    Hey heres some motivation: im Victoria and I don't have much cellulite but its clearly there on my legs. I don't like how my thighs are shaped anyway and god forbid I would never wear shorts! So cellulite just added to my legs and I started feeling even more self conscious. I started working out on April 1st. Its April 10th today. I have been doing this workout daily (and I even moderated it to my preferences), for a week now. My legs look so unbelievably smooth and no lines! I wore shorts the other day and at first I felt a bit uncomfortable but at the end of the day I was so proud of myself! So what im trying to say is, everything you do today, is going to reflect what you do tomorrow. If you feel like this is too hard for you, make it shorter! Then you can do it in the morning and at night. If you're soar, skip a day! You know whats best for you. I didn't have the motivation either, but I can't believe I continued with this, the results are amazing! I believe in every single one of you! Just do it, try ur best, and make sure you know what you want. Do it for yourself! Not anyone else! I love u all! And good luck!

      I think she barely felt it. She's fit as a fiddle. When you're a humble coach, it eases your students and makes them feelore confident. I'd downplay my fitness to encourage others too, it's effective and when you have loved ones you'll do whatever it takes to help them

    Started doing this workout last year during the pandemic. I do it almost every day. This is a great inner-thigh workout that REALLY does target that area. I am 58 years old and my thighs are supper toned. I get compliments from my much younger daughters. I love it. Thank you sweetie!

      @@oliviaboatwright3826 thigh gaps are a lot about genetics, but if you have a lot of fat on your legs and you're not sure, once you lose a lot of that fat of your legs you'll begin to see if you're genetically capable of one, and some have in naturally. But if you are genetically capable of one, yes it will give you a thigh gap, although that shouldn't be your end goal, i know you heard it many times but if you workout solely for a thigh gap or something similar, you probably wont maintain your results, and you'll be quickly demotivated. Workout for you, and because it makes you feel good, the results are just a bonus! But again if you are looking to slim down your thighs this will help tremendously!!

    So I did this for 6 days now and I lost 1 cm of thigh fat, but mostly helped with cellulite. I'm doing another routine now to try something different but this is good so give it a try guys!

    Hey! Just a warning: I did this video 6 weeks ago (following the proper form) and my muscles got so tired that I ended up straining my right foot from having it lifted for so many of these pulses. I barely even realized it at the time because I was so focused on the workout and my thighs burning. My advice is instead of doing each of these exercises back to back, maybe give yourself a break in between to check in on your body and make sure everything is good. I'm still injured and can't put much weight on my foot, and I don't want that to happen to anyone else!

      I took a break several times because I could tell my muscles weren’t doing good, almost like they were twisting up. Definitely need stretching first and move up to this type of workout! Hope you feel better soon!

      @@brucecail7277 my foot also really hurted but you did nothing wrong my advice is to stretch all parts of your leg before and after this workout and hopefully your fout doesn’t hurt

      Stretch teapot slow and deep in the muscle before performing. Use ice 10 mins and 19 mins heat to reduce selling and relax.drink protein shake our ready open meal after

    I love how real you are about your legs burning/aching and aren't hiding the fact that you are feeling this stuff too!
    It's really encouraging and doesn't make me feel like a potato, since you feel the same "pain".
    I also really like that you talk about stuff to not only distract yourself, but also the audience, it really helped me getting through the first work out!

    I DID THE WHOLE DAY WITHOUT STOPPING!!! Today (6th February 2021) was very inner thigh focussed, lots of plie squats and inner thigh lifts but I did it and I didn't stop or go into the modification! I'm so proud of myself!!! I'm gonna be so sore tomorrow but it will be so worth it!

    I did these exercises for the first time today and I am going to be completely honest. I couldn’t keep up, I had to pause the video a couple of times but I did not give up. I took a sip of water and went back to it. It is definitely not easy, especially if your balance isn’t the best, which is my case. My thighs are 100% burning but it’s completely worth it!

    A word of encouragement to all my fellow "home-workouters" out there - this video gets alot easier if you do it daily (or every other day, but at least 4 times a week). I've only been doing it 3 weeks and I can do the whole video with no breaks and at the end I still feel relatively good :) I feel great about it especially because in the first few times I was DYING and had to take quite a few breaks. You can do it!! Plus I can really see results which is amazing since it's been less than a month, so keep in mind that doing this over a period of time persistently will definitely pay off :) good luck!

    I'm 15, I weigh 138lbs and I'm trying glow up for myself as some self care. Doing this workout plus daisy keechs hourglass and bubble butt workout.
    Day one: I feel like I'm dying and I cannot walk up any stairs 😭
    Day 2: harder than yesterday but I did it 💪, I did the video twice yesterday and did it only once today
    Day 3: rest day
    Day 4: still very difficult but completed
    Day 5: another rest day because I had a lot of stuff to do
    Update: I've had to quit working out for a while since I ended up pulling muscles in my calves, I don't think it was from this video but I have been taking a break from working out until my legs are better :)

      @@aishwaryarawat7822 yes! When I had rest days I would do some just dance with my siblings, and that is what caused me to pull my muscles. But while I was working out I was following some videos for warmups and cool downs :)

    Ok so i wanna actually update people on my progress
    I have finally started working on the thighs and looks like we have a long way to go.This is just motivating for me and probably others to get going.
    Before:
    57 cm both thighs
    ( PLEASE DONT JUDGE)
    DAY 1: Im not kidding this workout makes me die. But its worth it.
    DAY 2: My body is getting acustomed to it. Didn't hurts as much as day 1 but the burn was real.
    Remember to stretch or warm up before.
    DAY 3: Still killing me but im going to finish it and Im not gonna give up.
    Ik its a lot later but imma still update
    DAY 4: Kinda got easier but still very killer.
    DAY 5: I'm trying to take less breaks.
    DAY 6: Its not that bad I guess my body is getting used to it.
    DAY 7: okayyyy. LAST DAY Went strong on the last day and no breaks at all
    P. S . Like if want me to write my progress and stuff everyday.
    Results
    Thighs: 56 cm
    That's pretty decent for a week 👌

    Just did this video while 41 weeks pregnant, which is probably nuts, but honestly being able to continue to do your videos throughout pregnancy (with modification, no jumping and a lot less of them, but still) has been so great! Helped keep me feeling good and it's a testament to just how much variety you have made and how adaptable they are!

    This isolation workout is SO GOOD but also so awful. I haven´t done this one in over a year and I was dying, after the last exercise I broke done on my carpet and started crying. But thank you so much for this one, I´ve never felt this much burn in my thighs when doing any other workouts. 💗

    I’m gonna do this for 20 days and update
    Day 1: owww
    Day 2: I wasn’t in pain today probably because I stretched after last time but it still hurt to do
    Day 3: Feel like my thighs have gotten more muscular and less “jiggly” but not smaller yet
    Day 4: I can’t really tell if there getting smaller but the exercise is not getting easier
    Day 5: kinda easier and I think I can sorta see results
    Day 6: haven’t done it yet I’ll update again later but I think I lost like 1/2 an inch or an inch ok I just did it and it’s getting easier
    Day 7: couldn’t do it today because I was out late but I’m noticing that there getting smaller
    Day 8: I slept over at a friends house and wasn’t home all day but don’t worry I’m still gonna keep on doing it
    Day 9: so it’s still hard but I definitely have noticed results I will measure again tomorrow
    Day 10: I have lost about an inch on each leg dis far and I still find this workout hard
    Day 11: didn’t notice anything different today slightly easier
    Day 12: I think my legs are getting more muscular and the workout is getting easier
    Day 13: I definitely feel the workout getting easier

    I’ve done this video around five or six times since it was first uploaded. And this time, I finally did THE WHOLE THING without STOPPING once!! So happy :) my calves and my thighs burned, but not as much as they used to! Which means I’m getting stronger :) thanks Cassey, but also I hate you for this video! But in the end, all we can say is thank you 😊

    I was 368lbs in 2020 and now I’m 240.3lbs. I have sagging skin real bad in my thighs and arms so I’m so happy I’ve found this. I’m working on toning now and I wanna be able to wear shorts and tshirts next year♥️

    Yesterday I did this as a part of my workout calendar.... It was one of the first workouts I've ever done from you... I'm a pretty fit active person who is used to using weights but thought I'd try this for something different.. wow, I really underestimated pilates type exercise. By the end of this workout alone my legs were trembling. This morning, I think I'm dying. My legs are still trembling. I love it!! Thank you for this amazing workout.     After Workout review:
    This work out clearly seems to be doing something because I'm sore now Lol. But I love workouts that you can feel, not just the exhaustion but the feeling the soreness because it feels like its actually doing something. I'm going to keep up with this workout for the next two weeks and update this comment later to let you guys know how I'm doing and what I think out it. I also might update after a month of doing it so I'll also update four weeks later. so yeah great inner thigh workout. I love it. Great Video

    Day 1 : My legs were literally shaking after this. I felt it more in my quads and knees than my inner thigh. It's so hard I can tell that it's gonna tone my legs.

    Thighs at the thickest - 23 inches/58cm
    D1: DONE!!!! Gosh it BURNED SO BAD!!! I had to take a few breaks to get through, but I DID IT!!! I can't walk though...
    I'm sorry I didn't update througout the week, but I have seen changes! Not that much difference in my inner thigs, mut my front things are defenitly slimmer!

    Thankyou so much for your positivity and encouragement. Never done an inner thigh workout before and you can really feel this one, it's simple and effective. Love that there aren't any ridiculously hard moves or any jumping, I have f cup boobs which make jumping exercises almost impossible😤 You're the best!

    Started 10/12/19
    Day 1: the workout was SO hard and my legs were SHAKING LIKE HELL. Had to take quite a few breaks. No difference yet.
    Day 2: the workout was even harder today as I was still sore from yesterday but I still did it. I even managed to do it without shaking as much. My thighs feel tighter. No difference tho yet.
    Day 3: same as yesterday.
    Day 4: my legs were so sore so I didn’t do it today.
    Day 5: it was a bit easier as my legs had recovered😅 still had to take some breaks tho.
    Day 6: andddd now my legs are really sore again :( but it’s a good sign that it’s working so I kept on going. Can definitely see a change in my legs.
    Day 7: week one doneeeee. My legs are definitely smaller compared to the first day :)
    Day 8: I think I’m gonna keep going cause I’m getting amazing results! My thighs have drastically got smaller, I can even wear leggings more confidently now.
    Day 9: my legs are very sore from doing this every day! But I can see a difference so I’m gonna keep going.
    Day 10: couldn't do it today :( disappointed..
    Day 11: tried rlly hard today as I couldn't do it yesterday.
    Day 12: the struggle of working out with sore legs is real :((
    Day 13: I binged a bit and feel less fit now so I'm gonna work harder to get back to where I was before now.

      Shaifali Sagar hiya, just to let you know I am still doing these workouts every day but will not be updating. I have seen a massive difference in my legs, but this workout specifically for me toned down my outer things rather than my inner thighs. It might just have been me doing the workouts wrong but I saw more difference in my outer thighs. But that doesn’t mean stop doing this workout cause I have definitely been seeing results. If you do specifically wanna tone down your inner thighs I recommend doing an other inner thigh workout with this one. My legs haven’t bulked up and my legs overall are more toned so this workout definitely works. 100% recommended you do it. It’s worth it :))

      That happens to me with some workouts. But the more I keep at it my body “finds” the right muscles because I wasn’t as active as I was. Keep at it and listen to your body!

      So the reason why you don’t feel it in your inner thigh is because you’re not pressing into the back of her heel when you’re doing the regular plié without your foot lifted. Make sure you allow your center of gravity to literally pull you back down.
      Look at yourself sideways in the mirror, your hips, back and chest should all be parallel and like she said don’t allow your torso to bend forward. Press your heel into the ground in the first sequence.
      For the later when you come down allow your body weight to drop you and your actual work is pulling yourself back up. Drop Pull should be the idea not squat b/c squat emphasizes you putting your weight when you come down when it should be when you go up.

    My thighs were shaking so much when i finished the third exercise so i just kinda collapsed on the floor and almost started crying. I' ve never ever had such a feeling in my things ( and i've been doing other thigh exercises for two months now ), still that won't stop me from finishing this whole workout one day! I will be doing these for 4 days in a week! I'm scared that i won't be able to finish it to the end but NOTHING WILL STOP ME😂✊✊

    Ive been doing this for a week now, no results but when i first started i always taked 2 second pauses and kept going, but i started motivating myself saying “no pain no results” and i rlly want to see results so i keep going, because the pain is temporarily💪🏼 so i hope i can motivate others with this too 😁😉💪🏼
