Wish me luck! *Day 1:* This was so hard, I probably dropped my arms more than five times. *Day 2:* I am soooo sore from yesterday and my neck is really sore as well, but I kinda got through it. *Day 3:* so, I don’t think I did it correctly but I at least go through with doing it. My shoulders still feel a bit sore, but less than yesterday, and my neck is still super sore. *Day 4:* It still feels like yesterday. But whenever I workout I feel energized and I’m just left with a good feeling. *Day 5:* I did this without dropping my arms for the first time!!!! I’m so happy!!! *Day 6:* Did this in the morning, I feel accomplished when I don’t drop my arms. I have always been a pretty chubby person, my arms are no exception, I feel like it is really hard for me to lose weight in places like my arms so I wasn’t expecting a drastic change. But the change is pretty noticeable, my arms used to be waaay more flabbier and I can see how they are starting to tone. I can also tense my shoulder and just like a magic trick, I see all the fat go away because of the tensing lmao. I really do recommend this workout for anyone who is trying to tone and slim their arms. This workout will burn more on the shoulders (at least it did for me). Gaining muscle and reducing fat is always a great thing. I will keep doing this workout everyday and I’ll try to update once in a while!

this 'workout' literally has no resistance which is needed for any type of muscle building, this workout does nothing except tire out a beginners arms which IS NOT the same as working them out in order to increase muscle mass. Add resistance such as weights, bands, bodyweight exercises etc, not this rubbish.

casey, you literally saved me from my eating disorder. i’ve been following your workouts for 2 years now, for the wrong reason (vanity 🙄🙄), but have been deeply listening to all your positive messages, and they just stuck with me! i have struggled with a distorted view as to why i should diet and workout ever since i was 10 (i lost 25lbs in two months, and for the next 5 years was stuck in a yoyo cycle). howeverrr, in the middle of this workout that i did just rn, i started smiling like an idiot because i realized that i love exercising for ME. for me to feel energized, healthy, and good. i am so shocked about my change in mindset. btwww PLEASE restock your water bottles bc i will definitely buy one!
Idk why people think it’s a bad thing to work out for vanity. There’s nothing wrong with wanting to sweat for a stronger, or leaner, or curvier body. That’s why people train. It just happens that as you strive for those goals, you start to like the feeling of getting healthier & your body starts to thank you for it. Almost everyone says the reason they get addicted to working out on a schedule is bc they start to see changes. Not in their cells. Or heart rate. Or brain. It’s cause they see muscle definition, or weight loss, or even a perkier ass. We all do it for health, but we all do it for vanity, too.

+Dazed & Confused i'm sorry but this type of "fitness" is on the joke/fad portion of the fitness spectrum, she's shows a lot of flashy parkour movements and real athletic stuff on her intro vid but then has people doing this stuff, you'll never come close to anything that requires actual athleticism by doing this stuff
***** she isn't promoting cardio...she is promoting pilates. it is simple.. you just use your own body weight as a weight for exercise. if you want to be an athlete, you have to do cardio and intense weight training depending on the sport you're playing.

This is the video that led me to Blogilates 2 years ago. I was going through a breakup and Cassey's videos motivated me to get stronger, although I had to take many breaks and would be exhausted after just one video. Now I can follow all of the calendar exercises, am much better at running, and coming back to this video can complete it without too much pain. I was also surprised to find that my arm muscles are now visible in the mirror. So if you found this video difficult at any point, just know it's possible to overcome it and get much better, even if you started from a very unathletic place like me!
So confused as to why this video has so many dislikes?? How could anyone hate on Cassey? She is literally sunshine and rainbows every time she steps in front of the camera. She's a certified fitness instructor and always has a disclaimer on her videos specifically stating to consult a licensed physician before beginning any exercise regiment. She even has a video about why DIETING is bad and how you should just try to eat healthy as often as possible. She understands we're all human; she calls them YOLO meals for a reason. And as for her 'recipes'; they are literally SUGGESTIONS to replace processed foods that are just detrimental to your overall health. I've been doing Pop Pilates since 2012 and I love it. I'm not extremely toned or muscle-y but that was never my intended goal. I workout and I eat what I want because 'you only live once' and why not enjoy as much of it as possible. If you don't enjoy working out and are only looking for quick results, you've come to the wrong place. Doing Pop Pilates has helped my MENTAL state and it was never meant to make me 'look good'. I do it to to FEEL GOOD and Cassey has become a big part of that. I'm lucky I guess, I understand that exercising should be for the individual and should stem from a place of passion, not self-loathing...So please stop hating on Cassey because she's literally just trying to inspire people to LOVE themselves every single day. #popsterfolife

It's because an immature person accused Cassey of something, and the person got all of her followers to rebel against Cassey. Because this video came out around the same time the drama was going on, all of her fans disliked the video when it came out.
They probably disliked it for those two moves lol I know I did. It burnnnnssss!! I also dislike the tough workout she gives and I'm always happy when they're over. :) But they give awesome results.

This is my third time doing this workout. The first two times, I had to stop at least 2-3 times, because my arms were hurting badly. While they were hurting this time, I pushed through it, and completed the whole workout without taking a break. I just want to let everyone know: even if it hurts, and you want to stop, just keep going! Push yourself to continue! Believe me, I really wanted to stop. If I hadn't pushed myself to keep going, I wouldn't have made it through without stopping. You're all capable of much more than you think :)
Jolie, I did a thigh and ab exercise last time and like you I was gonna give up but I just learned that just as when I think I could give up I'm actually just giving 60% of my effort and I could still push through and I did. I love Cassey's encouragement during the video. Seeing her struggle alongside spurs me to push through. The message that she exercises for mood more than vanity/looks was awesome. I hope to have that same outlook.

During I was doing this arm workout, I got so pain and I were very disheartened but I keep to do it !!! From the first day till now, I do this every day for over 2 weeks after cardio. >< My arms get smaller !! and I feel like my arm fat was burned !!! It is so amazing !!!!! I will keep going!
keerthu krish cardio and endurance are two different things so not doing one shouldn’t interfere with the results of the other.. So to answer your question this workout (endurance) would be great to do if you’re looking for a follow up for cardio to really feel the burn but it’s not necessary and I was getting great results before I incorporated cardio. Hope this helps and my apologies for being so wordy 😂
When I first started doing this I couldn’t even get past the back behinds without dropping my arms. Now I can finish this routine everyday. Thank you so much for this awesome routine and the encouragement to keep going! We are stronger than we think!!

My poor arms 🥺 Day 2 : ✅ Day 3 : ✅ I added some energize music during this workout and it helped a bit. I sang along and didn’t really think about the workout! Day 4 : ✅ I was watching Sims 4 streaming and doing this together and I didn’t drop my arms at all!! I think my arms are getting use to it so tomorrow i might have to take a break. Day 5 : ✅ okay. I just can’t stop 😂 i started to see some result!!! Day 6-10 : blah i went lazy so I skipped! Ha but i’m back baby Day 11 : ✅ burn baby burnnn. My left arm burns a lot like I feel my muscle working but i don’t know what’s wrong with my right arm it doesn’t really feel the pain that much but i feel great for overall workout :) ps. I didn’t do only this exercise but also do the cardio workout too. Day 12 : ✅ i dropped my arms twice 😭 Day 13 : ✅ i feel down today. Like all the exercises i did didn’t show any change so it kinda sad for me. But I know that it won’t change immediately after the workout, everything take some times. So don’t give up me and everyone else who pass by :))) Day 14 : ✅ i did this while i was hula hooping and it was fun! Day 15-18 : I did Chloe ting shred and that include some arms workout so I didn’t do this workout Day 19 ✅ : I’m back!! I feel my arms are more tone and stronger :)
This is still one of my arm workout routine until now and my family notices that my arms look thinner and i never believed them until i tried on my tight long sleeves again for myself to see it looks loose and looks so much better on me now than before I look like a wrapped pig. Thanks for sharing this video. Never drained sweat like a faucet before.
Here for the April 2020 calendar and let me tell you... I have made so much progress so far and while I may not be losing more weight I can definitely see a difference and can make it through 3-4 videos without stopping now. I don't know why people start hating you and keep commenting cruel stuff. Your appearance may be not the look they want to obtain, so what? They may wanna get a slim and thin body while you wanna have a not-slim but healthy body. That's all about choices. Guys, you can do her workouts and eat as you normally eat. I think her workouts still help you get a slim body. Casey works and run her piit program, she gets to exercise all the times, so I think she has to eat twice or third time as much as you.

as someone who is vegan I am so embarrassed by that channel. Vegan channels on youtube represent us in such a negative way, a lot of them are always bullying others, spreading negativity...I think Cassey is wonderful, she is full of love and positivity and has built herself up by making REAL content, not picking on other people and using them to gain views. Please don't think all vegans are like that, I think most vegans believe everyone should be respected, vegan or not, but the crazy vegans seem to be the only ones who get all the attention lol (i guess because they're very vocal). Anyway, the popster/blogilates community is one of the most positive I've come across and I'm so glad Cassey has pushed away the negativity and not let it take her down :)

I'm so pissed with all this hate on Cassey. It's really sad that her advises and workouts don't work for YOU. But they work for me. Even her diet advises help me be better. I was really obsessed with crash dieting before but Cassey showed me a way I can keep up my nutrition levels and not starve myself. Her workouts have helped me become strong and actually love my strength and my body. People are accusing her of so many things but she literally keeps saying how starving ISN'T the answer. +Nika Bakshi 1500 calorie diet plans are healthy in general (obviously varies by body type and health needs). However, health is not tracked by a calorie :)

This wasn’t the only exercise I did, I was doing additional exercise (about an hour every day) and I am currently on day 4 of Chloe Ting’s thigh slimming challenge.
I have always been a pretty chubby person, my arms are no exception, I feel like it is really hard for me to lose weight in places like my arms so I wasn’t expecting a drastic change. But the change is pretty noticeable, my arms used to be waaay more flabbier and I can see how they are starting to tone. I can also tense my shoulder and just like a magic trick, I see all the fat go away because of the tensing lmao.
I really do recommend this workout for anyone who is trying to tone and slim their arms. This workout will burn more on the shoulders (at least it did for me). Gaining muscle and reducing fat is always a great thing.
I will keep doing this workout everyday and I’ll try to update once in a while!

this 'workout' literally has no resistance which is needed for any type of muscle building, this workout does nothing except tire out a beginners arms which IS NOT the same as working them out in order to increase muscle mass. Add resistance such as weights, bands, bodyweight exercises etc, not this rubbish.

casey, you literally saved me from my eating disorder. i’ve been following your workouts for 2 years now, for the wrong reason (vanity 🙄🙄), but have been deeply listening to all your positive messages, and they just stuck with me! i have struggled with a distorted view as to why i should diet and workout ever since i was 10 (i lost 25lbs in two months, and for the next 5 years was stuck in a yoyo cycle). howeverrr, in the middle of this workout that i did just rn, i started smiling like an idiot because i realized that i love exercising for ME. for me to feel energized, healthy, and good. i am so shocked about my change in mindset. btwww PLEASE restock your water bottles bc i will definitely buy one!
Idk why people think it’s a bad thing to work out for vanity. There’s nothing wrong with wanting to sweat for a stronger, or leaner, or curvier body. That’s why people train. It just happens that as you strive for those goals, you start to like the feeling of getting healthier & your body starts to thank you for it.
Almost everyone says the reason they get addicted to working out on a schedule is bc they start to see changes. Not in their cells. Or heart rate. Or brain. It’s cause they see muscle definition, or weight loss, or even a perkier ass. We all do it for health, but we all do it for vanity, too.

This is the video that led me to Blogilates 2 years ago. I was going through a breakup and Cassey's videos motivated me to get stronger, although I had to take many breaks and would be exhausted after just one video. Now I can follow all of the calendar exercises, am much better at running, and coming back to this video can complete it without too much pain. I was also surprised to find that my arm muscles are now visible in the mirror. So if you found this video difficult at any point, just know it's possible to overcome it and get much better, even if you started from a very unathletic place like me!
So confused as to why this video has so many dislikes?? How could anyone hate on Cassey? She is literally sunshine and rainbows every time she steps in front of the camera. She's a certified fitness instructor and always has a disclaimer on her videos specifically stating to consult a licensed physician before beginning any exercise regiment. She even has a video about why DIETING is bad and how you should just try to eat healthy as often as possible. She understands we're all human; she calls them YOLO meals for a reason.
And as for her 'recipes'; they are literally SUGGESTIONS to replace processed foods that are just detrimental to your overall health. I've been doing Pop Pilates since 2012 and I love it. I'm not extremely toned or muscle-y but that was never my intended goal. I workout and I eat what I want because 'you only live once' and why not enjoy as much of it as possible. If you don't enjoy working out and are only looking for quick results, you've come to the wrong place.
Doing Pop Pilates has helped my MENTAL state and it was never meant to make me 'look good'. I do it to to FEEL GOOD and Cassey has become a big part of that. I'm lucky I guess, I understand that exercising should be for the individual and should stem from a place of passion, not self-loathing...So please stop hating on Cassey because she's literally just trying to inspire people to LOVE themselves every single day.

This is my third time doing this workout. The first two times, I had to stop at least 2-3 times, because my arms were hurting badly. While they were hurting this time, I pushed through it, and completed the whole workout without taking a break. I just want to let everyone know: even if it hurts, and you want to stop, just keep going! Push yourself to continue! Believe me, I really wanted to stop. If I hadn't pushed myself to keep going, I wouldn't have made it through without stopping. You're all capable of much more than you think :)

keerthu krish cardio and endurance are two different things so not doing one shouldn’t interfere with the results of the other..
So to answer your question this workout (endurance) would be great to do if you’re looking for a follow up for cardio to really feel the burn but it’s not necessary and I was getting great results before I incorporated cardio.

Day 6-10 : blah i went lazy so I skipped! Ha but i’m back baby
Day 11 : ✅ burn baby burnnn. My left arm burns a lot like I feel my muscle working but i don’t know what’s wrong with my right arm it doesn’t really feel the pain that much but i feel great for overall workout :) ps. I didn’t do only this exercise but also do the cardio workout too.
Day 12 : ✅ i dropped my arms twice 😭
Day 13 : ✅ i feel down today. Like all the exercises i did didn’t show any change so it kinda sad for me. But I know that it won’t change immediately after the workout, everything take some times. So don’t give up me and everyone else who pass by :)))
Day 14 : ✅ i did this while i was hula hooping and it was fun!
Day 15-18 : I did Chloe ting shred and that include some arms workout so I didn’t do this workout
Day 19 ✅ : I’m back!! I feel my arms are more tone and stronger :)

This is still one of my arm workout routine until now and my family notices that my arms look thinner and i never believed them until i tried on my tight long sleeves again for myself to see it looks loose and looks so much better on me now than before I look like a wrapped pig. Thanks for sharing this video. Never drained sweat like a faucet before.

Here for the April 2020 calendar and let me tell you... I have made so much progress so far and while I may not be losing more weight I can definitely see a difference and can make it through 3-4 videos without stopping now. You got this and you can get your body to look how you want! Good luck guys! (That and the pop I had in my shoulder is popping less and less)

Omgg. Today is 1:34 am in the Philippines. I'm saying that I'm proud that I totally ended this arm workout without resting. I'm joining every second of the workout.
I don't know why people start hating you and keep commenting cruel stuff. Your appearance may be not the look they want to obtain, so what? They may wanna get a slim and thin body while you wanna have a not-slim but healthy body. That's all about choices. Guys, you can do her workouts and eat as you normally eat. I think her workouts still help you get a slim body. Casey works and run her piit program, she gets to exercise all the times, so I think she has to eat twice or third time as much as you.
I have been doing this workout for about 2 weeks now, including more arm workouts and leg workouts! I have seen such a difference, and I even had the confidence to wear leggings and I got many compliments and for my arms, they look bomb. I wouldn't call myself fat, only chubby.

as someone who is vegan I am so embarrassed by that channel. Vegan channels on youtube represent us in such a negative way, a lot of them are always bullying others, spreading negativity...I think Cassey is wonderful, she is full of love and positivity and has built herself up by making REAL content, not picking on other people and using them to gain views. Please don't think all vegans are like that, I think most vegans believe everyone should be respected, vegan or not, but the crazy vegans seem to be the only ones who get all the attention lol (i guess because they're very vocal). Anyway, the popster/blogilates community is one of the most positive I've come across and I'm so glad Cassey has pushed away the negativity and not let it take her down :)
I USED to dislike this workout but now it is one of my favorite! I started doing this everyday and I actually finish it without breaks now

I'm so pissed with all this hate on Cassey. It's really sad that her advises and workouts don't work for YOU. But they work for me. Even her diet advises help me be better. I was really obsessed with crash dieting before but Cassey showed me a way I can keep up my nutrition levels and not starve myself.
Her workouts have helped me become strong and actually love my strength and my body. People are accusing her of so many things but she literally keeps saying how starving ISN'T the answer. So yeah, she hasn't encouraged me to starve myself, she has actually encouraged me to keep myself healthy, strong and happy.
Also, yes, I do not eat meat and never has Cassey said anything against vegans or vegetarians. She actually respects everyone. So seriously stop this hate.

+Nika Bakshi 1500 calorie diet plans are healthy in general (obviously varies by body type and health needs). However, health is not tracked by a calorie :)
day 1: pretty hard took 2 breaks
day 2: easier when distracted i completed the workout on an elliptical
day 3: i really put this one off but still completed it. starting to feel some muscles come in
day 4: done
day 5: skipped this but still did a workout
day 6: did half + major workout
day 7: back full force fairly hard after yesterday
days(?):i have had 2 practices a day and i didn’t get the chance to do it for a while but i still worked out
day 9: done i can kinda start to see muscles as well
final update: definitely worth it. my shoulders are tone enough to go to the gym & not look weird now. thanks cass!
