    I always struggle with watching workout videos and thinking 'this person doesn't know the pain I'm feeling right now, why should I believe them". Your videos (even doing this without a band) always make me feel secure knowing this is the best choice for me and my body. Thank you for your dedication and hard work to helping us be better than our past.

    This set comes with 5 bands of varying resistance, a storage bag, ruclips.net/user/postUgkxS7ex6L4sMqpaTn4LnBPyBmRQsSingL8y a small pamphlet with some sample exercises, and an access code for an online workout video. I haven't viewed the online video, so I cannot speak to the quality of that piece of the set. However, everything else is perfect for what I was looking for. The bands are durable, and the resistance strength varies enough between bands that they're each useful for different exercises and provide a great challenge as you gradually increase the resistance level for certain exercises. The only band I don't use very often is the lowest resistance band, but even that is nice for exercises that target weaker/seldom used muscle groups.

    This was crazy!! I did this routine straight after a 5K run, and I have to admit I couldn't finish without sneaking a mini-break here and there, it was horrendous - I love it! Thank you Cassie!

    Cassey, I know you have been stressed out so much in the past that you probably wanted to run away and quit blogilates forever, but thank you for never giving up and continuing to make such lovely things for us. I can tell you that your work/what you do/and who you are as a person have changed my life for the better, and I'm just one person! All of your hard work has been so worth it and inspires so many. You are the reason why working out is my sanity and favorite hobby now.     I really like exercises with the booty band, it helps me to focus on the exercise more and helps with my form!
    Everyone is always saying "Find the exercise you love and enjoy" and I think exercises with the booty band (or other equipment, dumbells not so much tho) is the way to go for me!!!

    I completed this workout as part of the march calendar plan for today and Ooooohhh Gooood ! I did NOT know what I was getting myself into !!! It was SO intense and SO bad but in such a good way, might struggle with walking tomorow hhh.

    Doing it late but doing it anyway!
    I loved that true crime reference, that was funny and mmh, very spot on! This workout murdered me while actually making me and my lower body alive. Now I don't have booty bands but the pain was very real the whole time anyway. Super effective for just a 15 minute workout. Loving that new series!!
    A "work out in bed" series would be great, for the times where you're lazy or really don't have the energy to do anything else

    Omg Cassie why would you do this to my thighs!!?! I swear not only did this go by super quickly but my legs were on actual fire. I put my legs down at least 20 times I swear but I kept going! I have zero idea how you did this without putting your legs down but honestly thank you so much for the workout!     Wow I feel the burn so much 😭 I did this just once and the next day I already noticed my butt look so much more rounded and defined, I couldn’t do it each day because I was so sore the next day so I’m doing this every other day and I’m so happy I found this work out!!     Dear Future Grass, ever since the 2022 Glow Up Challenge, I've been obsessed with working out using equipment! OMG My legs and booty are done! These are moves I've done so much that I wouldn't feel the best impact of without the band. My thighs are burning but there's one more video left!

    My first time trying your workout ive just started a new training doing bootcamp and i want to do something extra or different on the side i usually do a power walk on my treadmill and a hit of core but i needed something else omg i felt the BURN esp on the side lying attitude extensions! will be adding this to my work out at home
