My calves were big and muscular before so I tried this work out for a month and I can see the change. This works so trust me. Do it everyday and you will see the change. This workout makes my calves slimmer not bulkier. If you don’t have the weight it is okay to skip that part but try to do all the others!

Other woman would probably eat anabolika and drink protein drink to have such an extreme muscle-growth..that I have naturally. For the first few weeks, i felt my calves muscle are softer, it was not hard like before. A month after my calves got smaller and leaner.

My names Fabrina. This is my story. I remember when i got bullied i high school and i was nicknamed ms fat calves. This really upset me and even my best friend didnt talk to me anymore. Hi peeps! To get that summer body ready, I went full on and lost 5kg! in 10 days. It's not that hard just follow the following routine and diet, you'll get there too! Everyday workout: Slim calves - 2 times per day Thigh exercise for losing fat - 2 times per day How to get a six pack - 1 time per day Diet: Morning around 6 - 7am : a piece of toast with 1 scrambled eggs, and with whatever drink you like (better be tea or coffee) Brunch 9 -10 am : an apple or orange Lunch : chicken breast or salmon salad Between lunch and dinner: you can either have another fruit, snug in some pocky or biscuits if you're that hungry Dinner 6 - 8 pm : 1 small bowl of rice or noodles with some veggies and 1 ounce of meat (best without oil and cheese) Strongly recommend to not eat after 8pm at night and drink lots of water to hydrate. Not everyone will lose 5 kg, it fully depends on your body type, but I guarantee this works. Always eat a scoop of ice-cream after dinner if you feel you're too hungry to sleep at night. :)

I have been feeling really insecure about my huge calves for years and I have tried a few workouts but none of them seem to really work, I’m on my first week on this workout so I’ll share my progress with you guys 💕 Left : 35.5cm Right : 35cm Day 1: was super tired at the end of the workout (especially the hops) could really feel the burn on my calves! Day 2: was still pretty tiring and no visible changes yet Day 3: almost the same as day 2 but slightly easier Day 4: i didn’t notice any changes other than a really sore feeling in my calves but I decided to measure them and my left calf is 34.5cm and my right one is 34cm, I lost 1cm on each calves! Felt really motivated today to do the workout so it was much easier than before ☺️

I tried this workout for a week, did it once Everyday, still eats unhealthy food but I didn’t over eat my daily calories and I was able to see a difference. My calves is usually bulky and fat but I was able to see it slim down! So i totally recommend this to people even if you’re not eating healthy diets :)
I've been doing this about 2-3 times a week for two weeks. I stopped because school had started, but it wasn't until I tried on a pair of shorts that I realized my calves had actually gotten slimmer! They're not bulky anymore, they look nice now! I'm going to start again doing this as regularly as I did before.

I think it depends on the type of exercise you do. Different exercises will yield different results. Remember that this workout is a combination of different things that is more than just toes and calves (since all the muscles in your body are interconnected). Doesn't hurt to try since it's just the beginning of spring. For me, doing the right stretches and putting my legs up at 90 degrees up against a wall for 5 min have helped slim my calves the most.
Bonnie L going on your toes builds the muscle (muscle will burn fat) but always stretch because stretching leans out the muscle to make the muscle lean and look skinny and toned

can you please explain how these exercises exactly slims your calf, this is a serious question, i'm not hating i am actually really curious, because ever since i was little i would always run and skip everyday and my calves are really big now and it looks really chunky and its all muscle and its just not a good look especially because I'm short. you also said to try and not go on your tip toes because it builds up the muscle around your calf, but you're doing calf raises and pulsing and on your tip toes A LOT. please answer me, it would help me a lot, thanks.
(i’m doing this until i am satisfied with the results) day 1: i did this before so i was familiar with all the exercises. i woke up the next morning and i know it sounds crazy but i saw some improvement. day 2: my calves really burned during the first exercise but i pretty much got the routine down. i always skip the squat part but make up for it by doing the small hops for 30 seconds and skater hops after . i’ll be back tm!

This video helped A LOT. Some videos on RUclips shows you to run 30 min a day and do a lot of squats to achieve skinny legs, which makes me confuse since it's not gonna make your legs skinny, it's actually gonna make your legs a little more big because of the building muscles. So this vid is a big thums up! :)
For everybody who is confused, as long as you are in a caloric deficit, there is no way you can gain muscle or fat in the calves doing any type of workout even, yes, with weights. So just eat less calories than you use daily, and you will be fine.

Day 2- I'm feel dead 😂The hops and skater hops absolutely killed me , but I made it out alive! My calves feel a lot stronger , but since I haven't been doing this for long , they still are the same size. They have been noticeably redder since starting this though.
Day 3- The workout felt the same , but my calves feel super sore now! The look about tighter , but not much. Tommorow I plan on starting to eat a cleaner diet , because for the past couple days I've been eating a bit unhealthy.

I’m gonna do this exercise and I’m going to notify you of all the progression. I have started with 34cm at the fattest part of my calves and 46cm at the fattest part of my thighs. Hey if anyone is doing this and your calf seems bulkier, then when you do the seated calf raises, don't use weight. It works for me, so hopefully it does the same for you :)

If people are looking at it for the same reason I am, I kinda wanna wear knee high boots, or put on a pair of skinny jeans without haven to accommodate them. Personally I have a pair of doc marten's 20 eyes calling my name, so I kinda wanna fit them. also my huge muscly calves look sort of silly with my tiny friggin ankles.
My calves used to be really small and my thighs were pretty big. Then I started getting into biking and did that about twice a day for about an hour each time. I didn't quite notice at first but now (after about 3 months of biking) I've noticed a huge increase in size for my calves. Looking at photos before and after, I noticed that after biking my calves had gotten very muscular and bulky looking while my thighs got a little but smaller. I now realize that I just happen to bike way too quickly. For anyone with the same problem as me, you just have to slow down the biking

Melissa Not really.. Ive really done this everyday and it felt like they got more muscles. But while jogging i couldnt do this landing on the whole foot it hurted like hell after a time in a bad way.

yess doing those are already enough to make ur calves slimmer. sometimes i just keep the others and i only do calves raises.

I tried this workout for a week, did it once Everyday, still eats unhealthy food but I didn’t over eat my daily calories and I was able to see a difference. My calves is usually bulky and fat but I was able to see it slim down! So i totally recommend this to people even if you’re not eating healthy diets :)

I've been doing this about 2-3 times a week for two weeks. I stopped because school had started, but it wasn't until I tried on a pair of shorts that I realized my calves had actually gotten slimmer! They're not bulky anymore, they look nice now! I'm going to start again doing this as regularly as I did before.

I think it depends on the type of exercise you do. Different exercises will yield different results. Remember that this workout is a combination of different things that is more than just toes and calves (since all the muscles in your body are interconnected). Doesn't hurt to try since it's just the beginning of spring. For me, doing the right stretches and putting my legs up at 90 degrees up against a wall for 5 min have helped slim my calves the most.

Bonnie L going on your toes builds the muscle (muscle will burn fat) but always stretch because stretching leans out the muscle to make the muscle lean and look skinny and toned

can you please explain how these exercises exactly slims your calf, this is a serious question, i'm not hating i am actually really curious, because ever since i was little i would always run and skip everyday and my calves are really big now and it looks really chunky and its all muscle and its just not a good look especially because I'm short. you also said to try and not go on your tip toes because it builds up the muscle around your calf, but you're doing calf raises and pulsing and on your tip toes A LOT. please answer me, it would help me a lot, thanks.
You said to avoid workouts that are similar to climbing, isn't the very first workout imitating muscle movements during climbing?
(i’m doing this until i am satisfied with the results) day 1: i did this before so i was familiar with all the exercises. i woke up the next morning and i know it sounds crazy but i saw some improvement.
day 2: my calves really burned during the first exercise but i pretty much got the routine down. i always skip the squat part but make up for it by doing the small hops for 30 seconds and skater hops after . i’ll be back tm!

I did this last holiday so I can wear dresses. I only did it atleast 4 times a week while doing lymphatic massage and I was so surprised comparing the picture of my legs before and after doing it for a few weeks. I feel like my legs now are fat again lol so im trying it again for summer.

This works well. I have quite masculine legs from athletics (I do short distance running) and i tried this 3 days ago and my legs already seem less short and bulky. It's great!
Well...I don't necessarily want "thinner calves" more like TONED calves....although thinner calves would be good for knee high boots :-)

This video helped A LOT. Some videos on RUclips shows you to run 30 min a day and do a lot of squats to achieve skinny legs, which makes me confuse since it's not gonna make your legs skinny, it's actually gonna make your legs a little more big because of the building muscles. So this vid is a big thums up! :)
For everybody who is confused, as long as you are in a caloric deficit, there is no way you can gain muscle or fat in the calves doing any type of workout even, yes, with weights. So just eat less calories than you use daily, and you will be fine.

I'm gonna do this along with the "thigh exercises for losing fat video" video! I have always had really big calves and thighs , and I really wanna slim them down. ✨
(Yes I'm just starting this now 😂) Day 1- I'm really feeling the burn! I didn't have any weights , so I used a heavy bag instead XD
Day 2- I'm feel dead 😂The hops and skater hops absolutely killed me , but I made it out alive! My calves feel a lot stronger , but since I haven't been doing this for long , they still are the same size. They have been noticeably redder since starting this though.
Day 3- The workout felt the same , but my calves feel super sore now! The look about tighter , but not much. Tommorow I plan on starting to eat a cleaner diet , because for the past couple days I've been eating a bit unhealthy.
Day 4- I'm slowly starting to lose motivation , but I'm not giving up! I really want to see if My calves get smaller by the end of the month!
Day 5- I can't do it today because of my aunts grad party , but I plan on doing it twice tomorrow! My calves look noticeably slimmer!

Day1~ I could definitely feel the burn. I noticed that my legs are much tighter then I thought they were.
33.5cm on calves (I’m surprised! Must be false measuring)

Day 2~ I can’t see much of a difference. My calves still burn the same way they did yesterday m.
Same measurements as yesterday.
Day 4~ Everything is easier now, I still feel the burn but I can’t see any muscle improvement.

Hey if anyone is doing this and your calf seems bulkier, then when you do the seated calf raises, don't use weight. It works for me, so hopefully it does the same for you :)

My calves used to be really small and my thighs were pretty big. Then I started getting into biking and did that about twice a day for about an hour each time. I didn't quite notice at first but now (after about 3 months of biking) I've noticed a huge increase in size for my calves. Looking at photos before and after, I noticed that after biking my calves had gotten very muscular and bulky looking while my thighs got a little but smaller. I now realize that I just happen to bike way too quickly. For anyone with the same problem as me, you just have to slow down the biking
