I’ve been doing weightlifting on and off for the past two years. I love how powerful I feel lifting weights but I’ve begun to feel unmotivated to lift. I used to have so much fun doing my weightlifting workouts, but recently, they haven’t felt fun anymore. I decided to go back to Pilates, back to blogilates, the wonderful lady who first got me into exercising when I was in middle school. As I did this workout, I felt the joy of exercise rise up within me again! I think I want to do a mix of weights and Pilates from now on. Maybe doing both will maximize that joy!

you can actually tell that Julianne is a dancer because her form on those pilés are sooo much better. Her butt is pressing right down the center and not sticking out towards the window behind her.
I have been laying on my lounge with severe depression for an entire year. I tried this this morning and damn!!! I only got as far as the squats because I had a belly full of bacon and eggs lol. Loved this even though I felt like I was cramping and dying at the end of some moves. I’d love to see more workouts like this where each move is done once until exhaustion and not repeated. My personality makes me quit before the end of circuit workouts because I was so over that move last time how could I do it again already? Let’s just get it over with and move on to the next thing! xD

My legs were burning just during the warm up. I didn’t think I would make it to the end but I did!! (With a few pauses during the leg circles at the end, wowza that was hard!)
This message is after 2 mins or maybe more from excercise. My whole body is shaking hot bags because it feels so heat my legs and boots. Without sweating i think it's perfect for me. I don't want to sweat today but wants to exercise no jumping and nothing. It really feels good. Your guide is really good from videos because i don't need to look at videos all the time and focus on my body. Day 2 doing but my left boot feel like about to get cramps or brake but i don't know what is cramps feel like.
The ab workouts made me realize that I should really focus on my flexibility. Even though going through the motions with bended knees still burned, I feel like I should’ve executed the moves better to get a better burn
They really motivate me to exercise longer since I feel like exercising w buddies. I don’t know why I just cannot do the sit-up from the lying flat position
