    Does anyone else wonder how she seems so calm and composed after the workout? She stretches and looks gorgeous but when the timer is done I collapse to the floor like a dead fish,lol.

    Did 5 minute arms today for the first time in years -while watching the video with Cassey. So crazy because I still have it memorized down to the words of encouragement when I start to feel the burn. Very full circle moment and this video/workout is still serving me years later.       Megan Ly Aww :/ Maybe it's because you're not used of doing them or your form wasn't correct ? Or it could be because it was way too fast. Anyways, always stretch your arms at the end of the workout :)

    ugh today’s calendar workout KILLED ME! It’s March 10, 2019, and arm day is one of my least favorite, next to cardio day, because my arms are the weakest part of my body. But they are getting so much stronger, I finished today’s workout through sheer willpower because I will not give up! My arms have and are and will continue to become stronger!!

    I've really gotten out of shape lately because of school/work/general stress and now that its summer in getting back into pilates. This workout is 45 minutes into my set and when it got to the up up down downs i just couldnt do it and laid face down on my mat for the set. But i felt so bad about that that i replayed the last part, sucked it up and just did them. I'm only cheating myself by not completing to workout, so i was proud i went back and did it even after a little break

      Well done! The more you do this workout, the easier it gets. I find Cassey so supportive and positive, I get addicted to her workouts. The first time I did this one I collapsed after doing one of up-up down-downs, but now I finish each exercise easily.

    OMG THIS WAS NO JOKE! This was reeeeeeeaaaaaalllllllyyyyy hard. But I got through it all without breaks. The only thing I did though was I did the first 30 seconds of up up down downs on my knees and the rest on my toes. Super hard video but I did it!

      Dear Future and Past Grass, this video is STILL SUPERRRRR HARD! No, the word "hard" is an understatement. Especially after the 21 min total arm tone! Oh, and I didn't modify any moves AT ALL! However, I didn't go at the same pace as Cassey.

    I've been following this channel for a while, but this is the first workout I've performed in real time! Usually, I just love exploring and borrowing moves to shake up my routine. Now I love doing the whole thing in one go - I've never smiled through the entirety of a circuit before! Thank you Cassey, you're just what I needed to break through this plateau I've been having!

    So I decided to tone up my bod lately and I've done A BUNCH of things. I'm talking from what celebs recommend to what a few trainers have recommended. NONE of them have made me cry like your vids. I mean I did this about a week ago out of boredom/recommendation from a friend and my body was in so much pain. It was a good pain though. It made me realize "hey, this is actually working." And the results are so INSTANT. I'm still just beginning to watch your channel but wow, I'm really looking forward to it :}

    I started doing this in December 28 2016 and now it's February 25 2017... At first I almost died and the up up down downs were killer.. I kept going and each day it got easier and easier! I also saw my arms get a lot toner!! Now it's so addicting to do this! I have been doing this everyday since!!! Thank you for this amazing video because my arms have never been so toned!!! ❤️

    My arms were on fire from the very beginning. It was cool to say every second "I can do this, I can do this. (in a minute) Eventually I can die after this, but I'd like to complete the workout." )))

    Been doing this a lot, trying to repeat it 5 times! Major difference already in triceps after only a short time. Biceps not so much - first two movements feel like a great warm up for them before weights and to slim down and warm down, but if you're looking for something more intense this is a great starting point. If you can do this really well a few times over, you're defo on your way to building some muscle if that's what you like.

    I just want to thank you so much for the consistency in your uploads and how entertaining you try and make these videos. I'm 21 and I am so weak it is crazy, but this year I decided I would try and build up my strength and tone my body overall. It's been about 3 weeks sine I've found you and it certainly wasn't easy to follow your routines at first, but now I'm building strength and I can finally get through some of the videos - feel so proud and happy!
    You're a brilliant teacher

    GUYS on day one I was dying and can barely finish it but I'm on day 3 now and it got easier to do!! I've got some few tips to help:
    1. When doing the second move I keep looking and naming the colours of her shoes on her shoe rack.. that helps forget the burn
    2. Try saying out loud what you want for your body to help you get through the moves(Example: I want toned arms) repeatedly.
    3. If you can't do the last move switch it with another arm exercise from another one of her videos
    4. Always stretch after finishing :D

    I’ve been doing pop Pilates for 3 years now and every time I come back to this it murders my arms. Such a good workout for when you don’t have a lot of time

    I am a level 5 gymnast and I watch blogilates. They have help me so much on working out. The only bad thing is that my conditioning are much more harder than these and I do these at night. The next day I'm dead, but thank you Cassey for short arm workouts so I don't literally die the next day

    This is the first time I have been able to complete the pushups at the same speed is you! Before I always had to go at a slower pace. Thank you for pushing me and overall being one of my most favorite people on earth!

    I was using my phone to do this workout at the gym and someone came up to me and asked "what workout video were you just doing. It looked so doable and effective." I was so thrilled they asked. Needless to say I think you have another fan:)

    You are an absolute inspiration to me! You inspire me to love my body and to work out too :') as a teenager i have many flaws that stand out to me, but I've learnt to love it and appreciate it :) you're literally my role model and you're doing such a great job at inspiring other people out there

    I didn't think that 5 minutes arm work out would do anything... ufffffff boy was I wrong! I am doing this simple but hard routing daily to tone my arms for my wedding. Thanks for such a great lill video.
