I always was a fitness girl and did your routines, successfully played soccer and had great cardio. Half a year ago I injured my knee in a game and got surgery. I could not do anything and was really sad and depressed. Know half a year later I can finally go back to being active but its so hard to not finish one move of videos, it really makes me sad that I just can't physically move my body like I would normally. I try so hard to find motivation to keep on going but its so difficult to see myself in such a position. This channel helps me so much and I try to get my strength back, thank you so much cassey for always inspiring me💪

Yup. I honestly wasn't feeling it in my muffins at all, so I did windshield wipers/clappers instead of the kneeling move, and twisted plank hip dips (if you've done "muffin top meltdown" you'll know what I'm talking about) instead of the regular ones she did here. I can actually feel those...a lot.. and it's less force onto your shoulders. Hopefully those work better for you too! happy pilaticizing!
As I was doing this workout, I started to get discouraged. I kept telling myself I couldn't do this and I just started crying. But as I was crying I thought of how much self hate I have for being overweight. I cried through the last 7 minutes but I finished it.
I absolutely love this workout. I've been doing it every day for about 5 days now and I'm not stopping any time soon! I already feel better about my body and can see results in only 5 days. So thankful for great workouts like this :)

I reaaallllyyy want to do this but I am also afraid to overwork myself. I started the 30 day thigh and butt challenge along with whole body slimming and quick burn arms. It has been almost a week since I started and I am really starting to feel a lot better and I can also notice slight changes in my body which makes me really happy and motivates me to continue. After a week or two, I will add this to my daily workout routine, thanks a lot for these videos ☺❤

it's just so sad these side plank moves hurt my shoulders so bad, not in a good way :( because i think i do feel my obliques underneath the shoulder pain.. love the obliques vids without such moves though, maybe you could use more of those (other moves, like that candlestick dipper)?

Little Carpenter and Arianator I'm not Cassie but she might notice your comment if some people reply. ;) Personally I'd recommend doing slower workouts with more weight that focus purely on muscle and not cardio. You should also look up some workouts for your specific body type. Sounds like you're an ectomorph And... if you like it, eat lots of peanut butter! Good luck!
I'm not an expert or something but I believe that you're what you eat. losing , gaining or maintain weight doesn't mean that your body need special or unnatural food. Just know what to choose to achieve your goal and how much is important too. like you probably heard it's recommended to eat more healthy fat and carbs to gain weight. obviously, you need to ask a doctor for more specific info for your condition =D
im in the same boat, its difficult for me to gain weight, due to anxiety and overall just being extremely picky. im a vegetarian and so far, what has helped me feel better lately is getting more good fats, greek yogurt, a lot of nuts, starch foods (potatoes, pastas), adding more fattening dressings to salads, drinking 3% milk, butter. I hope that helps. OH and most importantly, dont force yourself to eat a lot in one sitting, eat many frequent small meals and build it up slowly. good luck x
You can but you have to watch your calories, workout almost everyday enough to get your heart beat up for the whole workout and do this for a long period of time. Which I have been doing for 6 months now and I’ve lost 25 lbs, 1 or 2 lbs per week, doing strength and cardio or Pitt ,and still losing body fat while eating about or close too 1200-1400 calories a day. Eating more healthy foods helps you lose weight faster

Today I've been eating unhealthy nonstop and of course when I feel down I come blogilates and this is it I want to start eating healthy so this is for real this time I'm gonna start eating healthy and get back into old habits by watching blogilates a lot to use every night in doing the work out like old times

make sure your elbows are on a straight line to your shoulder, it hurts less, Cassey had hers at a slight angle when doing the side planks

OMG I never understand how these moves look so easy and relaxing, but are pure torture!!!!! The first bit was death!!! It was a great challenge though, I love blogilates! I've noticed since doing blogilates, I have so much more core strength and it makes other workouts easier. Thanks Cassey, you are amazing xoxox

Also... In the close future, can you make a challenge for pull-ups? I can barely do one, but I have always wished to get to the point of doing more! This would be awesome challenge for our bodies! Looking forward to your new video! :)
