I couldn't do the first exercise properly but I've been doing this workout and some others for 2 weeks and now I can. Also my legs are hard as hell and my rib bones are visible when I stretch my back. I feel stronger and happier everyday. Thanks Nina, these videos are helping me a lot. ❤️

Bc they're the same, you need a calorie deficit to loose weight; you can't loose in one area, but you can change your body composition, therefore how you'll look after shedding fat
It shapes the hips, to loose weight its important to have a look at your diet too. But why focus on the weight? Its just a number that no one sees, but you on the scale. It does not say a lot since muscle is more heavy than fat. If you loose fat and gain muscle, your weight might be higher! Also always remember: to see the best results, you should have a look at more than just workouts. Also nutrition, sleep and stress are important to get the best results!
I have tried your other hip slimming workouts for a month and I saw incredible results. Now, I'm gonna add this too to my routine.
