- If you guys thought last week's Total Body Transformation workout was hard... you are gonna DIE this week!!! Today's video is all about the inner thighs (shorts season. It's coming!!!).
You have 8 inner thigh slimming moves today, and we'll do each for 1 minute with a 15 second break in between. They are:
1. Side Squat (R)

Is it just me or did anyone else struggle with getting into the inner thigh flexed position? My foot does not turn like that haha

They are probably lying, pilates is not easy. Some of the moves become easier because the person gets stronger, but this can be easily fixed by adding weights. Doing so makes a humungous difference. It's a great way to get a super strong body and healthy mind.

Ive been doing this video nearly everyday for 3 months and my thighs are no longer my biggest insecurity or an insecurity at all. I 100% recommend to everyone who wants to tone up their thighs.

did u do it twice a day? when did u see results? was your diet clean the whole time?
catherine hattery i only did it once a day everyday but along with other workouts for other parts of my body (ex abs and back)
I saw very quick results i don’t remember exactly when but definitely after 1-2 weeks but after a month i saw the biggest change
I was doing intermittent fasting and workout in the mornings and counted my calories.

Thighs touching is completely normal and healthy!😊thé shape of your hips make it like that!
You don’t need a thigh gap. You’re fine just the way you are. If you want to work out, good for you, that’s wonderful!!! But, try to set goals related to gaining muscle and getting stronger instead of losing weight because you feel pressured to keep your thighs skinny.

Heh, me too, It's not that I really want the look of a thigh gap, it's more about wanting the comfort of a thigh gap, the friction makes me break out, and it's painful.
Am I the only one who only ever feels the plié squats in my quads?? Makes me wonder if my form is off, my hips are pretty inflexible so I wouldn't be surprised lol
i’m the same way and i have a lot of flexibility haha i’m not sure if i’m doing swim thing wrong tho
I had the same! What works for me is to focus on really pushing your butt back and putting your weight into your heels, otherwise I’m leaning too forward. Maybe it helps you too! :)

Get the fire extinguisher - my thighs are burning!
This workout had my butt and legs mildly sore about an hour after I finished the workout. I felt even more sore when I woke up in the morning. In my opinion, this is the most effective lower body workout that I have done so far. I believe it is because of the pulsing.

That's what I really need my big problem is my inner thighs so I'll give it a try for a month with the lower abs workout

Update: so today is day 1 I just did the workouts ( with a 7 min cardio before ) and they were killer specially the lower abs one.
My measurements are:
Thighs: 62.5 cm
Lower abs: 97 cm
(Guys if you want me to keep updating say it in comments )
Day2 : done I did some cardio exercises and this workout and for the abs I did only the first 4 moves
(Whenever I say cardio its gonna be : 40 jump squats + 40 alternating front lunges + 40 alternating front legs kicks + I don't know the name of this move, you use a chair and put one leg in then come up then come down and switch legs also 40 reps )
Day3 : done today was the hardest coz my legs were so sore I did cardio and this workout and the first 4 moves for the abs ( I don't finish the lower abs workout not because of my abs but because my legs become so heavy for me to lift them maybe I should try to work my abs first)
Day4 : I'm taking a rest today coz my legs are super sore
Day5 : done I did just this one
Day 6,7 : done I did cardio (50 reps ) and this workout I didn't work my abs
So the results of this week are
Thighs : 61 cm I lost 1.5 cm
Lower abs : same coz I didn't work them daily
And just to let you know my diet was sooo baad I ate a lot and still got results
NOW I'LL START UPDATING WEEKLY
Hey guys today is the last day of the second week I worked out like 4 times this week and today i was shocked coz even tho I still got results so here are my results
Abs : 94cm i lost 3cm
Thighs 59cm i lost 2 cm
I'm really so happy with the results coz my diet was extremely bad specially because of the quarantine i don't go out so I get bored and eat all the time

How was it doing this for a month?
@@bunnyfood3646 I stopped doing this after one week, then I altered my workout to cardio and kickboxing. About the result, I believe my inner thighs became more toned. However, my calves became bulky and I don't want bulky calves... It was the reason why I stopped doing this exercise. But, we're all different and what works with someone might not work with me. (Note: This is just based on my aftermath)
I like that from a couple of moths to now you've been posting the moves before the video starts. It really helps with the logistics and I feel not so lost when we change from one move to another. Thank you so much!

Warm olive oil (NOT OVERHEAT ) add salt crystals to it and let it stand for a while. Now use the oil to massage your knee area... makes a world of difference to stiffness and creakiness. All the best
when the lockdown is over and I'd you have the money : doctor or osteopath, kine, anyone to check your hips, spine, knee. might be an unevenness somewhere. or just a knee posture like knock knee or something like that.
also check your feet compare to your knee/hips. it might be that when you turn your feet you get out of alignment.
a weakness somewhere an imbalance...
go see a professional if you can
or just don't do the movement...

my foot can physically not get into the awkward foot position. my toes will not go below my ankle. i tried and tried.
love it been doing this for two weeks not only does it hurt but i can finally see the gap between my thighs now its just need more toning which i will gladly do with you . I love short workouts with major effects thank you.

Hurts more in the quads than inner thigh, what am I doing wrong?
For me it helps to look at my inner thighs or/and have my hand touching the area when i do each exercise. Also look up on RUclips or on Google proper form on each exercise. Hope it helps ☺️

How do you stop your hip bone from hurting when you do the last four exercises? I don't have a yoga mat, I use my blanket, is there a way to stop that pain without a yoga mat?
