      I have been trying to do this exercise for 1 month, but since I forget to do it most of the time, I have done it for 5-6 days in total. will start doing it regularly now measurement

    I'm a pre-professional dancer so I workout on a daily basis, especially targeting the lower half of my body as it supports my whole weight on point shoes for hours. Let me tell you, this workout is so hard. Usually, these types of workouts don't work for me so I am amazed by how tough this one is. Big praises Nina this is a masterpiece 👏

    I'll try do this every day for 7 days. InshAallah.
    .
    Day 1:✔it was extremely hard to do and I took tons of breaks as well.
    Day 2 :✔ I was very sleepy
    Day 3:✔ the last 2 exercise are still very difficult to do but I took less breaks today.
    Day 4:✔ last one is still hard to do.
    Day 5:✔ did another 20 min leg workout with this one.

    i will do this workout every day for a week two sets in the morning and in the evening (+ combine it with other workouts, running and healthy eating) I hope it will work out.

    Nina Dear, I tried out several Influencers on RUclips, mostly for my legs, and your workouts really are the ones that work best for me! There's still some way to go, of course, but I already feel and *see* changes, which is so encouraging. I'm determined to stick with it. Thanks for this free and amazing content :)

    Hi Nina! I took a break from doing your leg workouts for a little while, but still was doing hiit, yoga & pilates. And I can't explain how proud I am of myself that I completed this workout without taking additional breaks ! This shows how strong your body is and breaks won't decrease the progress. Thanks Nina for a wonderful workout🤍🤍🤍
    I haven't felt my legs that way during any other exercises :)

    If nothing it was a test of durability😅😅 but as someone did nina’s other videos this was a great workout when you feel ready to advance🙏🏼🙏🏼 If you are a beginner do not get demotivated if this feels too hard, i work my legs regularly, this was still a challenge and I never felt my inner legs working this much.

    I am just going to do inner & outer thigh workout and this popped out. Gosh! It hurts so bad. It is morning! How could I walk with this soreness for the rest of the day! Highly recommend do this at night😂

    I am doing this 4 months now, once a day, 5 days a week. My legs looks amazing ! And feels like my feet have a nice shape now..😂..
    Also i like that while doing it i can read something.

      I love my hips, I don't want it to melt, I just want the hips and calves to get thinner. Is it okay and does it lengthen the legs?

    I feel like my hips hurt too much for me doing this workout. From the very beginning, I had to alternate to 1. keep balance, 2. not hurt myself. I feel so sad that in many cases (e.g. the very first exercise, when you have to bring the lower leg up), I literally cannot follow along. Is is normal? I can see many girls doing similar things in pilates, but I am always left alone to make alternatives.... otherwise I would do these particular movements wrong which I dont see the point in doing.
    Otherwise, loved the energy whilst working out with you :)

      Hey Erika, this is really an advanced workout that requires a lot of core strength and balance too, so I will recommend to stick to my previous leg workouts for now and come back to this one later! 🫶💕💕

      Unfortunately no workout can truly lengthen you legs. I have found that these workouts do lift your bum a bit which can make it appear that way.

      Many results, more or less 1 year or 1 year and a half. If ur legs are already kind of skinny 6 months

      Absolutely possible to feel it in the glutes too! Lengthen your entire leg all the way till the toes, so also stretch the knees for a better inner thigh focus! 🫶
