Day 8 💚: First day of making it completely through, which was tough. Day 9 💚: Feeling really good, but the soreness came back (I need to stop underestimating this workout). MEASUREMENTS 10 DAYS: Right Arm: 26cm ; Left Arm: 25cm Day 11-12: Break Day 13💚: Took a break and it was tough, but I pushed through :) --------- Week 3 💚: Instead of doing each day reports I’ve decided to move to each week reports because it makes this comment less crowded :). For this week I didn’t do this workout from Sunday-Tuesday because I got the first dose of the vaccine and had a sore arm. Other than that, I’ve been making it through the workout (still with a bit of burning towards the end).

I almost died at the arm waves. I always remember to keep my breathing in check because it does really help you to keep going and reduce the tension. It burns so bad tho! Great workout. Day 2: ✅ Took breaks in between. Try to relax your shoulder and let your arms do the work. The tapping really targets the upper arm so I'm feeling really good about this. Day 3: ✅ Done. Day 4: ❎ Woke up this morning and I couldn't lift my arms above my head at all without feeling a constant sharp pain. I have come to address that there was something wrong with my rotator cuffs (been feeling the same pain for the past 3 weeks, mind you when I do arm workouts I usually do 2-3 videos or do them twice so always wake up feeling sore) I thought it's normal but I think I overdid myself. I'm resting rn. Day 5: ✅ I felt very motivated doing this, I was smiling the whole time. Day 6: ✅ I did cardio and this and now I'm crying. Day 7: ✅ Day 8: ❎ Literally danced zumba for 8 straight hours, way too tired. Day 9: ❎ My body hurts sm. Day 10: ✅ Took a 4-day rest because how busy things got, but did it. Day 11: ✅ Yass. Day 12: ✅ Dunnit. Day 13: ✅ Day 14: ✅ Mmmmm. Day 15: ✅ Did it! Update: 28.5 cm (R) 27 (L) I know it doesn't seem a lot but omg my arms are really firm and looked skinny for reals, I was actually surprised because I don't diet and ate anything I want and my arms looked toned. I'm going to keep doing this. Progress takes time!
i thought to take a pause and rest for a minute 'cause my arms be burning so bad, but i tried to condition my mind that i have the power to continue the workout until the end without dropping my arms... and i tell you, it felt more satisfying to not quit until it's done. everyone here, we gettin' stronger with Nina. thank you, Nina!

I have been regularly doing your previous model arm workout and since then my arms became lean and toned.
