Hi this is gina, just wanted to know what is your advice on toning thighs? Ive lose over 40 pds and my thighs have gotten somewhat toned but still needs a lot toning; my goal is to have my thighs toned in two years Becuse I have a busy schedule so I think that's realistic for me. Okay I'll appreciate you feedback . Thanks
Gina Hernandez I would say eat cleaner and incoporate cardio more, it seems like your working hard you just need to melt the fat using cardio so all your hard work and muscles can show through. I hope this helped!

did the 5 moves to your fittest butt workout and then this one, both with 4,5 pound ankle weights on each leg. i'm so dead omg.. that was the hardest thing I've ever had to do but i'm so glad i pushed myself
Yas I love this. Every other routine like this I’ve found really difficult for many reasons like usually they take up more space that I don’t have, are just a little too intense and I end up giving up or use equipment I don’t have. I can literally just do this any time while laying on my bed and can feel the burn but at the same time is definitely manageable. Love it

NO BREAKS IN THIS VIDEO!!! Beginners Calendar 2020 and I ONLY TOOK 1 BREAK TODAY!!! Those toe raised pliae squats on the first Day 14 video killed me, so I took a break at the 1 minute mark for 30 seconds or so during that bit, then continued. I did this whole video with NO BREAKS!! First time i've done that! :D So happy!! I can definitely feel myself getting stronger, and my body is adjusting. Nowhere NEAR as hungry, which is good. Minus the last couple of days, i'm actually waking up wanting to work out. Which is good. :) I don't feel like my day has really started until i've worked out. A massive change! This is the furthest i've gone with any workout, so i'm pretty pleased with myself. Now that my HR has come back down, i'm actually going to finish this video with the stretches video from the previous day. I think that'll be a good cool down. :) First time i've felt able to add an extra video in too. :D Definitely feeling the changes!
So after a total of about 25 minutes of working out with Cassey, my body is like "NOPE. We are staying on the floor today, don't even think about getting up". I didn't even recognise the muscles I was using in this video, I thought I'd try something new because I never really do that many leg workouts, and gosh that hurt! Feeling strong! I'm struggling with an eating disorder at the moment, and I just have to thank you Cassey for being so positive, strong and inspiring. I really hope that one day my body will be my friend again, ready to run ten miles if I want to, but also able to enjoy cookies and ice cream. To all of you who struggle with eating disorders, depression, anxiety or whatever is keeping you from enjoying life - it might feel hopeless, but there are things worth fighting for that need you to stay alive

Look into fascia blasting as well as toning. It will help you greatly. I fascia blast in some of my videos. Its a great tool from Ashley Black
