    I've been working out for 2 months now, all from her videos, everyday for one hour, and I already can see the difference. I can feel my muscles getting stronger, I feel more energetic and I started liking myself. And, believe me, it is really good to finally look in the mirror and be happy with what I see and to know that in a few months it will all be worth it and it would all be thanks to what I do now. I wanted to change myself for years and I feel sorry that I waited so long and that for so long I hated the way I look and I was hiding my body instead of changing it.
    To all of you, who, for some reason, decided to read this comment, don't wait for tomorrow, for the next Monday or for the beginning of the next month, if you want to change something - do it now. Cassey is here to help you :D

      Gisselle Dallas​ whatever you try in the beginning will be hard, because your muscles aren't use to it, so in the first 3-4 days it will hurt. you can start with her beginners calendar and in two weeks you can try other workouts

    Hey Cassey! I'll be 67 years old in September. I have quite bit of arthritis in my hips and back along with chronic sciatica. But none of that stops me. i do at least 8-10 of your videos per week for the past three years now. I like to mix it up. Thank you for being my inspiration! Without exercise I would be a slug in a chair. Love you!!

    I've been doing blogilates for three months now and I can see such a difference. My body is so much stronger and I can do things I never once could. Thank you cassey for allowing me to become a healthier person and always being so inspirational and motivating 💜💜❤❤❤

      Gisselle Dallas I felt the same way, so I started with the beginners calendar and moved on to the monthly calendars. I saw a big difference, my body was alot stronger. I still can't do all of the moves but I'm working my way up to it.

      Nimisha Anole Vincent YES oml my back always hurt whenever i run, esp since i have larger breasts ( not in a bragging way, i actually i hate them bc they always get in the way when i work out haha ) i feel like that puts more weight on my back (??) idk im not sure w the whole science behind it, but its what i feel :--( hope she sees this!!

      numb edits Your back might be hurting because you are hunching forwards. We naturally tend to bend forwards while running. That's not right.
      Like Cassey says in her workout videos, you must roll your shoulder blades backwards, keep your spine straight & jog on your toes rather than your heels (which is what you should do when walking- not while running or jogging though)
      Hunching forward naturally causes the breasts to get heavier because it then has to support the weight of your upper body..
      Try rolling back your shoulders, chest open, keeping your spine straight..
      Watch out for this posture everytime you go running/jogging
      Stop if you are hunching, straighten up & carry on till you don't have to watch it anymore

    I was able to get through the first five minutes without needing a break and that's a big deal for me. I've been watching your videos and doing them daily for about a week now and I am already beginning to feel stronger. Your motivation and humor about how a move actually burns keeps me laughing and wanting to continue. First trainer ever to do that for me. Thanks!

    ive been doing cassey's videos on and off for about 5 years, but i decided to really get into them this month. i changed to a clean diet at the beginning of march, and i've been consistently working out for two weeks now. i love the way it makes me feel. i can see small changes, and those small ones motivate me to keep going. i can't wait to see me a month or two, it's so exciting.

    I don't like Ab exercises but with Cassey they are so much fun! I feel so great now 😄🙌
    I can't believe that I did this workout without a break 😱😱😱 but I am really motivated today and maybe a bit angry bc I'm not losing weight at the moment 😥

    01/21/2020... this is the longest I have been able to stick with one of her workout calendars in over three years. I’ve had lots of issues with my mental health and have gained close to 80 pounds because of it. I decided to take 2020 for me and find myself again. I want to take care of my mind, body, and soul. I haven’t felt this good in years and I honestly look forward to working out every day.

    I used to do her Blogilates every day for three months and I looked and felt amazing!!! She is great and very encouraging and loves what she does!!!! Thank you Casey for doing these videos you have inspired me!!

    Hi! I would like to thanks you because you made me want to try to train and be healthy again. I used to be a competitive swimmer but stopped last year because of struggling with depression and too much stress. I was 16. I was very athletic and in shape, but it wasn't healthy. After stropping it took me a while to want to start doing something with my body again, and you are the one who made me start! I love doing your videos and your big smiles and your personality are making me want to push myself even more each day. I even eat healthier than before. Thank you for everything, sincerely!

Back in 2014, three of your videos each day plus some dieting helped me get into shape for my first date with the man who is now my husband. I credit you for getting me fit and confident for that day. We just did this workout together, and you completely destroyed him, even though he's quite muscular!

    This was the best abs video she's made yet! I have an old back injury so a lot of her ab videos I can only do small parts and I never feel like my abs got the full workout but I was able to do every move of this one and my abs were actually on fire!!! Great job Cassie! You made my day!

    I did part of PIIT 28's Flat Abs Fix Bonus but couldn't make myself finish it. I did the challenge when it first came out, and have done that video a few times since, but I really dread it. I did another random standing ab video before this as well. So, I really didn't think I would finish this, especially since my abs are still sore from ab day the day before yesterday. I FINISHED IT! Just shows you should always believe in yourself

    Sometimes i'm thinking "Maybe i shouldn't be subscribed to this channel! These workouts are too difficult to me and i can't keep up!!!"     Cassy! Thank you for motivating me and helping me better myself. I've recently gotten out of a long term relationship where the man was abusive mentally emotionally physically and verbally. He would constantly call me fat and laugh at me. You are a life saver! I love working out with you :)

    I'm so excited!! Today I did the single leg sit up with one arm behind my head like Cassey! I have never been able to do it without using both arms to give me the momentum to get up! And I kept my leg off the floor until it slowed down. Baby steps to getting stronger!

    I love Cassey's channel. She's always so upbeat and has this aura of confidence that's very inspiring. And I love the way she encourages us to keep going.     Okay okay just gotta freak out for a second because I just did this whole video without taking any breaks for the first time!!! Back when I started with blogilates in June I NEVER would have imagined I could do this! THANK YOU CASSEY for being such a positive, motivational person! Before I found these videos, I would never stay consistent with exercising, but you inspired me to set goals, and assured me that if I worked at it, I could achieve them. I even learned how to do a headstand because of you (even though I always thought they were super scary)!!!!     I follow the work out of this video and two others as an entire workout. Plus I'm really trying my best to eat healthy. I've done those three videos about four or five times every other day and I can ALREADY feel such a difference. I'm fitter got more energy and my body is getting stronger aswell and I LOVE IT!!!

    Cassey, I freaking love your workouts! I'm 26 and I've been struggling for years and years to get fit, and have always been overweight, but after discovering you and your workouts a few months ago, I have NEVER been more motivated in my LIFE to get fit! This one hurt like crazy, but it's the perfect ab workout for me right now because I am able to complete the workout while REALLY pushing myself to keep up! I love all of your workouts, but as time goes on and as I complete the calenders I'm finding more and more workouts that I love and that also push me in all the right ways!     I made it!!!! I started doing ab workouts yesterday, and this video seems so much easier that yesterdays video even though by most it would be classified as harder. Its crazy how your abs can train in one day!!

      Marianna M dont give up..thats how i feel like sometimes to. try doing things u love like maybe cycling, dancing etc. and slowly u will lose weight..dont worry about it too much!!

      Marianna M sometimes it's all mentality kept going at it for a couple more weeks go to a store and try on clothes that were your size and you'll see the difference it helps my mom stay motivated when she does it

      then don't just be really supper fit under-neither from all the workouts and if anyone says you're not fit...my message before was deleted because I told you to prove them wrong and I got a bit carried away

    I tried this today and i really love it. it really feels like she knows exactly what im thinking especially when i feel like giving up. Great energy and definitely would make it a daily routine.
