    I've been doing this workout for a month for jus 1 time everyday and sometimes 2 times plus instead of using the elevator, i use the stairs and lemme just say, my legs have become thinner than ever! I used to have very fat legs and now people are amazed at how skinny it got! This really works guys!! Never give up!!

    For any of those wondering - yes, this is a pretty efficient lean leg work out. I personally feel like this one gave better results than the other ones I did. So do it a few times, I promise it's worth it.

    Casey is awesome did this for a week straight and my thighs actually got smaller and toner, my friends even notice and asked if I was working out but I just did this and a little bit of 10-15 mins of running each day and it worked !! I didn’t change my diet or anything just was persistent with the workout and it paid off!!!

    OMG I LOVE LOVE LOVE THIS WORKOUT!!!!! I have done it for three days strait along with her 5 min arms, 5 min butt, and 5 min abs, plus popsugars 5 min lose the pouch workout... And I have lost 5 lbs and have a huge difference in my body already and I love it!!!! If anyone out there is struggling do the workouts I listed. It knot takes 25 min..... And anyone has an extra 25 min to change tgier body for the best!!! I'm going to continue with the workouts and update you all in how I look in a week... So see you in four more days !!!!❤️💪🏼

But I acctually wasn't happy with my results from this in a week so I switched to doing her whole "6 minute sexy" series along with postage fitness's toghten the pudge workout, and a three minute workout targeting batwing a, and my results are amazing ... Oh and I also do 2:30 min calf raises ... Hope this helps and you love your results as much as I do.... Also soon when I'm stronger I'm going to switch to her quick burn playlist and I'd suggest the same to you

      +PiggiePawsPalace yes it has and no I haven't done any cardio .... Except now I have a new workout playlist on my Chanel and I really recommend it.... I've only done it for a week, and have only done it every other day, so I've only done it about 4 times, and I've lost 6 pounds already !!!!

    I have been doing this workout for about a month and my legs have gotten so toned! My legs did slim down a bit but this workout mostly toned them for me. I am really short and didn’t have any leg muscles but this workout definitely helped me so much 😊

    It's Xmas 2017, I started doing these just over a month ago, mostly once a day, sometimes twice, the odd day I've not managed to fit it in at all, life is very hectic at the moment. Anyway I tried on a pair of jeans yesterday that I haven't been able to get into for 2 years (should have thrown them out!) but I got into them and they fitted comfortably, I couldn't believe it! It has made me so happy and motivated, thank you for this amazing and quick exercise!!

    I used to take like 2 seconds breaks during the squats and calf raises but today I did them all WOOOOO I'm proud,
    I can actually feel less fat in my in my outer thighs ngl, my inner thighs are the problem but I will continue to do this and we'll see the results :)

    I've been doing this every morning for two weeks and the first thing I've noticed are my calves, they are more shaped and the muscle is stronger. I'll keep updated if anyone is interested!

      Lebiska Lebuu It does make your legs slender but also firms them, but a cardio is really great for fat burn

      I'd say more muscle than slimming. Overall it's a it is a good toner and gives you stronger legs.

    You are such a good motivator, in any other work out they say ‘I can do it’ ‘if I can do it’ but you actually encouraged me instead of saying how much you can do and by some miracle....I DIDN’T PUT MY HEALS DOWN!!!!!

    Cassey makes the best quick workouts because she really packs everything in a short amount of time. I don't worry that I have not done enough workout even if it is just 10 minutes per day!

    There is always time to get in a good workout! It's called putting yourself first. You can't be a great mom, dad, student, partner, daughter, son, etc. without taking care of yourself! As a uni student working and going to uni full time with a deployed partner I literally will trade out cooking every night for working out because it helps my anxiety and stress and makes me a better person. sure, you may need to trade somethign else out, but if i means, in my case, drinking protein shakes and having only 4 days a week where i eat a preservative free healthy dinner and supplement the rest of my week with preservative free protein smoothies, i'm all for it. I also have allergies, soy, gluten and dairy,. I eat lo carb, high protein and fiber, mod fat.

    My sister used to watch cassey all the time and do her exercises..2 years later im going through the beginners calander day 4 and i love cassie!!!! She is so optimistic and her cheerful personality gets me through the workouts! All love!

    I was so happy to find a video like this. I'm recuperating from a bulging disc and I haven't been able to exercise like i used to for a few months. I'm glad for such a short and intense workout where i don't have to lay down. THANK YOU!!! I did it twice. :)

    hi Cassey! this was my first time doing this and when i first checked out your workouts, i thought it was unnecessary that you were so loud and chatty but now IM SO GRATEFUL oh my god now i get it 😭😭😭 i was just 20 seconds in the lunge pulses but you said “DONT GET UP!!!” and i just reacted “YES MAAM I WONT” and really, thank you, you’re distracting me from the pain and you’re so optimistic and radiant YOURE A LEGEND A I LOVE YOU THANK YOU

    tried those leg exercises and have been doing those for the past 6 months and never had such toned legs before.thanks cassey and i surely would want to embark on your other exrecise regimes too as i love them and infact love working out.hope to see results in other regimes like this one.

    This is still one of my favorite workouts!! It's effectively slimmed down my calves which have always given me headaches on how to do so. Please please please make a video for our calves Cassey!!

    This is definitely one of my favorites that I have done of yours. I actually felt the fire in my quads and calves. It takes a lot for my thighs to burn, and I know I'm going to be feeling this tomorrow! Good stuff

      JFD Make sure to really stretch your legs, both thighs and calves beforehand. I would also recommend her Fat Burning Cardio Warm Up video, as it loosens up your joints or something.

      make sure you warm up, she almost never does warm-ups in her vids but it's necessary to avoid cramps and a lot of soreness afterwards. also see if you are having enough magnesium & potassium in your diet
