I liked this workout. The sideways scissor kicks and froggers were a nice "break" between the plank moves.
Sometimes I wonder when she writes her calendars that she said to do this video twice... cause man, today April 11, that's a lot..!
im with you! currently on today as well and I don't think I will make it through all 4 workouts!
If its too much in a day of calendar workout I just do kneeling leg lifts other side.. and do it once...
But this april she put this one first so maybe the rest accounts for this one being difficult
pro tip for those doing the calendar but hating repetition (like me): I did this video at the beginning for the first time and didn´t do it again right after, but at the end, after the rest of the videos! keeps it fresh and ideal for me!
Anyone else come to watch it early so they can mentally prepare themselves? :)

I've started doing this workout a couple times every few days and I'm seeing improvements! I'm gaining muscle in my calves and my thighs have gotten slightly smaller.
But I'm not really focusing on the physical changes, the mental ones have impressed me more! I can now do the entire first round without stopping and the second one I only had to stop twice for a couple seconds. I'm so happy I'm seeing improvements!

This is one of the best leg slimming videos. What makes it more wonderful is the fact that you actually don't get tired when you do it with Cassey. She makes everything looks so easy.

i'm doing this by myself and i can't help but laugh because it's fun, at the same time painful (it means it's working) and the woman is so active and fun. before going on this channel, i did several exercises from another channel and it bored me. i'm still on my first day and i think i've had enough today for my warm up. i'm soaked in sweat. but i'm definitely going back to this exercise.
Day 2 of 2018, this was hard and I could only do it 3 times before I had to stop, but looking forward to doing it again in a few weeks/months and seeing how much stronger I have become!

Starting my first calendar this month. So far have completed everything except vids where there r two cardio workouts (substitute it with something else) but so far I've loved the upper body effects it has had on me :) can't wait for the whole month!

January 2018?? Second day into the new year and I’m dead. I have to do this two more times. Send help
Ariel Nous I did the beginners calendar in the middle of last September and when I was done I just did the remaining days of October and continued following the monthly calendar.
To further explain say I finished the beginners calendar on October 15. I then downloaded the October calendar and the next I did the workout for October 16 until I finished the month. Then I continued monthly. I hope that helped ❤️❤️❤️
