It's full of pliés, plié squats, plié squats on relevé, and pulsing squats galore! Your butt, calves, inner thighs, outer thighs and quads will be worked so hard and you're gonna love it.     I would really love it if you had like a hardness scale for each workout. If you had a rate on the workout I could easily find an easy workout for a lazy day or a super hard one for a super energetic day. Love you❤

    I'm "over 50 years" old. I had a lot of stiffness and discomfort in my legs when getting up out of bed in the morning. I started doing this video (along with several other of your videos - love your enthusiasm). I have been doing it every night for a month. Now I get up in the morning with not problem at all. I feel like my balance is better too. I love it!

    After doing this and barely being able to walk I replayed the video to count how many squats I had done.
    Turns out that we just did 189 squats in 5 minutes :D

    Omg... I just came home from an 18 km hike and my legs were dying.... then I went on youtube and saw this and was like OMG I LOVE ED SHEERAN, but I honestly don't think my legs can handle anymore today. Well I just pressed play to see how it looked and when the song started I automatically got up and did it. OUCH MY LEGS ARE DEAD

      I also second Cole Chance's yoga videos. Sarah Beth Yoga is another channel to check out. Cassey does have some other videos that do address having confidence and feeling less anxious. I hope you feel better soon! Depression can be tough.

      Noor Eisa It wil be difficult at first but I completely ditched dairy last year october and have 0 regrets. Maybe do it in phases, like start with milk and then quit cheese for example. Cheese will be the hardest to let go, since it literally is addicting. Good luck! :D

    I use this video as a warmup for every workout session that I do! I am over 50 and love grouping together 4 or 5 of your videos that focus on whatever areas of the body I'm feeling like working that day. Makes for a great workout for this busy mom!

    I love all Casey's video she is my idol!!!. I have fat thighs and egs and have done her exercise everyday for 2 months..it WORKS soo much...!! My legs and thighs are slim and tone now,can't believe it

    okay so I'm always baffled by how well Cassey's videos work. I've started doing these once a day before bed, it's been about a week and my legs already have noticeably better shape and less cellulite. Keep in mind I've changed literally nothing else, diet is still the same and I'm only doing this video once a day. I can't even imagine how good the results would be if i did it more often or changed what i ate. Incredible! Thank you, as always 🥺 for teaching me to appreciate how good a workout can feel

    One second I was like I am gonna give up, then Cassey changed back into normal squads. It was a gift from heaven, until the pulses came back. But I made it through the whole video! I hope one day that would also be the case for arm and ab workouts!

    A week into doing this and i feel so much better in my body honestly. i did this challenge everyday, a year ago, and i lost so much weight. i was literally so skinny, but that was also because of my awful eating disorder that i developed while hating the way i looked in the mirror. i have healed from then and i am now only looking to lose weight healthily and properly, and not the way in which i will end up incredibly poorly again:)thankyou Cassey💗

    It's so rare that I feel complete euphoria throughout and after a video, but somehow this one brought it out of me. I was smiling and laughing like crazy at the most painful parts, and afterwards I just felt like I could climb a mountain or something. It was absolutely wonderful, thank you so much Cassey!

    after dislocated my knee and having my quads basically "turned off" this vid has been helping me return them to their normal strength. This is the first time I'm made it through without stopping! Thank you for that!

    How is everyone doing on the reset
    I am feeling great so far :
    1. I've omitted dairy completely so far
    2. Only had processed food twice
    3. Luckily Alcohol is easy to skip cause I'm underage
    4. Ate only natural sugars and added small amounts of stevia(which is allowed) to my tea
    5. Unfortunately I cannot skip gluten cause I am young and live with my parents and we eat Gluten a lot and I can't skip it cause if my parents cook gluten I have to eat it ...😢😢😢😢that's the only thing I haven't been able to take out from my diet
    I feel like I have cheated on the reset ...but I'm trying to keep up with rest
    And I have exercised everyday for 15-30 min ...everyday ....I'm proud of myself so far ..

      blogistuff I have to restart because I cheated so much lol but yes I am trying it. It's hard because whatever my mom makes I eat, but I'm thinking maybe I could try to find some gluten free recipes with no added sugars or dairy to make. Not every night, but some nights I could do it for dinner!

      Paula Joline if you eat more protein your thighs will get bigger, but if you eat your usual macros i think they’ll stay the same + more toned.
