I always struggle with watching workout videos and thinking 'this person doesn't know the pain I'm feeling right now, why should I believe them". Your videos (even doing this without a band) always make me feel secure knowing this is the best choice for me and my body. This set comes with 5 bands of varying resistance, a storage bag, ruclips.net/user/postUgkxS7ex6L4sMqpaTn4LnBPyBmRQsSingL8y a small pamphlet with some sample exercises, and an access code for an online workout video. I haven't viewed the online video, so I cannot speak to the quality of that piece of the set. However, everything else is perfect for what I was looking for. The bands are durable, and the resistance strength varies enough between bands that they're each useful for different exercises and provide a great challenge as you gradually increase the resistance level for certain exercises. The only band I don't use very often is the lowest resistance band, but even that is nice for exercises that target weaker/seldom used muscle groups.
I really like exercises with the booty band, it helps me to focus on the exercise more and helps with my form! Everyone is always saying "Find the exercise you love and enjoy" and I think exercises with the booty band (or other equipment, dumbells not so much tho) is the way to go for me!!!

This inner outer thigh workout is always the one I turn to, and the workout makes my thighs scream 😱 it's so hard, I have to take lil breaks here and there because of the tension. But it's worth it, and effective. Thank you Cassey for creating this 🙏 ❤️

Doing it late but doing it anyway! I loved that true crime reference, that was funny and mmh, very spot on! This workout murdered me while actually making me and my lower body alive. Now I don't have booty bands but the pain was very real the whole time anyway. Super effective for just a 15 minute workout. Loving that new series!! A "work out in bed" series would be great, for the times where you're lazy or really don't have the energy to do anything else

I like how she explains how to do the move before and during so u wont hurt urself trying to figure out how by just copying what other utubers just do. That's what happened to me and I hurt myself. My knees are still not back to normal and its been 2 yrs.

Tried these without the booty bands, too and still felt it. Fabric bands are the best. Thanks for great isolated inner/outer thigh work.
