@@mariamaallem6294 most likely nothing in 3 days. It was probably toning skin rather than the actual arm itself. It takes 2 weeks minimum on average for you and others to see a substantial difference
I love your workouts!! I used to not be strong enough to keep my arms up for the 6 minute workouts, but now I can do them and keep them up for this 8 minute workout 😄

Squeezing your muscles will help you get results much faster I tried it and now my arms are so sore but the muscles are much visible and my arms are leaner than before

Managed to complete the workout tho. Day 2: did this at 6pm, definitely got a lot more easier, bc I was listening to music.

Not everyone is a fan of pushups, and a lot of tricep and bicep workouts are with push ups! So I want to make an effective video for the same body part, without pushups 😘
The reasons you don’t have result is because you’re either doing them wrong you’re not eating properly and your mindset is what’s making you have poor results. You don’t get results in just one day it takes a couple days. I saw results in three days after doing them, so I’m not sure what you’re doingwrong, but it works

this is by far the hardest arm workout video ive tried😭 the way my arms were literally shaking and this excercise didnt include weights is just wow

Why don’t give a break
once you get used to it you won’t even need a break cause you been doing it for so long but you can always pause the video and get a drink of water 👍🏼
