I don't think it will be breaking anytime soon. So far pretty impressed after my first session with them. I was afraid they were going to be too wide at first, but I didn't have any issues with them while doing upright rows.

For the shoulder press make sure your elbows are slightly in front, not straight out from your body, so that you don't hurt your shoulder and elbow joints! Also, it targets the shoulder better 😁

This is the first year I committed to being fully consistent with working out. I only needed to pause once for a tiny bit on the very last move. Soooo proud of myself 😊

I would only suggest to change the airhorn back to your old ring but that’s my opinion. The air horns were a bit jarring 😅
I love these videos + use them all the time. I only wish that the horn lined up with when the clock reaches 0 because sometimes I look away during the reps to check my form (especially if we are on our backs).

Great workout. The last workout didn't look like it would hurt much but it actually burned a lot. It's short and a great add on to other arm workouts. 💪
