I remember just a few weeks ago having a workout breakdown to this workout. Like one of those "I can't do this. I'll never be able to do this. I try so hard but I'm never going to be stronger or fitter or thinner or love myself" moments.

For anyone who is reading this: it's not necessary that you have a thigh gap or really skinny arms or a big butt. The real thing that matters is the strength you have because your body matters but so does your muscles. Work on building your strength and not a big butt. I do not have skinny legs in fact I'm quite chubby but still I can lift up bags and run. And for anyone who is reading this, I don't care if your chubby or skinny or what your body type is , I just want to say that please don't judge your body by looking at other's. Be proud of what you have and try to be more stronger. Ok.love you all ❤
Thank you for trying to make others confident. But sadly, some people can never feel that way until they change themselves. People always tell me I look great and that I need to eat more, but while I may look great to you, I don't feel great. When I look in the mirror, I see arm fat, jiggly tummy, huge thighs and and fat calves. I respect myself, I mean, its not like I am constantly beating myself up over it. But people don't realize, its not that simple to just be confident by having someone tell you that you look great. I need to show you all that you can't fix confidence over night. I thank you fro trying to boost others up but it still may not help them feel great.
Isabella Ruiz I agree. Sometimes people feel confident by changing themselves into a better version of themselves. And there is no harm in it. The only thing that should matter is that you feel good about your body. Even if it demands a change sometimes
Right. If that will make you feel better, then do it. If that is the only way you can get your confidence, nobody is stopping you. You should feel happy in your own skin, and you can become a different person, as long as that is who you really want to be. I wasn't meaning to seem like I was arguing with you, more like, an a difference-agreeance.
I am sorry but I disagree with @Isabella Ruiz: You CAN feel confident in yourself without changing who you are or how you look. No, you do not just wake up feeling confident, it takes time. It is focusing on what nutrition I need, how can I become stronger, and how can I help the world around me. It is also about figuring out what you're best at: that can take a lot of time as well, but when you find that thing that you totally dominate, your self-confidence does go up. I do agree. I promise I am not trying to argue, I love that people are wecloming opinions. Thank you!!

+Brea Nicole This is so true! The only time I ever had a thigh gap was when I was anorexic and had zero muscle or self esteem. It is simply not possible for me to be healthy and have a thigh gap, and frankly, I don't care anymore!! I am strong and healthy!

I feel you girl, that rub is no joke. Then the rash... Not all of us want thigh gaps for vanity reasons! I'll take thick thighs that don't chafe any day.
I get that. I have gained 20 pounds in 2 years so I am starting to feel that as my body has added on more fat and less taut muscle.
Just a word on thigh gaps, because I know this is something society has defined as a part of beauty: as a science major, working towards medical school, I can confirm that a thought gap is all a part of bone structure. If you were not born with the structure to have a natural thigh gap, then the only way you will ever achieve one is through extreme malnutrition and you will have almost no muscle mass on your thighs whatsoever. This is extremely unhealthy. But a thought gap also does not define someone as "anorexic". I have a thigh gap, however I have the bone structure for it and I have extremely toned thighs. I don't have stick skinny legs and I am a healthy 135 lbs at 5'8". So in all, thigh gaps are NOT always a sign of anorexia of malnutrition, but they are also NOT needed to show you that you are fit and in shape and beautiful.
I really appreciate the way you explained this. I'm on the same path as you and it drives me crazy and I get really concerned when I hear young girls asking in every video if this will give them thigh gaps. Some people naturally do and some don't. I feel like the question should be will this give me toned thighs? ;)

You could have thighs that touch and you could have thighs that don't, what is really important is that you are staying healthy, and really toning your body to the best of your ability. It's something that a lot of people don't consider enough, and I felt it was important to help share the science behind "thigh gaps"
***** your thigh gap may or may not get bigger. It all depends on how far apart your hip joints are set apart from each other. If you do tone up your thighs, there's a chance the space between your thighs will increase, but its hard to say.
I should really actually do these workouts instead of just saving them to my playlist and watching them thinking "wow this seems pretty good I think this will really help......I'll do it later"

I've been doing these workouts for a few days now and I can totally see and feel a difference already! I haven't been dieting, running or anything just THIS and I can totally feel a gap in between my legs already! If you're reading through the comments, seeing if this works, it totally does! And I can also see a difference in my stomach!

Results may vary dependent on your caloric intake and more I take in at the most 500 calories every day and I’m not hungry at the end of the day!! Idk if it’s just me or what
Hanna Banana You should really aim to take in around 1200-1600 calories a day if you work out. Anything under 800 is considered a starvation diet -please try to eat healthier portions!

The only reason I want a gap between my thighs, is because I get rashes from the friction of my skin when the thighs rub together. I don’t give a damn about ‘Looking Perfect’, I want to eliminate a problem if I can. 😊 love what you do Cassie, keep it up! ❤️❤️❤️

Ok,so I'm 12 years old (13 in a month),and I was known to be really thin.I was REALLY thin.Then,I started eating a lot.My mum says its just puberty,but I'm hungry all the time.I never went to any trainings,I'm bad at cardio, I eat unhealthy,and guess what--I'm not fat but all the fat went into my thighs and butt.I also have a bigger stomach. Many beauty gurus recommended this channel,they said this is the best workout channel,and I agree.I will start doing these workouts every day,and I hope I get a bit thinner again.

place your hands under your tailbone! or put a rolled towel or mini pillow under your back!

Oh my God, me too. It's frustrating. Sometimes I push on the sides of my mat up so my back is flat. It stretches my mat a little bit but, you do what you gotta do. I notice if you put your hands under your tailbone it doesn't work my abs as much as not doing that.

The first time I did this video I was 15 years old and I could barely make it through a move without stopping and getting frustrated, hating myself and wishing I could just fast forward to my goal body. Today I did this video at 21 without stopping and with virtually perfect form! I have just discovered blogilates today and have already done 3 workouts! I love it, I'm so disapointed I didn't discover you guys earlier. I have been doing other pilates workouts on youtube but a lot of them don't really get you into the workout and it's much more of a struggle! but Cassey actually makes it fun! I was laughing through some of it actually, and it helps me a lot to push through :)

Ouch!! My thighs burnnn but this is so worth it. I'm 13 and very insecure about my thighs. I hate how when I walk they kinda jiggle a little. There's nothing wrong with that, I know, but I'm doing this for myself and no one else :) I'm just working to be stronger and healthier as I've lost my strength and healthy eating/lifestyle when I hit puberty. Hi, guys!! For those of you who started and are struggling, that's perfectly fine! When I did this for the first time, i stopped at least 5 times throughout the video. I kept doing this for a week and realized I gained weight, but it wasn't fat, it was the muscles in my thighs! Personally, I was okay, because my thighs were shaped better, and what surprise me the most, was that I improved in my running, and realized it was a breeze when I did other exercises. I stopped doing this, because I was satisfy with my thighs. Just 3 days ago, I started this again, and trust me, the first day was exhausting! My thighs hurt sooooo bad, but in a good way! Second day, o.m.g, the crisscross scissors was so bad (bc of previous day). On the third day, I finished the whole video without stopping once. The reason why I'm telling you this, is because, it's fine if your struggling, that's normal. I just want you to know you can do it!! I believe in you, and so many other people!!! Don't stop believing!! 😜😂👍

I find that recommending (and doing it myself) a little bit of flexibility yoga *after* doing my pilates set really helps with that dead legs feeling and works as a relaxing cool down period. and, obviously, doing this video or something similar for legs at least every other day/4 times a week to actually build up that muscle and make your legs stronger. flexibilty yoga releases tension/tightness from immediate protien build up in the muscles 😁 gl!

I actually don't want a thigh gap. I've been skinny all my life to the point I was made fun of for looking anorexic. I'm always envious of girls with a nice butt and curves. So I've been eating a lot and lifting weights to gain weight and muscle. I've gained 10 lbs!
Any tips or advice on gaining mass? Im also a twig but I havnt seen major improvements!
***** maybe you have a super high metabolism? You know I found calculating how many calories I should have has really helped me, I was never super skinny myself, but there are some great calorie calculators out there that can give you an idea of how much to eat and then you could also ask your dr for some advice too!
***** I agree with Shea TheUnicorn . Try using a calorie calculator. I use it to see how much I need to eat to gain weight. My diet contains of mostly carbs and protein. Also lifting weights will increase your weight since muscle weigh more than fat.
