I admit I do a lot of these 5 minutes at a time as work breaks throughout the day - it really helps me when I'm losing my focus or going into a mental black hole of despair in these weirdass times. And, the workouts are so efficient and effective. I hate repetition and you have offered so many great options! THANK YOU.
I'm a cross country skier not a dancer, but I find this workout is one of the best that I do during the off season. It's very challenging and it's one of my favorites. I always feel a burn the day after this one. To make it harder you can wear something weighted. I need to try some other Madfit workouts, but I use this one and "no weights upper body" twice a week. I always share these with my friends! Thank you for your videos Madfit!

Got this notification just as i was finishing a 20 minute total body! WOW. I think I'm a pretty fit person and can handle extreme intensity. This was honestly one of the hardest routines I've ever done and easily MadFit's hardest workout yet. LOVED IT. and activated so many muscle groups!

so good id love to see more barre/dance technique videos. i havent been to dancing in the last two years since covid hit and i feel like i need to improve my strength with exercises like this if i ever want to return. thankyou so much for focusing on form and telling us which muscles to engage as well it really makes a difference to the exercises. ive been doing the other 30 minute barre routine but if you could do one without repeats i would be so grateful. thanks so much mad!

No because this is THE BEST workout ever! I miss dance and I love how long it is how you talk to us is so perfect I feel like your personally training. This workout toned/ stronger in legs, got me abbs, made my waist tiny, helped my posture, have a pretty back, and stronger/ toned arms also!!

I did ballet when i was younger. However i quit and was 5 years with no training. I recently just got back into it about a year ago and i still have a long way to go. My flexibility for one lol. This helped me alot and I really appreciate it ❤

Can I just say this….i just LOVE you and your workouts! Seriously though, I feel like your workouts are the sweet spot in that they aren’t too hard to where my muscles feel blown out for days and I am bedridden, trying to recover but they are challenging enough to where I immediately feel my muscles are at work and feeling good, sore but not too sore. I also never get bored with what you put out, you’re a great teacher, and your body looks great (#GOALS). Oh yes. I’ve dance from when I was 4 until I was 16. Never went to a ballet class after that, today I’m 26, I’ve tried this, almost die in the try lol but it was super fun and brought a lot of memories from my ballerina times! Thank you ♥️
This workout never felt so good ! Im swearing all over again which is so good. Really your workout has made differences in me. Ive successfully done alternate plank n high plank for 30 seconds. Previously i cant do any!
that was a blast! It was a great workout to change up my routine! Also, the moves weren't so difficult however I felt like Niagara Falls was pouring on my forehead! great work :) I love the ballet series
HOLY CRAP!!! I saved this on my IG to do and only tried it today and O. M. G!!!! I was a dance teacher for 15 years, danced in a studio before for 15 years but because of moving haven’t been in a class for 3 years, I did not expect this to kick my butt as much as it did. AND I LOVE IT!!! Definitely doing this every other day until I can go all the way through without stopping then I’m gonna do it everyday lol!

I was a dance teacher for 15 years, danced in a studio before for 15 years but because of moving haven’t been in a class for 3 years, I did not expect this to kick my butt as much as it did. AND I LOVE IT!!! Definitely doing this every other day until I can go all the way through without stopping then I’m gonna do it everyday lol!
