Watching this today to prepare for tomorrow!! Who's with me?? 🤩 Edit 1: Oh man, just finished day 1 and I'm sweating like CRAZY. Great job to those of you who finished and good luck to those who haven't started!!! Let's stay strong, stay committed, and stay motivated during these 2 weeks 💪 (imma be updating this everyday to record my journey) Edit/Day 2: Came back here to say that I killed day 2, which was leg slimming cardio pilates combo!! Still my fav workout combos of all time 💪🔥 Day 3: WOOHOO CARDIO GLOW UP BABY ✅️ Day 4: Arms done!! I'm amazed at how amazing I've been feeling from the inside out, I'm loving this challenge a LOT 💖 stay strong u guys!!! Day 5: Done ✅️ (also marks one year since I first started this fitness journey with Cassey after discovering the 7 day ab challenge) Day 6: 🍑✅️ Day 7: POWER WALK DONEEE 🔥 I was feeling a bit down from personal problems in my life and I thought it was not going to get better anytime soon. However, walking to Cassey's playlist of empowering songs really helped boost my mood 🔥 Day 8: And round 2 begins!!! Just finished this video and I could definitely see some differences in my butt and shoulder work, I'm getting a bit stronger than I was last week!! 💪 Day 9: Leg day done ✅️ Day 10: ✅️✅️✅️ Day 11: I've been studying for AP testing in high school, and I'm HIGHKEY stressed but exercising really helps make me feel more relaxed!! Arm day done ✅️ Day 12: Got home after a day of school and shopping, and man was I TIRED. Still got waist whittler cardio and pilates done tho ✌️ (gonna eat cake afterwards cuz I can hehe 😈) Day 13: ✅️✅️✅️ Day 14: Last day of the hot girl summer sculpt done!! This was actually such a fun experience and I had so much joy completing this! I've definitely felt a lot stronger than I was when I started out, so thank you Cassey!! Can't wait to do more challenges in the future 💪 and good job to those of you who made it to the end as well!! Yall absolutely KILLED IT

I’ve been using water bottles last year and just got myself a proper set of dumbbell this april. Thought it would be worth it as I got into the habit of working out every day!

I'm oddly sooo excited for this. I've been REEEEAAAALLLYYY struggling with health and body image. Not only have I gained a very significant amount of weight but Friday was a wakeup call as I found out I had to be put on blood pressure meds (I'm only 30 and used to be very active because of my job but covid changed that and left me with crippling anxiety, depression and diagnosed OCD). I know this is probably gonna be soooo hard the first few days because I've been so very sedentary and cautious for about 10 months (because of covid. I was already high risk before the blood pressure issue) but I feel like I have to get through this and do this for myself. As dramatic as it sounds, it does feel like it's now or never. I have to make a change. I truly hope these next 14 days catapult me into a healthy routine again because I really need a win lol. Thank you for this Cassey!

I'll look up a nice full body Blogilates video for a morning workout, should be a nice little jump to my morning before my virtual onboarding call for my new job." I really thought I could just do a lil pilates, nice lil stretch after, and be ready to sink into my couch with some paperwork but NO. I FEEL LIKE I CAN MOVE MOUNTAINS AND SWIM IN GLACIAL WATERS. Who needs to go to work, I just want to keep working out now and take a shocking cold ice bath after XD Lol. Love you girl! Thank you so much for your work!
6/21/2021 ✅ This is my first time doing this video and can I just say: this is by far my favorite. I never got bored, no rounds of repeating moves, sweating but not sweating to the point where my mat becomes slippery, and full body workout!! ⭐⭐
I didn't feel good mentally today but I really wanted to do this program, so I jushed pushed myself to start the workout and now after it I feel so much better. Now I think I can have a good evening. Thank you Cassey!
I did the workout today just to get a feel for it, and I loved it! The cheerleader Abs worked so good, and I loved how it burnt each part of my abs. Thank you Cassie for making these workouts so fun! Listening to you talk throughout them is what keeps me going, and your workouts are by far my favorite 💗 Update: The 2nd time I did it (today) was much easier! It went by super fast, still burnt, and I enjoyed it

3/10/22 It's been awhile since I've exercised. Came back today with 5 lb dumbbells all the way through. But only this video lol. I'm trying to not spend longer than 30 minutes a day on exercise.. so I can get other things done also ☺️

I replaced the water with soil (in my bottles that I use as weights) and it's even more fun 😄.

1st time doing this.Def one of her best videos ever.I added a weighted russian twist in the end.I was waiting for her to do it cuz it is one of my fav moves. Today was a killer✅✅
I'm starting this challenge again inshallah, I stopped exercise for so long it's been almost a year and I feel like I'm worth nothing, I hate this feeling,I hope I finish the whole challenge, love you Cassey💙
