    This sounds a little pathetic to me, but this is the first video I have completed from start to finish with Cassey. No pauses, no extra breaks. it was still very challenging and my heart is pounding and I'm so sweaty. However I can't help but feel proud of myself. Thank you for helping me in my fitness journey, my stamina and probably willpower is much stronger. I hope everyone enjoyed the burn!

    January 2019 this was the first workout I did in about a year. I couldn't even finish the first eight minutes. I got lightheaded and was afraid I was going to pass out. Today, I just did the workout again for the first time since then, and I finished the entire video all four times. Don't give up my friends 💪

    Can you make a workout for when your sick? Right now i have a super bad cold and its hard to follow the calendar. I really wanna workout but i dont want to hurt myself! Today i could only do 2 videos before i just stopped because i felt horrible and not in the good way! Please help!

      blogilates Cassey, I posted yesterday asking about what to do // what I can do to workout during my two week recovery period after getting my tonsils out. Does this still apply? I really don't want to stop working out, especially for two weeks...Will I lose muscle mass??

      Zoë Lerman Just listen to your body, don't overwork yourself. Do the workouts at a slower pace, and try the beginner moves. Walking is always an awesome workout for any kind of sickness, as it doesn't put too much of a strain on the body but is still really healthy for it! Good luck. :)

    Guys this really works!i did it for a couple of months, no diet, i did it once everyday with no other workout and after i would eat some popcorn no butter with water if i was hungry, and after a couple of months my family was saying stuff like waw how come you lost so much weight. I am pretty sure if you do it the 4 times, and do her flat belly fat burner you will lose weight in like a matter of weeks. Also i recommend sucking in you belly whilst doing the workout, like doing a vacuum . And drink green tea or lemon water in the morning. These are things that i didnt do before but i am doing now, it will help to lose weight faster.
    YOU CAN DO IT!

      make sure you warm up before starting the workout! also, let yourself breathe while doing exercises (don't try to be quiet).

    Every like I will TRY to not eat
    -burgers
    -French fries
    -any extra snacks
    -not a lot of bread
    -no liquids except water
    -not a lot of sugars (it was just Halloween :/)

      Hi! I'm in the same boat. I took her advice and started an Instagram page just for fitness! I already have so many popsters supporting me! I would recommend this because they'll help keep you accountable and it's fun. Hope this helps!! You can do it!!! ☺️

      I have the app Two Grand on my phone to track what I eat and when i exercise with pictures. And I follow other people and they follow me :) keeps me motivated

      Rachel Goodill I also had this same problem when I first started working out! I followed Cassey's calendars and even if I wasn't strong enough to do certain moves, I did the best that I could. I also would go for little runs or jogs when I could and that motivated me more. Also, drink lots of water! I found that it was easier to buy a big water bottle(like Cassey's) and fill it up multiple times throughout the day! In the beginning, I felt frustrated because I didn't immediately see results. Don't give up! I have noticed that I have become so much stronger and in better shape because of Blogilates!! If you follow the calendar's you'll notice that you will begin to get stronger and see results. Now I can't go a day without working out because I will feel down and gloomy. Hope this helps!     This is probably my favourite. Hard and on the verge of dying but i feel so refreshed after and in the evening when i procrastinate homework (im the empress of procrastination), i do one of these and gets my mind into focus and my heart racing and i get stuck into my work yaaay!!     I have followed her workouts and monthly calendar for more than a year and goddddd i used to be so Proud of myself after every workout...and so sourrrr 😅
    But i lost 10 kgs by her workouts, good diet and walking for atleast 30 minutes a day ❤
    I have started my journey once again after 8 months
    This is my third day ❤
    Hope i will continue this because God knows how much pain begining days are 🙆😅🥹♥️

    So this may be weird blogilates but I was wondering about neck exercises. I really want my neck to be slimming and my jaw line and collar bone more pronounced. Can we get exercises for that or if you have some, which would you suggest?

      Ashley Ramos Most of that is down to genetics, i've never heard of a neck slimming exercise. But for jaw, if you lift your head and kiss around 20 times it can help to define it. You'll know if you're doing it right because you'll feel it around your jaw and neck. :)

      Ashley Ramos Don't listen to HappyMommy81 she's just trying to sell you some bullshit diet. Unfortunately you can't spot reduce. You need to lose weight all over in order to see a difference on your jawline and neck. Do loads of cardio videos like this and eat right, you'll see a difference I promise! :)

      Ashley Ramos The thing is, like Victoria said, you can't get rid of fat in one area. It all comes off. Her exercises that are area specific are for toning. Doing Cardio exercises like this, it will help fat come off everywhere, but remember, 85% of weightloss happens in the kitchen.

      Well what i can suggest is that is to work your butt off gurl xd because if u really want it then u gotta GO for it👊 xd but ill tell u a cheat xd every evening or day its up to you get a ice cold pack and put it in your face directly👸👸 and then youll be able to see results xd but it cant work without proper diet 😜 xd

    #SmallVictory: I usually pause these HIIT style videos to catch my breath but today I did the video the WHOLE way through WITHOUT stopping!!! This is my second month following her monthly calendars (and I did the beginner one before that) and I TRULY can see a difference! I feel so much stronger and I can power through moves better (not all of them).
    If you are a beginner DO NOT GIVE UP! Even if you end up in tears on your living room floor out of frustration halfway through a video (been there done that - A LOT), it WILL GET BETTER! Pause, skip, modify do what you have to do, but DO NOT GIVE UP!
    YOU CAN DO THIS!!!

    I used to only eat healthy and never do any workouts, which slowed down my weight loss so in 3 months I had only lost around 2 kilos (idk how much lb that is sorry I read kg) anyway I came along to blogilates and I can't thank you enough Cassey!! I've lost 4 kilos!! And I honestly started doing the excerises not that long ago!!

    yay!! I did this without stopping. So proud of myself. I'm on the first day of the November 2015 calendar, and I had finished the beginners 2.0 calendar yesterday :) I thank you Cassey!! My endurance has gone up and I've gotten stronger! Hallelujah! Philippians 4:13💕 I'm sweating, but now onto 3 minute TURBO lower abs.. HORRAY

    i did one round of the swimsuit slimdown full body workout and then a round of this, and the life was absolutely knocked out of me. then i got right back up (after like a 15 minute break lmao) and did another round of both. i feel strong. ive gotten back into working out for a month now, exactly. my progress is so evident. four weeks ago i could barely get through one round of this video, stopping many times. today i didn't stop once. i can feel myself getting stronger, little by little. and it is so incredibly gratifying.

    i'm over weight to the point that i have a fat roll i'm 11 and i don't wanna be part of children obesity all around america i also wanna have a heathy body cause my father is diabetic and i don't wanna live an unhealthy life of soda and junk food life like i use too. Plus all my friends are in sports and i'm not i want to be healthy by middle school. i need to lose about 40 pounds to be the right weight for kids my age i'm also going thought my period and a nice work out helps the cramps (: i don't hate my body i just want a long heathy life

      hey! I am in the 'severely overweight' compared to the rest and I need to lose 30 pounds in order to be in the acceptable range. Lets do this! Nothing is impossible :)
      (all my friends are healthy but they never put me down and always encourages me and even exercises with me.)

      I have the same problem. I am 11, and 150 lbs, but I am 5 foot 6 inches. I play so many sports, and yet I don't lose weight. Both of my parents are overweight, and I don't want to end up like them (lol😂).

    I really loved this video! One session of 8 minutes is all I have time for, but hopefully as I progress I can really put forth more effort and do more sessions. Your talking and honesty about the pain made it all so worth it. Most workout videos have no one admitting that it hurts and that they can struggle with it too, and struggling with it is totally okay.

    Doing this video today, February 7th 2021 (yes, it's the 7th and I'm doing the 8th on the calendar, that's because I don't do all the ab workouts because of diastasis recti!) made me so nostalgic, because this video came out on the month I started the Blogilates' calendar back in 2015!!!

    I always like to watch these first before I do them, once I just turned a random cardio video on without watching the whole way through and almost died. xD But I'm gonna try this! Though no way am I wearing any kind of swimsuit ever. That would be embarrassing.

      If you're never going to wear a swimsuit, you'll miss out a LOT. Swimming is one of the best activities, especially in summer.

      Sometimes you feel like you're never gonna stop a killer move so you stop and then she says "8 more!" And you're like "Oh crap we were almost done." If you watch it first you know how long each move will be and something she says before you're almost done like a signal I guess. That's what I'm thinking.

    I found u yesterday and did this vid. Very very nice i must say. And today is day two. I would do this twice with some other lower body workouts. I need lean leg muscles. My upper body is fine.
