Holy crap! This was amazing! I was just looking for a basic full body stretch video and clicked on this because the thumbnail was pretty. This was so amazing! Your voice was so kind, the explanations of the stretch was so informative, the pictures were helpful and instructions were clear. The biggest reason I'm so happy is that I've never been able to do the half straddle while leaning over and I was somehow able to do it after those other hip stretches. Thank you so much for sharing this video!
Loved this - I just started pole fitness, feeling the stiffness of sore muscles and a lack of flexibility. I love that since it’s 15 minutes I can do this basically daily. Already feeling a huge improvement!
Another 11 year old here, I’m also a beginner dancer (I did dance when I was like 4 and I only realized I wanted to do dance again last night). I wish you the best luck to becoming a dancer! I am impressed by the stretching. HA ! I was finding some difficulty in some of the last moves but I like that. Love the challenge and I like that you "hold" the stretches long enough for the muscles to release. I am an artistic/figure/freestyle roller skater and learning to do the Arabesque so this was very helpful ! Thank you !!!

I love your 15 min stretch routine and I dig ur taste in music - followed ur playlist for sure. I’m struggling with the assisted back attitude. I keep falling to the either side. Do you have more tips on how to do this pose? Do you know any other poses or exercises that can help prepare u to do the assisted back attitude?
Try doing the position without extending your leg. Just hold your foot in your hand behind you off of the ground so you can get a feel for the balance you need. Then progress in a few weeks to extending it after you’ve been able to hold it all the way through when the timer completes. The balance takes core and glute strength that may take some practice to build. Hope that helps!
Great video quality. I'm not a dancer, but I play hockey twice a week and lift weights. At 31 I've realized my body is just perpetually stiffer now, and have been trying all the "15min flexibility routine" videos on YT twice a week. This one was one of my favorites. Usually my back is always aching if I even slightly bend it, but after I did this, it didn’t feel nearly as stiff, will be doing this every day!
