    i don’t really comment on vids, but this is the best thing ever!!!!
    if ur insecure/not happy with ur arms i promise u do this!
    i started this january 1st and by the first week of doing this everyday i was happy with my arms and now february 8th i’m literally so happy and i just bought a bunch of clothes which will show my arms!!! i’m so happy i literally could cry 😢

      Im so happy for you! Quick question, how long until you started seeing results? Im REALLY insecure about my arms and who like a quick and easy workout to help with that.

    If you're someone like me who's just starting exercises, take a 5-10 sec break after every exercise. It really helps! And after a week or two do it with no breaks. And always remember to stretch afterwards to ease the pain

    BESTIESSSS!!! I tried it for 2 weeks~ before my arms were both 31 cm NOW my right arm is 27 and my left arm is 28!!!!! I cant believe it! Gurl first it hurts REALLY REALLY BAD! But then you are getting used to it and you are gaining ✨muscles✨ so don’t stop I know it hurts but you can do it I’m still gonna do it bc I want my arms to be 25cm so fighting!!!!
    And I didn’t do an EXTREME diet I just didn’t eat junk food :D
    And also thank you Nina for making this workout I’m so greatful 🙏🏻🙏🏻

    I started since 2 weeks and the result is just incredible.
    I usually gaine muscles without loosing any weight on my arms so they just look even bigger but this time it really works!!! In only one week my arms started being smaller and now I find them almost perfect I still need to loose in the rest of my body but if you were wondering if it works, it DEFINITELY!!!

    I did this for about 2 weeks (or at least) and my shoulder and arms got slimmer and more toned, I also noticed my posture is much better and i feel more confident. Thank You! I will continue using this☺️

    I never had chubby arms until now. I used to lift some weight at the gym and once I gain muscles, I didn't like the way my arms looked, so I stopped doing that, and then I noticed that my arms were getting more and more fat, so I'm going to start doing this workout and will let you know the results!
    Day 1: You can definitely feel the burn but is not impossible, just think that it's less than 10min and think about all the little things that you can do in 10min
    Day 2: Jeez I'm not gonna lie to you... Today was tough, it hurted a lot but I did it!!
    Day 3: It hurted but not like yesterday, I think my body is getting used to it☺️
    Day 4: I had so much work to do today and I was exhausted at the end of the day but now I'm happy because I did it even though I was tired
    Day 5: Sorry guys, my boyfriend stayed at my house and we were busy all day long so I didn't exercise today
    Day 6: I did it before going to bed and I feel so much better doing it because it doesn't feel so bad now
    Day 7: I did it and guess what? My arm was 30cm and now it's 29cm (it's not too much but I mean... just one week and 7min each day... I think this is amazing)🤩

    First day I did that I thought I would never do it again
    But I continued doing that every day
    And every day it became easier and easier for me!
    ‼️ I’ve been doing that for a week, and I’ve lost 2cm in my arms

    I did her other arms workouts ever since 2021 and I’ve seen insane results with consistency that I barely recognize my old arms ,but in this workout you guy notice how some of the moves are done in waves in 2nd half in different motions if done correctly these will slim your forearm alott , good luck everyone ❤

    I have to go to a party and I am gonna wear sleeveless dress so a girl need thin arms so imma try do this twice a day for 2 weeks
    Day 1: ✅ it was so hard I felt like my arms were about fall off
    Day 2: ✅
    Day 3:✅
    Day 4: i didn't do it today i went out so i didn't have time
    Day 5: ✅ i did three time since i missed yesterday and now i feel like i don't have arms🥲
    Day 6:✅ I was dying while doing it so I only did it once today
    Day 7: i didn't get the chance to do it today
    Day 8: ✅ i gotten used the workout now so it doesn't hurt that much
    Day 9:❌ was to busy
    Day 10: ✅ it doesn't hurt much anymore

    Result my arms gotten more tone and they look more slim now soo I recommend this workout imma keep doing it

    Damn this workout is a killer my shoulders feel like falling out
    D1- done
    D2- done
    D3-done (ate junk food :’))
    D4-done (seems like my arms are getting slimmer!)
    D5- done
    D6- not done (my period came and it’s giving me headaches:/)
    D7-done (happy Christmas Eve!)
    D8-not done (merry christmas n happy holidays!!)
    D9- done
    D10-done
    D11- done
    This is the last time I will be keeping track, but this workout really works my arms haven’t changed much (bcs of this festive period eheh) but my shoulders feel sexy af lmao. Anyways i alternate some moves with push ups instead.

    Day 1 ✅ - seeing no changes
    Day 2 ✅ - feeling the burn from day 1
    Day 3 ✅ - starting to see some changes
    Day 4 ✅ - they have definitely slimed down!
    Day 5 ✅ - my arms are looking beautiful you get used to it after a few times

      @@ally8139 thats the same thing. Truthfully what’s happening is it’s targeting minor muscle groups rather than major and also its a low impact workout. Thats why theres no bulking. With other more intense ones bulking can be due to bloating, targeting major muscles, too intense of a workout, and not stretching (this can be a dad to day life thing too! Try massaging and stretching your body 15-30 minutes a day and you might lose some cm!)

    Instead of being one of this people who say "I'm gonna do this every day and update" and then don't.... I figured I'd wait to comment on this until I have done this without for a period of time and relate my experience and "results". Its been a month and a half since I started doing this, so keep reading if you want to know my experience....
    So I've been doing this, not every single day, but at least 4-5 days a week. Though I can't say my arms are "smaller" I can say that doing the exercises in this video consistently do seem to effect the muscle tone of the arms and surrounding muscles in a positive way. I am about a size US 4/6, around 135lb and 5'4, so I am not thick but I am also by no means super thin. Before this video I always struggled with my arms, they are pretty thick for my size (thanks to genetics). The positive changes include: a lot more definition in my shoulders, upper back (shoulder blades) and under arms. My arms themselves don't appear to have changed that much, but with the other muscle tone changes I have gained a lot more confidence in my upper body, which before I hated. I've even been wearing tank tops and spaghetti strap tops which is new for me. No more bra bulge/armpit cleavage! For anyone with rounded shoulders like me, I recommend doing some shoulder/neck/back/clavicle stretches in conjunction with this workout because it will help with posture and further define your shoulders (the one by Emi Wong is good!)
    And if anyone is wondering... yes... even after a month and a half this workout is still hard lol 😂 my arms and shoulders hate me when I do this. But its WORTH IT. So keep it up.

      @@NinaDapper Ok I HAVE to add to my update because I am SHOOK. I didn't know if my "results" were just my perception or if there was an actual change on my body and so I tried some sleeveless dresses I hadn't tried on in 2 months. Before they were super tight in the armpit area and I had fat spilling over (armpit cleavage) and some spillage around my shoulder blades. I remember feeling so frustrated and sad about how these dresses looked and felt on me. When I tried them on last night, they were no longer tight but fit perfectly and there was no fat spilling over whatsoever, completely flush with the dress. I am so HAPPY 😭 I am still 134lb but these dresses seriously fit better than when I was 120lb years ago.

    I've been studying with Nina for a week now. I do exercises for my arms, hips and waist. I work on the complex. I began to envy my friends :)) My hands got better.     i love this so much, previously i was doing an “arm workout” that more seemed to make me lose the fat on my shoulders, but this workout really hits that part of the arm below the shoulder where it’s chubby (which is perfectly normal and cute, i personally just would like lean, skinny arms) and it’s just what i was looking for! it’s really intense and hard but it gets easier the more regular that you do it!!! highly recommend 😁

    I’m gonna be updating this every day with results!
    DAY 1: I only did this once just to test it out and see if it really work and my god did it burn. I decided to take a 10-15 second break between each of the different movements. Totally felt sore the next day.
    DAY 2: I did this workout twice with a leg workout in between. I was able to do 2 movements and then take a break but sometimes I could only get through one movement. But it felt really good to have a burn in my arms because I knew it was working!
    DAY 3: I did the same thing I did on day 2 and i could definitely feel the burn. I stuck to doing 2 movements and then taking a 10-15 second break between them. I obv haven’t seen a difference yet as it’s only day 3 but I will keep updating!
    DAY 4: Today was rest day mainly bc it was the 4th of july :)
    DAY 5: Today I went to my trainer that I go to 3 times a week. I was going to do the workouts but after training that day I was literally exhausted.
    DAY 6: I also went to my trainer today so I did not do the workout.
    DAY 7: This time I did the workout and only took a break every 2-3 movements consisting of a 5-10 second break. I did this 2 times with a thigh slimming workout in between.
    DAY 7: I did not do the workout today due to having training this morning and i’m dead tired so lol.
    I had to skip a few days because I was super sick so i went a few days without doing the exercises!
    DAY 8: I sadly only did this workout once because I had a soccer game straight after and didn’t feel very motivated. still stuck to the taking a break between every 2-3 movements!
    DAY 9: Today I did this workout 2 times and turns out i had been totally underestimating myself! I did half of the workout with no breaks and then took a quick 10 second break and then started the 2nd half with no breaks! (i did a thigh workout in between!)

    I decided to write another comment where I am going to update. I didn’t do measurements, but my goal is to be satisfied with my arms and armpits so that I will feel confident in tank tops and bikinis.
    I did this workout for 1 week. I like it, At the end of the week it wasn’t that difficult. Not giving up & will try to update every week. Do this every day.

    Doing this for a week ! i hate working out or diets and my chubby arms are my number 1 priority!
    Day 1: done. That was painful.
    Day 2: done. More painful than yesterday bcs im still sore..
    Day 3: done. doing this once a day with a 20 min cardio.
    Day 4: forgot ab it..exam result came out .. yea cried all day 👍
    Day 5: doing this 2x bcs all i did was eat and sleep today
    Day 6: forgot
    Day 7: done
    So basically 5 days bcs i forgot to do it for 2 days BUT i actually got results! My arms look more toned than before and feel alot more light and small. I will be doing this every day from now on! Guys it really works so don't give up and keep upup!

    Incredible how 1 month ago this was pretty tough and how now the end of the video arrives without even realising it! It could look maybe an easy and "handly" workout but definitely it works. The coolest thing is that you don't really need any equipment.

    Doing this for 30 days cause I want to get rid of my bulky masculine arms :( I really want feminine lean arms so I hope I can achieve it with this workout none other workouts are working so...LESGOO!!!
    Day 1- ✅ Damm!! I really didn't belive the comments when they said this workout was super hard cause it didn't really have pushups or planks haha but my arms were dying 😭 I think this workout might just be effective! I still got through all the exercises even tho I did drop for a few seconds in some and those few seconds felt like heaven! I lile this workout its very elegant :)
    Day 2- ✅ got through it without dropping my arms yayy!!
    Day 3- ✅ this workout really gets it's easier the more you do it :)
    Day 4- ✅ today it hurt more then ever 🔥
    Day 5- ✅ I too am evening nap so I was so sleepy and gotta say this workout definitely woke me up!

    Starting Arm Size: Right- 13 inches Left- 12.5 inches
    Day 1: Done (25/02/21) (slight burn)
    Day 2: Done (26/02/21) (it burnsss)
    Day 3: Done (27/02/21) (again, it burnsss)
    Day 4: Done (28/02/21) (slightly better today)
    Day 5: Done (01/03/21) (found it pretty easy today)
    Day 6: Done (02/03/21) (still found it pretty easy today)
    Day 7: Done (03/03/21) (slight soreness near shoulders)
    WEEK 1: DONE!!!!!
    Measurements: Right- 13 inches Left- 12.5 inches (unfortunately no change)
    I've also been doing 2 other arm workouts. I'm not disheartened and will keep going!
    Day 8: Done (04/03/21) (pretty easy)

    My friend introduced me to this workout, like most people I thought it was gonna be a breeze but it was soo difficult and I had to take so many breaks! Today I did it for the second time and I had to take fewer breaks + it felt easier :)
    I'd like to do this every day or anyway multiple times a week, exercise has soo many benefits!

    I haven't been doing this for long, a little ove a week give or take but I've seen AMAZING results! My arms were never big but I still had some access fat around my upper bicep. I'm only 14 and on the first day I did this it hurt like hell! I managed to do it without any breaks tho, I was really proud of myself😁 I did an abs workout before this too. I also follow your inner and outer thigh workout. I don't measure my arms but I can see they're a lot slimmer and more toned now:D thank you!!

    I have been doing this workout or about a week now,Im going to do your newest one now but GUYS my shoulder bone is A LOT more defined now,I strongly recommend this workouts and her other ones.Make sure to stretch afterwards it is equally as important as the exercises!Love ya GL!

    Guys it works. I have been doing this since last 3 days and I can see the difference, I have reduce 3 inches from my arms. Note:- I was not dieting🙂. I am so happy with the results😊🥰Love u nina😘

    Let’s do this! My arms are pretty much the place i’m most unhappy with right now ;)
    Start: 25cm
    Day 1: done omggg i took a break at 5mins this is pAiN
    Day 2: done so this is why i’m not a model XD
    Day 3: done waaa i felt like giving up but we gotta push
    Day 4: done
    Day 5: done still dying
    Day 6: done
    Day 7: done
    Ok so my arms are only at around 24.5cm but keep in mind that this was only a week AND i did these exercises sooo wrong cuz i was so tired. Like on day 7 i did it lying down lmao, i’m sure this is a great workout (the pain proves it) but it’s too much pain for me.

    Day 1: ✅ This is the hardest exercise I have ever do, I skipped few seconds

    7:30 is literally me praying for this workout to end. Wow, my hands are super sore now but thats awesome
