20 Minute Leg Slimming Cardio Pilates Workout | 7 Day Thigh Challenge (do this video every day)

You guys, this is your LAST 7 day challenge for May!! Once you finish the 7 Day Thigh Challenge, you'll have done FOUR back to back challenges for 28 days straight (have you ever been able to say that before?!?!). I am SO proud of you for making it this for so let's finish strong by slimming & toning those thighs!!
7 DAY THIGH CHALLENGE:
Purpose: To slim and sculpt your thighs in 7 days!
Begins: Monday May 25, 2020
Ends: Sunday June 1, 2020
Length: 7 days
Daily commitment: 20-30 min
How it works:
Day 1-7: Take a before picture of your legs & complete the workouts listed for the day. You can even film yourself doing these and have a cool progress video that you can upload to Instagram, TikTok, or RUclips at the end of the week!
Day 1-7: Make sure to drink at least 64 oz of water a day for all 7 days.
Day 1-7: Make sure to reduce your intake of refined/processed carbs (bread, crackers, cereal, pastries etc.) and replace with whole vegetables and fruits for 7 days.
End of Day 7: Take an after picture or video of your legs and upload the results to Instagram, TikTok, or RUclips! Make sure to include the #7DayThighChallenge hashtag and tag @blogilates so other users can find the challenge!

Belly: 36 inches
Waist: 30 inches
By *Day 07* my thighs looked slimmer, really.
Thighs: R- 19.2 inches L- 18.5 inches
Belly: 34 inches
Waist: 28 inches
As you can see this challenge not only slimmed my thighs down but also my Belly fat.
Edit: 3 months later, Guys I'm still on my fitness journey and now my measurements are
Belly: 30 Inches
Waist: 26 Inches
Thighs: 19 Inches

yes! I think the squat lunges are the worst!
Squat lunges are DEFINITELY the worst!! 😂 I switch it with the chair releves because I just can't do them after the pile pulses. I do right side lunges, then squat lunges, left side lunges, pile pulses, chair releves, brightest circles, left leg circles. Just switching up the order helps a lot for me!

I had a little pop in my hip evertime i did those circles! I have them more often and they’re the most uncomfortable feeling ever and sometimes even hurt. What i found worked for me was first of all doing them the other way around, so leg out to the side first then up, and second of all really trying to press your back into the ground or lifting your head and shoulderblades a little off the ground to help with that! Goodluck!

It’s your upper part of your femur (upper leg bone) moving in your hip socket. It just means that your natural range of motion is smaller (this is super common, as it is rare for someone to have this wide of a range of motion in their hips).

Just been following the calendar for April and May and reduced my intake of carbs, had plenty of water around 3-4 litres per day. And I could see the difference in my appearance, fitness and energy levels in around 2-3 weeks 💪
Apart from Cassey pilate exercises , do you do cardio like running?
@@SamSammiLi No I just followed the calendar workouts everyday for an hour/hour and a half and reduced my food intake especially carbs. And increased my water intake too. Didn't do any extra cardio.

This challenge didn't seem too bad, but maybe it's because Cassey has trained us well!
Day 1: I feel so strong to make it through! but also that was still tiring!
Day 2: GUYS. I couldn't walk down the stairs without any cramping cause my legs were SO BURNED OUT! This is TIRING but in a GOOD way!
Day 3: Thank you for the likes! my goodness I am surprised!
Day 4: Went through this whole workout without stopping! But super sweaty ^^! which is goodd
Day 5: ^^ same as yesterday. I think I'm starting to see some changes!!
Day 6: Added 2 5 pound weights to this - makes a huge difference!

I have a question this workout is supposed to Slim down our thighs not bulk them up because I want to slim my thighs down

I've loved having so many people on this journey with me. The support (and commiseration) feels wonderful. I've done the workout every day and been taking walks with my dog!
This one was really challenging, but for me day 3 ( i think it was on day 3) , the butt workout was the hardest 😅
I am doing this one later and I am nervous! I broke my ankle a few months ago and still am not at 100% leg-function, so I'll be heavily modifying. But DANG IT I am going to do it.

maybe it just lacks lubrication! :)
My hip pops when I do my right leg but I think that is an issue with my body and not my fitness level. When I tried to take up running, I had an issue with my right hip/knee too and it caused so much pain. Just make smaller circles and maybe check it out at your next doctor visit.

Alright so my legs have always been the strongest part of my body, so I’m not surprised I made it through all three rounds but boy I am sweating So Much. This doesn’t look like cardio but trust me, it is!

I'm literally dripping with sweat right now, my thighs were cracking and popping at the circles. i can barely do the squat lunges and i do the modification of all of them, my legs burn and they feel a little firmer by the day. i love this feeling of progress and i am so happy with myself. one day i will fly through these workouts.

I find this workout "easier" than the arms workout, because that one really killed me hahaha

I think u should slow down ur overestimating urself ...more than 1 hour n 30 minutes of exercise is harmful ur body will get extremely exhausted which will cuz u to loose motivation n feel a lot pain next day which will make u skip work out n then break the challenge

The music background is so good! It really helped to keep me going. Even my parakeet was chirping to the tunes.🦜🎶😊 I wish there was a song/artist list.
Finally after doing this video now for a few times, I could match Cassey's speed however couldn't jump those squat lunges but I know if I keep going one day I will do those for sure...❤️
That's amazing, girl. Proud of you! Go at your own pace if you need to, though. It's perfectly fine as long as you don't get injured and do the move(s) right

Hi, so I kinda made up my own schedule and made a 10 day workout program, I am going to update every day. I am also currently doing intermediate fasting. I only eat between 12.30 pm and 18.30 pm, also trying to drink at least 1.5 l every day. I am not eating carbs (rice, pasta, bread etc. ) as well as fast food, chocolate and all fatty foods.
BEFORE RESULTS:
- 54 kg
- thighs: 51 cm & 52 cm
- waist: 64 cm
- calves : 21 cm
day 1: coming to the end was so hard, I felt that my legs were dead. I gave long breaks bc it was my first time doing leg cardio, finished it in 35 min.
day 2: it was a bit easier than yesterday but still burned really bad. I also did some 10 min ab workout from chloe ting.
day 3: instead of doing the workout, I walked for 45 min in total of 4,15 km.
day 4: I did the workout in 20 min, it was slowly becoming easier. I also did 10 min ab workout from chloe ting.
UPDATE:
- 53 kg
day 5: rest
day 6: I did the workout for 2 sets, then did the "Beautiful thigh sculpt" after, then did 10 min chloe ting ab workout.
day 7: I did 1 set in the workout and combined a Chloe ting abs video in the morning before breakfast, then did the last 2 sets and the "beautiful thigh sculpt" video at the end. I also walked for 1 km.
day 8: Same as yesterday. I did 1 set in the workout and combined a Chloe ting abs video in the morning before breakfast, then did the last 2 sets and the "beautiful thigh sculpt" video at the end.
day 9: Same as the day before
day 10: Same as the day before
AFTER RESULTS:
- kg: 52.4
- thighs: 50 -50.5
- waist: 60
- calves: 21

Day-1: omg I didn't know we're repeating the same excercises..I couldn't jump at all so I did the basic versions I didn't think I'll pull it off but I did and legs are jelly can't even stand now.
Day-2: alright just finished today lemme tell u something I live in a two story so it was so hard to climb the stairs n it took me a while to sit on the chair 1st set was intense pain I'm my stomach almost trembled sm to the point I couldn't feel them but a pair of rocks 2nd one was literal hell I thought to give but thanks to Cassey I got thru to round 3 n to my surprise..shocked really..they didn't hurt much it was better actually and right after finishing I felt a sigh of relief in my thighs..but they are still sore
Day-3: there's nothing to say except one word..HELL!! Omg I really really wanted to give up but then I remembered how my thighs looked like when I sat in the chair ( ) ( ) so yeah I continued
Day-4: literally freaked out because couldn't keep up with one but now I got two.. So I thought imma do the 10 mins one first n then this but trust me you should do this one first n then that..psst..my legs aren't actually sore..like at all..
Day-5: I couldn't pull myself together to do it so..didn't really like you know put all my efforts for 45 secs but still did it feels good..can see a slight change and mehhh finally some ray of hope.
