    It's good that she admits to the workout burning and hurting too because with a lot of workout trainers they act as if it's the easiest thing in the world and it discourages a lot of people because they're having a difficult time. Really appreciate it ♥️

    I finally did this the entire time! I have never been able to do a single work out the whole way through! I FINALLY DID IT! I'm waaay to excited about this!

    Although I was DYING from pain, I love this video because I didn't need any weights or have to get on the floor to work my arms. I will definitely be doing this everyday!

    The last exercise is impossible for me because of my boobs.... I can't get my elbows to touch...
