To everyone contemplating whether or not they should do this beginner workout: I do blogilates every single day and am by no means a beginner and yet I can tell you: this one BURNS
I SO wish I could meet you and work out with you!! My experience at the gym was, the instructor judging me for not being flexible and not really telling me what to do to gain flexibility. Look at her, in every video she encourages you and says how it's ok if you are not able to do a certain thing at that moment, and that it will happen with time. I have been following her for past 5 months, and I am 200% more flexible than before, 1 inch away from a split. Cassey, you are the best! :)

Oh my gosh. This workout hits hard. Don't be deceived when it says "beginner". Yup she warned us. When I woke up the next morning. My thighs are aching. I'm going to try next one of her arm workouts.
This was excellent! I've had several extreme knee surgeries (by the ripe old age of 23) and have a lot of difficulties with most leg workouts. Those wide squats were less strenuous on my joints than regular ones, and the floor workout didn't hurt at all! I think I just found my new go-to workout channel - thank you!!
Hey Cassey, I’ve been doing your workouts for like 6-7 years & I just wanted to say thank you for providing so many workout videos & health plans for free, it’s incredible what you do and so nice because being healthy & fit shouldn’t require lots of money but often the gyms & classes that are fun and keep you interested are super expensive. What you do is awesome and very generous, so thank you so much!
I usually end up feeling exhausted after an exercise, but here my muscles felt so relieved and almost “stress-free” if that makes any sense, definitely will be sticking to it 😌

I have been having a lot of lower back pain and tightness lately. Realized that strengthening a lot of the muscles we don't use in a mainly sedentary life isn't really optional if you want to have a pain-free life and full range of motion. All of my blogilates experiences so far (only watched 3 videos) have been low impact but incredibly intense. My body is starting to wake up and feel better. Thank you so much Cassey!

Wow! I have suffer from incredible hip pain and did this video a few days ago and again this morning and this has been the most relief I have had in over 2 years. I have been to a physio, acupuncturist, had an MRI and was given steroid pain relievers then biologics for the inflammation and none of these methods gave me the relief like this video. Thank you so much! I am so very happy I found your amazing channel:)
I like how clear the instructions are, and the reminders in between the movements because sometimes i start off in the right form and then fall into the wrong form so i readjust right away with the reminders and I can feel the difference right away!

I'm a professional ballet student and this is my second day trying Pilates, I've never done it before, and at the moment I'm loving it! @@celestereyes4606 Believe me, I learned real quick. Before quarantine, I would lift weights and run on the treadmill. Felt pretty good about myself. The first time I did one of her videos, I was more tired and sore than any workout prior. Months later, I can do most of the advanced versions of the workouts... unless they require flexibility... I have a long road ahead of me there lol.

Hi Cassey! I just wanted to say a HUGE thank you for these videos. I've always felt insecure about my weight and lack of muscles. I watched your videos and worked hard every day and have been doing so for about two months. I finally got the courage to step on a scale and I dropped 10 pounds!! @。。i stan too many groups I had the exact same issue!! I was super anxious to see changes, and it definitely took longer than I wanted. To help i would recommend doing the a week long challenge of Casseys, taking a day or two break and then doing another! After the thigh challenge, my legs didn't look any different, but when I felt the back of my thighs, there was muscle! Those little signs of progress are what really kept me going, the last two months have flown by!! Good luck and happy exercising❤❤❤
@。。i stan too many groups for sure the ones on her website, I've already done 7 day abs, thighs, glute and I'm currently working on arm! 7 day thighs was definitely my favorite and abs was for sure the hardest. I think after arms I'm going to really push myself and try the 28 summer sculpt (with maybe a break or two every week to help stay motivated😅)

Personally, it helps if I squeeze my thighs together as I sit up. Try placing a small object like a tennis ball between your knees to remind yourself to squeeze your thighs!
hands down one of the best youtubers here, i’ve done workouts before due to insecurity’s but i gradually managed to accept my body, ive been to try pilates though becuase i’ve heard it’s enjoyable and is a great workout, now i’ve only done this once but i can tell you guys. this burns!! and i believe it will show results, great work ur a great hype woman too!

Also, I can't see my tablet too well and having the extra description kept me from having to get up off the floor to get a closer look at what you are doing. On my 7th try after consistently working out and stretching for a full month, I can finally do this workout the entire way through. My hips were locking up and my shoulders kept going numb at first. I feel much stronger now and can handle my own body weight.
I love your videos. I love you have 3 different levels but the levels don’t refer to the difficulty of the workout. I like how I can still get a good workout even when I’m just learning the moves

I loved this workout. I was dreading the “new video” on the calendar but it wasn’t as bad as I thought (although it might get there haha). One problem I have is during awkward foot and such exercises. I sometimes have to workout on a hard wood floor and even with a yoga mat, I can feel my hip pressed against the floor and it takes away from the workout because I’m focused on the pain.

Try folding your yoga mat beneath your hips to create a slight cushion between you and the floor. It helps!
