      @@mariamaallem6294 most likely nothing in 3 days. It was probably toning skin rather than the actual arm itself. It takes 2 weeks minimum on average for you and others to see a substantial difference

    this is by far the hardest arm workout video ive tried😭 the way my arms were literally shaking and this excercise didnt include weights is just wow

    I love your workouts!! I used to not be strong enough to keep my arms up for the 6 minute workouts, but now I can do them and keep them up for this 8 minute workout 😄

    Day5:✔️🙃(I missed yesterday so I did It twice today)
    Day6:✔️🙂 ( I feel my arms a little bit toned. Love this workout)

    Day9:✔️
    Day10:✔️
    Day 11:✔️
    Day 12:✔️(on my first day I did It with 5 to 6 thirty seconds break but now I do it with flow .No more breaks)

    Squeezing your muscles will help you get results much faster
    I tried it and now my arms are so sore but the muscles are much visible and my arms are leaner than before

    Okay, I'mma do it until I can no more
    day 1- ✅Tough but did it
    day 2- ✅
    day 3- ✅ I'm starting to think that my arms are a bit more toned but let's see
    day 4- ✅ It's getting easier
    day 5- ❌ Had to spend the entire day in school (Gonna double it tmrw)
    day 6- ✅ Okay I'm def seeing some results
    day 7- ✅ My mom said that my arms are so toned tday I'm so happy 🥺

    day 9- ✅ Getting tough cuz I'm doing a lot of tests so I gotta study real hard 😖

    I gonna try updating everyday.
    Note: I’m doing this workout after a full body and standing abs workout, basically a stretch, sort of 😅
    Day 1: this was actually harder than I thought 😅 after a minutes, my arms were almost on their last stand. Managed to complete the workout tho.
    Day 2: did this at 6pm, definitely got a lot more easier, bc I was listening to music.

      The reasons you don’t have result is because you’re either doing them wrong you’re not eating properly and your mindset is what’s making you have poor results. You don’t get results in just one day it takes a couple days. I saw results in three days after doing them, so I’m not sure what you’re doingwrong, but it works
