I have struggled with eating disorders and orthorexia through adolescence and adulthood, about 14 years, and I'm finally trying to do right by my body. I'm about a month without purging daily, WITHOUT restrictive eating to balance it, and I'm exercising again regularly for the first time in about 5 years. My new outlet is cycling, but it's raining today, so I was looking for something indoors. I just watched your video about your 90-day journey and it resonated with me HARD. I decided to check out your workouts. I just did this video and I hated it in the best way. I'm sweaty, I'm tired, but it feels so good to be back in the saddle in a healthy way, and best of all, you encouraged me to keep going and I finished it! I know you've dealt with negativity on your videos and in the media but I just want to say that you are so inspirational and your encouraging, positive attitude is infectious. Thank you for putting so much work into your videos and making them free for the world. So grateful to you! You are helping so many people, me included!

For those of you having back issues, part of the challenge is the mind-body connection. Your lower back tries to compensate for your tired booty. If you focus your mind on using your butt muscles to lift the leg, over time the connection will form and the muscles will become easier to engage without soreness.

For a fat and unhealthy girl like me
I barely can do uptil 20-16 and i take longer breaks
And after these my body shakes and i get worn out
I wanna say its ok,results or strength is a long term process the builds overtime
After putting fat on for 20 years ×12 months i cant expect to melt away in 1 month, this may take time, today you maybe weak
But the decision you took for yourself matters, dedication and will to change matters.
Do it without expecting and god will help you reach there in no time

*day 1* This was SO much "better" than the #7dayabachallenge. Much easier! it was SO good. I killed it!!! You have no idea how thankful and relieved I am not to do plank jacks, ugh!
*day 2 (done on day 3!)* It feels good mentally and physically to work out after a rest day. My legs and well, lower body are feeling the burn!
*day 3* And I doubled the burn! ... (awesome! hoping my body won't be too sore 'cause tomorrow's gonna be something else!!!)
*day 4* I thought I was too tired and drained of energy to work out today but I managed to make it on the mat, and am happy I did. It only gave me a little boost of energy, but it's better than nothing at all.
*day 5 (done on day 6!)* Today is the most exhausting one for me, so I went a bit slower. Feels so good to finally finish the workout ugh!
*day 6* I feel my hamstrings but I don't feel them at the same time. Ya feel?
*day 7* DONE!!! Now anxiously waiting the "arm cardio workout" with a bit of anxiety because of the very likely up up down downs, (triple) prayer pulses, and triceps dips.

I’m not gonna lie, this totaled me. I had to pause like 3 times to catch my breath for 5 minutes. But it was worth it. To anyone who’s like me, hang in there and don’t be discouraged by the struggle at first. The exhaust is proof it’s working and your body will most definitely thank you later. :-)

Leaving this comment to hopefully encourage people who fall into the same mindset as me to encourage them to keep going: Whenever I can't keep up with Cassey or can only do the modified version, I tend to get really discouraged and want to quit. Halfway through the first round, I was so frustrated that I was like "I'm not even gonna finish this first round, let along 7 days of this..." But I decided to change my mindset, and with the new mindset I made it through all the rounds. Here's the deal: Go slower. Do the modifications. Switch around the order of the exercises if you want. Make this workout your own. Cuz here's the thing... Cassey works out pretty much every day, so her muscles and stamina are EXTREMELY developed. This simply is not as difficult for her as it is for the average person. And they chose music with a pretty wild bpm for this workout, so while Cassey and other incredibly fit people might be able to keep up with that insane pace, you should feel ZERO shame for having to take it at a more reasonable pace. Trust me, going slower and just doing whatever range of movement you can will ease the urge to quit SO much. Doing it at your own pace in your own way is still far better than doing nothing 💛

Blogilates workouts help with ur overall outlook on being strong mentally and physically while Chloe ting workouts focus on looking more shredded. A lot of ppl like Chloe’s workouts cuz they show results really quick while blogilates workouts show gradual improvement and help to focus on feeling strong and appreciating ur body. It’s really just what u want at the end of the day.

@@afreenbasheer3831 yes, Chloe's challenges are more of a temporary thing you do and it helps you transform your body, but you probably can't just do them all the time! While Cassey's callenders are more long term. This is just my opinion tho... I also noticed that how "supportive" they are depends on every person's prefrance. Some people like to just get through the workout while others like hearing Cassey's encouragement! For me it depends on the day or type of challenge I am looking for! Do you agree?

Day 1: done without stopping (not as the ab challenge 😒). I did it with modifications because I don't want to wake up my neighbors and without pulses for today. Two things to say: I cannot do the planks as quick as her, and my lower back is hurting (maybe because of my hyperlordosis?)
Day 2: completed again without stopping and today I did the pulses. But I've woken up really sore on my lower back. Single leg squat makes me hurt it and there's no way I can straight the back...
Day 3: I woke up with no energy and my period decided to visit me. I've completed without stopping but surely I suffered more today.
Day 4: I was thinking on not doing it BUT I'm committed, so completed without stopping.
    Day 5: done ✔
Day 6: did it with my boyfriend, and with all the jumps 😁
Day 7: doooone. I'm scared for arms week😅
