You are beautiful inside and out! Also to everyone reading: You can do it! I know the workouts are hard, but you can always modify them. I had to use a smaller range of motion and do less reps at the beginning. It's been almost a year, and now,I am working on is not hitting the pause button! Cassey is a tough lady to keep up with! hey ladies just putting it out there that I used to do blogilates all the time and its great for staying in shape and toned but if you really wanna grow your butt like I did, you NEED weights and progressive overload. Bands and body weight can only take you so far! :)
So you might need to add toddler resistance bands because my daughter got mad that she couldn’t do the moves with me 😅 the one I gave her kept falling down!

@@tovameguira6381 What are you even talking about? Misleading titles are definitely not okay and you shouldn’t have to figure out on your own what you can and cannot do. It’s the job of a trainer to create effective and efficient workout plans. That’s literally their job.

It’s very unhealthy for newbies who don’t know and are « following » the titles thinking they can achieve a 6 pack in 7 days… But I was saying that people who are more educated are less likely to fall in the trap basically 🙏🏼
@Morning Star Doing a workout every day allow someone who don't have any rythm to know when that person needs some rest. In that moment, you learn how many times you need to rest per week. It's about learning your rythm and she made this workout for it (there's only 2 resistant bands level while she use 3 usually so it may burn but allow you to find your rythm - and you can do this without bands). Don't take it personnally, when you'll feel ready you'll do it naturally and will understand your own way each workout because you'll base it on your rythm by knowing what you want : you'll know in which rythm to do it.
@@yesyes3392 because when you exercise the body the muscles that worked are injured so then they want their time to rest and build as strong as possible. The right thing to do is to repeat it in three days. 🥰
@@medousa3871 This workout is very light. All the clubs i have joined. Swimming was every day 1 hour. And strength training everyday. No training on weekends. You don't need rest days the amount of exercise people think is damaging is completely wrong. When you think you are about to collapse you keep going. When you feel like you're suffocating you still go.

I’ve been a fan for some time but I find the recent videos to be uninspired and kinda the same old moves. The ending was super cringe and awkward. Totally understand you have product and a business now, but 😬… idk, just venting. As long as your videos are encouraging someone to get up and move, keep doing it! 👍🏼

If u don't have booty bands, u can just use old tights. Adjust as needed. Hope that helps!! #blogilates #pilates #diyworkouts #popflex

You shouldn’t do any exercise every day. It’s like trying to paint without letting the paint dry in between layers. Rest and deload are crucial.
I totally agree with you and I suppose this is meant to be like a challenge.
Still, and u can’t put a time on progress because everyone is different. Some titles are misleading. But it’s ok if you know what’s possible and not 💓

If you make the playlist of the day (Blogilates) it is okay because it trains different muscle groups every day (legs, arms, abs, buttocks ...)

limit range of motion to protect your lower back!! on all fours, protect your wrists by going down on your elbows
