      @@Slayyanishka i forgot to tell the results, but it worked out so great for me an in just two weeks , I clearly remember I reduce inches of ( 2-3) almos. Even my mom mentioned that my sides looks slimmer. Thanks to nina ☺️

    I’m doing this for 2 weeks everyday 7 per 7 and my hips it’s getting slimmer i had dip hips and now it’s much better
    Keep going girls will be worth it thank you so much Nina ❤

    I'm doing this for 2 weeks.
    Day 1-✅ it wasn't that hard but i feel hips burning
    Day 2-✅ that was good! Planning to do Nina's other workout too
    Day 3-✅

    Started - 1/10/24
    Doing it for 10 days:
    Day 1 :☑️ ( my legs burn )
    Day 2 :☑️ ( these exercises took my hips to heaven)
    Day 3 :☑️ ( hips burns )
    Day 4 :☑️(slight burn)
    Day 5 :☑️(didn't saw any result yet)
    Day 6 :☑️
    Day 7 :☑️[feels good, I guess I can feel my hips are a bit smaller(lesser smaller than a bit)]
    Day8:☑️
    Day9:❌
    Day10:☑️

    I have been doing this workout for close to 3 weeks nowand I lost 0.5 inch from my hips and waist, along doing this every day I have been going to pilates 2 times a week and the other days doing Nina's slim legs and abs workouts!

    Day 1: done feel great and burn
    Day 2: feeling burn too much and lit bit pain at lower area but get confidence 😊😊
    Day 3: skipped preparing for interview
    Day 4: done feeling good ,,,,from tomorrow i will be doing 2 sets of this workout……..

      You can combine it with her other leg / booty workout, but everyday for only one time will be okay too. Don’t forget about eating plan and calorie deficit

      No this only applies for hips, it effects the hips more (believe me i tried it)

      not only food will help with weight loss, its called a diet for a reason🤦‍♀️.
      If your talking about the youtuber i hope you experience what mental disorders is,the youtuber worked for her body you dont even have to be that mental to be skinny you can still eat when your not mental or even when your mental but saying “you need some food” is crazy because yk damn well if somebody youtuber dosent eat much as suppose too she will become sick and no longer post same with others.
