    I have been doing this workout for last 2 months along with calf stretches.. And man the results are just amazing.. Though i didn't keep a measurement..       For those of you who are struggling to walk, Here's my advice: Stretch, stretch and stretch. Like I can't insist that enough. One good calf stretch that I would recommend is the one in which you lean against a wall(Google it). Thanks me later ;)

    Dear Casey,
    You have inspired me to never give up and to not be what someone else wants me to be. I'm 11 years old and I get bullied. I even get bullied by my family and especially by my parents. I don't feel appreciated in the world. My mom calls me fat! I used to weigh 120 and during summer 2016 I've tried a hard diet on myself. I've lose over 20lbs during that summer. Somehow my family still doesn't appreciate me. They still call me fat and they still told me I need to lose more weight. Other people in public even says my sister looks better than me and she should become a model. These hard words have let me down this year. I feel like I just need to kill myself for people to be happier. I don't get why people tell me to eat less everyday but they still offer me more food than I eat. While I was on my diet during that summer, I still got bullied. I had people saying " why are you even trying when you know you can't be successful in it?" I really don't know what's left of me! Now I just lock myself in my room with no food but water. I have done this for 3 days straight! I've skipped 2 days of school! I'm to embarrassed to go out anywhere. I weight 87lbs right now and somehow nobody still appreciates me. I found you and I've been encouraged and inspired! People just don't appreciate me because I'm to good to be appreciated!! 😊 Thank you Casey

      aw sweetheart, i more than sure you're perfect the way you are. As hard as it sounds, you have to show people that you dont care. And that is a very unhealthy weight. The healthy way to lose weight is to eat 3 times a day with snacks in between (snack before lunch + before dinner) also make sure you eat healthy foods. Eating less will cause you body to think that there's a risk if you starving so it will hold the fat and you will gain weight if you dont eat enough. Not eating at all will lead to serious heakth problems. The people sound mean, try reaching out to adults you trust like a counselor or try finding sbd naking new friends. And you have to learn to love yourself. To like things about you, try and do new things to help you becine happy. It's not easy but if you get past those moments where you feel worthless and accomplish your goals, you'll feel better than ever. Also there's nothing wrong with the weight you were (120 lbs) and please stay strong and be healthy, take care of yourself💛💛💛

      87 lbs so very thin! Please try to gain some weight. Your family and peers are toxic and you should go to a teacher you trust to try and get some help, maybe even switch schools. Also try to not listen t your family, ignore them, avoid them just don’t let the, get to you. You are beautiful and don’t need to loose more weight, best luck to you.

      as someone who was "chubby" when i was 11 and 12, im here to tell you that you need to give it time, you didn't need to diet. 120lbs isn't that much and you'd probably lose it naturally when you were around 13. Please make sure to eat well, starvation is NOT good for physical and mental health

      Olaniyan Loveth endurance jogging/long distance jogging (not sprinting) is recommended for slim calves followed by good amount of stretching the legs.
      Calf raises and other exercises recommended by her tone the calves but I think they bulk up the muscles as well.

    in middle school I was really insecure and hated the lower half my body. I have thick calves and thighs and well I do have a booty but that time I hated having a fat-ass. I'm 19 and now I'm accepting and appreciated my body more (with these exercises I actually like having thick calves) and learning to be stronger. All thanks to you Cassey ^_^

    Starting day-14/07/20
    Measurements :-
    Right calf -38.5
    Left calf :-39
    Day 1 :- ✅ (my legs are paining a lot. I can't even walk)
    Day 2 : ✅(still legs are paining )
    Day 3 :-✅( exercises are easy but it hurts my calf muscle badly. But no pain no gain so I will try this exercise for a month)
    Day -4:- ✅
    Day -5:- ✅
    Day -6:-✅(now exercise becomes much easier)
    Day -7:-❎
    Day -8:-✅(I had reduced almost around 0.5cm on both legs Nd my calf becomes toned. Really happy with my results)

    I have been doing these on and off, but this time I've done them for a week and a half straight and today I finally did the whole thing without pausing to shake my legs out. Some people might have gotten it the first time, but I'm proud of myself. As I'm typing this my left thumb is shaking uncontrollably for some odd reason so I might have broke something, but it was totally worth it!

    I’ve been doing this for a while(with and without weights) , sometimes I do it everyday “routine”. Sometimes it is just a part from the workout I do 3-4 times a week. And sometimes I do it for fun. That was maybe 3-4 months ago.. and I’m still doing it but a not as always as before.. so.. my calves used to by cheesey but now it’s VERY SLIM! I love this result! Even when I wear heels it feels so good! My calves looks much better than before! Thank you so much Cassey! Short but great workout!

      There is still a lot of confusion about working out. There is no such thing as spot reduction. Meaning, if you do a calf workout, you won't just lose fat on your calves. Doing workouts (specifically cardio) that burn calories, will (if done right with a proper diet) make you lose weight everywhere. What areas you hold the most fat is determined on your natural body shape, not your workouts.
      This video is made to TONE your calves, which is why Cassey talks about building strength in her videos. It will create strong LEAN muscle. Unless you're eating in a calorie surplus, you won't gain (you'd need to be lifting more too).
      So, do this and pair it with cardio for sleek, shapely and STRONG calves.

    I have been doing this video for 2-3 years now, and let me just say that this video definitely works! My calves went from not muscular at all to visibly stronger calf muscles. I used to do it consistently (like everyday for a week/month) but with school, I unfortunately can't do it as often. When I first started following this video, it felt like absolute torture and I would take numerous breaks in between my workout. But at my best, I was able to do this video from beginning to end, with no interruptions and 100% of my effort! I'm hoping to get back into this workout video again and get back into my past habits that really made a positive impact on my self confidence and physical strength!

    I love this workout! Last time I did this I couldn’t even walk for like 4 days. I thought this time my calves are gonna be strong enough that I won’t feel it but oh boy was I wrong! I feel like my calf muscles are going to pop out of my leg 😂😩

    It actually helps those whose calves have so much fat and when you touch it it's soft not firm. I have done this for a month plus workout to loose fat thigh, and everyone said that my legs look slimmer and more muscled ^^ so excited

    Must say, this is a great bodyweight calve workout! I've been adding this routine in with my regular workouts and am seeing some nice results. 😊👍
    A little side note, though: I've found that the stretch at the end aren't quite enough, especially if you want to minimize the next-day soreness. I usually add in an extra few minutes of lower body/calf stretching and it's made a huge difference with the discomfort the next day!

    When I turned my toes in on those calf raises, I freaked out! I could feel parts of my calves working and burning in the weirdest ways, like I've never used those muscles like that before. It was kind of amazing!

    I used to do these before I went to bed and gosh, my calves were so toned and firm; I was running up stairs quick. but then I got lazy and stopped TT^TT TIME TO GET BACK IN SHAPE with this workout video!! REALLY LOVING this quick burn series!
