I actually found a purpose in life and get healthy at a good way and it makes me so happy! After recovering from my anorexia I realised fit is so much more beautiful than skinny. You helped me really much to realise that, cassey. I love your videos and your way of making them and actually make sure people are keep holding on because of you! OMG! I thought it wasn't giving me a burn or thought maybe my form wasn't right but DAMN!! After 2 days my inner thighs are sore and on fire!! which is great because I've never been sore there before! Definitely in my leg regimen now!😚
this is one of my favorite thigh workouts ever! i love that there's only two moves so you keep pushing and don't need to really reposition yourself! my thighs were burning much more than any other video

I have been doing this thigh workout for 2 weeks now (along with other workouts that I've done for much longer) and I see major improvements. Even others have noticed my legs getting slimmer. This is definitely the most painful workout, it burns, and that is exactly what I wanted. Thank you, I will keep doing this workout!

I started a little late so this is only my second week but I have been enjoying your videos so much!! Not gonna lie, when I first started I was really only trying to keep in shape, avoid the quarantine 15, and for other reasons including vanity but getting to see how confident you are and hear your daily inspirational talks about working out for your best body and for confidence has really made me reflect on how I want to perceive myself and those around me. check your position, it's because you're laying all the weight on your arms...try tu 'push' the weight to your lower area :)
maybe you legs are stronger than your arms so they begin to hurt quicker :)

you cant burn fat in only one part of the body. trust me i already looked this up too cause i used to wanna do that. the only way to loose the double chin is to workout the whole body. eventually the more fat you burn everywhere else you will begin to see the double chin less..

+Annita Gonzalez from what ive learned from my research on this is if you lost weight or already skinny but still see the double shin you can try chin/neck exercises to help tighten your muscles in that area. you can look it up and you can see alot of videos on this here on youtube or images on google

You were made to do this job, not just teaching Pilates but to motivate and encourage people around the world to move every day and to be strong ! I watch your videos everyday and try to be as strong as I can and get muscle. You don't judge people with muffin tops and encourage people to get stronger and not stick thin ! You make me smile and happy :) by the way I like when you make a preview of the exercises at the beginning of your videos because sometimes I know I can't do some moves so I have to watch all the video to see if it's a training for me or not. Whereas with the preview I can see if it's a training for me :) keep going. When I first started doing this video, I could hardly do the U-up lifts at all. Now, two weeks later, I have much better control of my legs! I'm making more precise U shapes, and I can get my leg up higher during the lifts :D Thanks, Cassey!
