Day 2 :✔ I was very sleepy Day 3:✔ the last 2 exercise are still very difficult to do but I took less breaks today. Day 4:✔ last one is still hard to do. Day 5:✔ did another 20 min leg workout with this one.
i will do this workout every day for a week two sets in the morning and in the evening (+ combine it with other workouts, running and healthy eating) I hope it will work out. 1 day:✔️ (also made 4 additional training sessions, and 2km jogging) 2 day: 3 day: 4 day: 5 day: 6 day: 7 day:

If nothing it was a test of durability😅😅 but as someone did nina’s other videos this was a great workout when you feel ready to advance🙏🏼🙏🏼 If you are a beginner do not get demotivated if this feels too hard, i work my legs regularly, this was still a challenge and I never felt my inner legs working this much.
I am just going to do inner & outer thigh workout and this popped out. Gosh! It hurts so bad. It is morning! How could I walk with this soreness for the rest of the day! Highly recommend do this at night😂

Guys I’m so sorry I skipped two days I had a school trip but from now on I promise I’ll do it everyday and how I only see progress from under my knees but I’m getting used to it see you tomorrow
I feel like my hips hurt too much for me doing this workout. From the very beginning, I had to alternate to 1. keep balance, 2. not hurt myself. I feel so sad that in many cases (e.g. the very first exercise, when you have to bring the lower leg up), I literally cannot follow along. Is is normal? I can see many girls doing similar things in pilates, but I am always left alone to make alternatives.... otherwise I would do these particular movements wrong which I dont see the point in doing. Otherwise, loved the energy whilst working out with you :)
Hey Erika, this is really an advanced workout that requires a lot of core strength and balance too, so I will recommend to stick to my previous leg workouts for now and come back to this one later! 🫶💕💕

Absolutely possible to feel it in the glutes too! Lengthen your entire leg all the way till the toes, so also stretch the knees for a better inner thigh focus! 🫶

Unfortunately no workout can truly lengthen you legs. I have found that these workouts do lift your bum a bit which can make it appear that way.
