Could you please help me. In last year i used to do workouts, i started doing the simple exercise for fitness and to be taller, i get used to it. Then randomly i started doin hard exercises too. Now I've started again and i want to build strength and increase my stamina but before anytime, as you know we learn basics so we can then do workouts safely and easily. I'm tryna find for the very beginners and basic videos so then I'll move to the hardest exercises and will be able to do it easily. As alot obviously starts from beginning so I'll be grateful if you can guide me 💜
I'm ashamed to admit this, but this was really hard for me. I'm 17 and weigh 149.... I'm trying to start exercising because doing anything is unhealthy for my heart, and I'm extremely immobile / inflexible. It's been a struggle finding motivation to begin. it has just led to depression , your video are a real help though im just starting i really hope i meet my goals or to be at least healthy
Don't be ever ashamed, if it's hard for you to do something now, take it slow, and it will be easy someday, just keep going. Anything you can do it's worth it. We believe in you, we are in this together 💖
There is no shame and you can be proud to be here in the comment section because you motivated yourself to move gently and it's a great way to start. I'm a personal trainer as well, and I know it can be so hard to do the first step. Move at your own pace, with regularity and you will enjoy practicing for your health ☺️

I've always neglected cool downs and I wouldn't say I'm a beginner in working out but THIS really worked magic. I felt muscles stretching that I didn't know existed 😭 I'm definitely never neglecting a cool down again. THANK YOU!

During the twists, hamstring & glute stretches she said the left and did her right, and vice versa. Usually, she means the right & left, not *our* right & left (i.e. mirroring).

I really appreciate the work put in to this video but I personally found it really difficult! I got confused about the changing of sides on the leg and back stretch and felt like there was more time spent of one side than the other. It might just be me because im a beginner but it actually made my neck and back feel slightly painful after doing this. Would love to see a more beginner-friendly stretch videos or just instructions/alternatives all the way through as i find it hard to follow whilst stretching and not being able to keep my eyes always on the screen! Please dont take this the wrong way!

That's really nice exercise especially when neck rolling from one side to others keep shoulders behind head , I was feeling pain in neck due heavy workload on computer, this helped me alot in neck pain. Cool.nice 👍
