Thighs: R- 19.2 inches L- 18.5 inches Belly: 34 inches Waist: 28 inches As you can see this challenge not only slimmed my thighs down but also my Belly fat. Edit: 3 months later, Guys I'm still on my fitness journey and now my measurements are Belly: 30 Inches Waist: 26 Inches Thighs: 19 Inches I'm so happy you guys and I'm going to keep going xd

Just did my 5th day workout and so far Thighs: from 66cm to 62cm to each leg Waist: from 78 to 74 Hips: from 105 to 101 I AM ALREADY SEEING RESULTS THATS AMAZING! This challenge didn't seem too bad, but maybe it's because Cassey has trained us well! Day 1: I feel so strong to make it through! but also that was still tiring! Day 2: GUYS. I couldn't walk down the stairs without any cramping cause my legs were SO BURNED OUT! This is TIRING but in a GOOD way! Day 3: Thank you for the likes! my goodness I am surprised! Day 4: Went through this whole workout without stopping! But super sweaty ^^! which is goodd Day 5: ^^ same as yesterday. I think I'm starting to see some changes!! I'm literally dripping with sweat right now, my thighs were cracking and popping at the circles. i can barely do the squat lunges and i do the modification of all of them, my legs burn and they feel a little firmer by the day. i love this feeling of progress and i am so happy with myself. one day i will fly through these workouts.

Squat lunges are DEFINITELY the worst!! 😂 I switch it with the chair releves because I just can't do them after the pile pulses. I do right side lunges, then squat lunges, left side lunges, pile pulses, chair releves, brightest circles, left leg circles. Just switching up the order helps a lot for me!
I hated this in the moment but now that I’m done I feel so much more powerful than I did when I started. You guys can do it! We’re all in this together.

Y'all this works! I've been doing it ON AND OFF (like majorly on and off) for twenty days now and my legs look so much slimmer, especially at that above-the-knee area. The muscle seems to have sculpted downward towards my knees instead of floppily hanging at the sides. The difference is so much so that my right leg (which I work harder) looks thinner than my left.
I've loved having so many people on this journey with me. The support (and commiseration) feels wonderful. I've done the workout every day and been taking walks with my dog!
I am doing this one later and I am nervous! I broke my ankle a few months ago and still am not at 100% leg-function, so I'll be heavily modifying. But DANG IT I am going to do it.
This is one of my favorite leg workouts from Cassie! I can really feel my legs slimming. I have been doing Cassie's monthly calendar workouts for about 2-3 months now (have definitely taken a few breaks scattered throughout - missed one day of working out here and there) but I honestly feel like my legs, especially the hips/upper thigh areas, are slimmer now! My pants definitely look better on me because it doesn't bulge out so much at the upper thighs as much!
I watched this video and it's my first day and I'm already loving it! I'm not just gonna do it for 7 days! this is AMAZING! Thank you for posting these exercise videos! My friends and I used to run a lot and play outside, but no one else does it now (the boys do but they don't give us any turns and they play with toy guns sometimes and run) so these are good for my legs! They really make me sweat (which is good) and I get more of a workout than I would even I went and played outside! I am 11 years old and I want stronger legs.

Guys remember if you’re just consistent for two weeks you can start to see change. Don’t give up! Drink lots of water, I promise it works❤ you’ll be so happy when you finally start seeing change, by that time you’ll have way more motivation to keep pushing, keep up the good work!

WOAHHH just completed day 6 cardio , going to do the beautiful thigh sculpt soon. This challenge really isn’t easy at all, and if you’re reading this and completed the workout too GOOD JOB! If you are reading this but haven’t done it, DO IT! From day 1, I had to take many breaks in between and dying to day 6 and completing the workout with no breaks at all. Pilates has really helped me built endurance and I feel great after workouts. Cassey! If you’re reading this, I want to thank you so so much. Thank you so much for your encouraging words and I really enjoy your workout videos, i love working out with you! I honestly hate cardio and I’m so thankful to have come across your channel because POP Pilates is SO SO MUCH FUN! But I challenged myself to complete this 7day Thigh Challenge despite despising cardio HAHA and I’m proud of myself and I’m thankful for your encouragement and positivity. It really got me wanting to workout. I literally dread working out and then after I workout I just feel so accomplished and then the next day I do it again HAHA. The circle legs make my femur pop out of my hips every time :( (despite being quite flexible and not suffering from any known bone troubles)hoping they will warm up to this at the end of the week
I really like the music in this one! The beat is louder and and stronger - really helps when I feel like I'm about to die during the workout (which is about 80% of the time).
I usually just run, bike or walk for exercise, but apparently I’ve injured my glute/hip due to the long time repetitiveness and I’m going insane not being able to workout. My husband suggested Pilates, never done it, but I found you and love your workouts and it doesn’t aggravate my injury. Hi, so I kinda made up my own schedule and made a 10 day workout program, I am going to update every day. I am also currently doing intermediate fasting. I only eat between 12.30 pm and 18.30 pm, also trying to drink at least 1.5 l every day. I am not eating carbs (rice, pasta, bread etc. ) as well as fast food, chocolate and all fatty foods. BEFORE RESULTS: - 54 kg - thighs: 51 cm & 52 cm - waist: 64 cm - calves : 21 cm day 1: coming to the end was so hard, I felt that my legs were dead. I gave long breaks bc it was my first time doing leg cardio, finished it in 35 min. day 2: it was a bit easier than yesterday but still burned really bad. I also did some 10 min ab workout from chloe ting. day 3: instead of doing the workout, I walked for 45 min in total of 4,15 km. day 4: I did the workout in 20 min, it was slowly becoming easier. I also did 10 min ab workout from chloe ting. UPDATE: - 53 kg day 5: rest day 6: I did the workout for 2 sets, then did the "Beautiful thigh sculpt" after, then did 10 min chloe ting ab workout. day 7: I did 1 set in the workout and combined a Chloe ting abs video in the morning before breakfast, then did the last 2 sets and the "beautiful thigh sculpt" video at the end. I also walked for 1 km. day 8: Same as yesterday. I did 1 set in the workout and combined a Chloe ting abs video in the morning before breakfast, then did the last 2 sets and the "beautiful thigh sculpt" video at the end. day 9: Same as the day before day 10: Same as the day before AFTER RESULTS: - kg: 52.4 - thighs: 50 -50.5 - waist: 60 - calves: 21
I just completed this 7 day thigh challenge! And GIRL! I loved this workout and love you as a coach! The workouts are fun but easy to follow. Cassie, you are so personal in the vids and I really felt like you were in the room with me keeping me motivated! Not gonna lie, I could NOT hang with the squat lunges in the beginning but by the end of the week I was for sure stronger! Day 5 of #21DayToneChallenge : I have noticed that it’s slowly getting easier for me to finish the 20 minutes workouts. Cassie’s exercises are still strenuous but I am slowly finding that the videos are finishing quicker. Sure, my form might not be perfect, my breathing might be incorrect but I am taking lesser breaks, and everyday when I wake up with the knowledge, “I have another challenge to finish.” This is coming from me, a highly lazy person always stuck to their chair. I might not have fully adapted to the fitness lifestyle but it makes me happy knowing that I was active for at least a short amount of the day.
Alright so my legs have always been the strongest part of my body, so I’m not surprised I made it through all three rounds but boy I am sweating So Much. This doesn’t look like cardio but trust me, it is!

I just finished this 7 day challenge and I loved it! So far i've lost 0.5 inches in my thighs. My thighs are a bit on the thick side so I'm gonna try to do this for a month. 💪
those squat lunges after the releve plie pulses was a killer! i was shaking during the pulses, then during the squat lunges i somehow ended up on the floor and could not get back up 🥵
2nd day in. Didn’t think I was going to make it through all three rounds but I did. So proud of myself, took the before measurements, will update accordingly. Going to try and push through all 7! My legs were so dead today after the first day, my coworker said I look like I’m trying to walk like a normal person (I thought I was doing a good job too!), clearly I wasn’t. I’m currently on day 3. I didn’t trust myself to make it this far, as I hadn’t ever found a set of exercises that made me want to repeat them. But I’m now on day 3 of this video, alongside a couple others. Thank you for helping me find the motivation to continue.
Everyday for the next seven days I will come back to this comment and say progress! Day one 10/3/23: Legs are trembling! Was sweating bullets just after round one! Felt great afterwards though, throughout the workout I could feel the burn! Coming back tomorrow with another update! Day two 10/4/23: Got so much more done today! Yesterday I only got halfway through the video and today I got all the way through. Since as long as I cna remember, I could never cross my legs in a “lady manner” and today I finally could, the stretching of the hips in the leg circles definitely helped. For the first thirty seconds after finishing the video you feel like your dying, but after that you feel accomplished and proud, and you feel generally good, I’ll be back for part three tomorrow!

Day 2: GUYS. I couldn't walk down the stairs without any cramping cause my legs were SO BURNED OUT! This is TIRING but in a GOOD way!

I'm literally dripping with sweat right now, my thighs were cracking and popping at the circles. i can barely do the squat lunges and i do the modification of all of them, my legs burn and they feel a little firmer by the day. i love this feeling of progress and i am so happy with myself. one day i will fly through these workouts.

yes! I think the squat lunges are the worst!
Squat lunges are DEFINITELY the worst!! 😂 I switch it with the chair releves because I just can't do them after the pile pulses. I do right side lunges, then squat lunges, left side lunges, pile pulses, chair releves, brightest circles, left leg circles. Just switching up the order helps a lot for me!

If you hate it, you should change it. If you hate an exercise you will more likely to quit the whole routine. Change it to something more enjoyable
I hated this in the moment but now that I’m done I feel so much more powerful than I did when I started. You guys can do it! We’re all in this together.

Y'all this works! I've been doing it ON AND OFF (like majorly on and off) for twenty days now and my legs look so much slimmer, especially at that above-the-knee area. The muscle seems to have sculpted downward towards my knees instead of floppily hanging at the sides. The difference is so much so that my right leg (which I work harder) looks thinner than my left.

This is one of my favorite leg workouts from Cassie! I can really feel my legs slimming. I have been doing Cassie's monthly calendar workouts for about 2-3 months now (have definitely taken a few breaks scattered throughout - missed one day of working out here and there) but I honestly feel like my legs, especially the hips/upper thigh areas, are slimmer now! My pants definitely look better on me because it doesn't bulge out so much at the upper thighs as much!

I watched this video and it's my first day and I'm already loving it! I'm not just gonna do it for 7 days! this is AMAZING! Thank you for posting these exercise videos! My friends and I used to run a lot and play outside, but no one else does it now (the boys do but they don't give us any turns and they play with toy guns sometimes and run) so these are good for my legs! They really make me sweat (which is good) and I get more of a workout than I would even I went and played outside! I am 11 years old and I want stronger legs.
Does anyone else look at the timer in the middle of a move feeling like you only have 15 sec left, but only 15 sec have passed ☠️😂 (but anyways, been lovin these moves and cassey’s cheerfulness!!!)

WOAHHH just completed day 6 cardio , going to do the beautiful thigh sculpt soon. This challenge really isn’t easy at all, and if you’re reading this and completed the workout too GOOD JOB! If you are reading this but haven’t done it, DO IT! From day 1, I had to take many breaks in between and dying to day 6 and completing the workout with no breaks at all. Pilates has really helped me built endurance and I feel great after workouts.

I honestly hate cardio and I’m so thankful to have come across your channel because POP Pilates is SO SO MUCH FUN! But I challenged myself to complete this 7day Thigh Challenge despite despising cardio HAHA and I’m proud of myself and I’m thankful for your encouragement and positivity. It really got me wanting to workout. I literally dread working out and then after I workout I just feel so accomplished and then the next day I do it again HAHA. I really like the music in this one! The beat is louder and and stronger - really helps when I feel like I'm about to die during the workout (which is about 80% of the time).
I usually just run, bike or walk for exercise, but apparently I’ve injured my glute/hip due to the long time repetitiveness and I’m going insane not being able to workout. My husband suggested Pilates, never done it, but I found you and love your workouts and it doesn’t aggravate my injury. Thank you so much for sharing these workouts otherwise this mom of 6 would go crazy. ❤

Hi, so I kinda made up my own schedule and made a 10 day workout program, I am going to update every day. I am also currently doing intermediate fasting. I only eat between 12.30 pm and 18.30 pm, also trying to drink at least 1.5 l every day. I am not eating carbs (rice, pasta, bread etc. ) as well as fast food, chocolate and all fatty foods.
BEFORE RESULTS:
- 54 kg
- thighs: 51 cm & 52 cm
- waist: 64 cm
- calves : 21 cm
day 1: coming to the end was so hard, I felt that my legs were dead. I gave long breaks bc it was my first time doing leg cardio, finished it in 35 min.
day 2: it was a bit easier than yesterday but still burned really bad. I also did some 10 min ab workout from chloe ting.
day 3: instead of doing the workout, I walked for 45 min in total of 4,15 km.
day 4: I did the workout in 20 min, it was slowly becoming easier. I also did 10 min ab workout from chloe ting.
UPDATE:
- 53 kg
day 5: rest
day 6: I did the workout for 2 sets, then did the "Beautiful thigh sculpt" after, then did 10 min chloe ting ab workout.
day 7: I did 1 set in the workout and combined a Chloe ting abs video in the morning before breakfast, then did the last 2 sets and the "beautiful thigh sculpt" video at the end. I also walked for 1 km.

I just completed this 7 day thigh challenge! And GIRL! I loved this workout and love you as a coach! The workouts are fun but easy to follow. Cassie, you are so personal in the vids and I really felt like you were in the room with me keeping me motivated!
Not gonna lie, I could NOT hang with the squat lunges in the beginning but by the end of the week I was for sure stronger!

Day 5 of #21DayToneChallenge : I have noticed that it’s slowly getting easier for me to finish the 20 minutes workouts. Cassie’s exercises are still strenuous but I am slowly finding that the videos are finishing quicker. Sure, my form might not be perfect, my breathing might be incorrect but I am taking lesser breaks, and everyday when I wake up with the knowledge, “I have another challenge to finish.” This is coming from me, a highly lazy person always stuck to their chair. I might not have fully adapted to the fitness lifestyle but it makes me happy knowing that I was active for at least a short amount of the day.

those squat lunges after the releve plie pulses was a killer! i was shaking during the pulses, then during the squat lunges i somehow ended up on the floor and could not get back up 🥵
2nd day in. Didn’t think I was going to make it through all three rounds but I did. So proud of myself, took the before measurements, will update accordingly. Going to try and push through all 7! My legs were so dead today after the first day, my coworker said I look like I’m trying to walk like a normal person (I thought I was doing a good job too!), clearly I wasn’t. I JUST FINISHED MY FIRST CALENDAR EVER!! I discovered blogilates some time ago but I didn´t do Cassey´s workouts until last month and then I discovered the calendars and started in October 1st and now I´m finishing it today!! Can´t wait to start next calendar tomorrow, I love doing this, thanks Cassey!!
I’m currently on day 3. I didn’t trust myself to make it this far, as I hadn’t ever found a set of exercises that made me want to repeat them. But I’m now on day 3 of this video, alongside a couple others. Thank you for helping me find the motivation to continue.

Legs are trembling! Was sweating bullets just after round one! Felt great afterwards though, throughout the workout I could feel the burn! Coming back tomorrow with another update!
Day two 10/4/23:
Got so much more done today! Yesterday I only got halfway through the video and today I got all the way through. Since as long as I cna remember, I could never cross my legs in a “lady manner” and today I finally could, the stretching of the hips in the leg circles definitely helped. For the first thirty seconds after finishing the video you feel like your dying, but after that you feel accomplished and proud, and you feel generally good, I’ll be back for part three tomorrow!
