    I just love the fact that you are not one of those girls that have a huge butt or a super tiny tiny waist. You are beautiful and super healthy and I love it! Sometimes I watch videos and feel bad cause I feel like if I don't have a big butt then I'm not pretty cause apparently that's the definition of fit nowadays... I'm not saying that having a big butt is wrong at all, I'm trying to say that you influence people to be healthy and workout to first feel good on the inside and then on the outside, so thank u so much! plz don't take this comment the wrong way, I'm not trying to insult anyone ♡

      Aylen Abraham don’t buy into that bs. A lot of people do naturally have bigger hips and small waists because of their body shape. And that’s okay. And not having that is also okay. People are really buying into that image and don’t even realize it. The only ideal that matters is the one you set for yourself and accept. The grass isn’t always greener on the other side. I’ve always had a larger butt (pear shaped) and I used to haaaate it. People stare and make comments and assume you’re wearing certain things for attention. Guys will sometimes touch your butt or say stuff without invitation.
      Basically what I’m saying is love yourself. There’s no one perfect body. And don’t buy into the media’s crap. They tear people down so they can sell them products and other crap. I love Cassey for this reason, she just wants us to be the best versions of *ourselves* .

      Aylen Abraham I completely agree with you, i feel like the meaning and image of being fit has been distorted in a way. Like you said, there's nothing wrong with having a big butt or a small waist, but you don't need to have those things in order to be healthy or fit! As long as you make an effort to eat as healthy as you can and be active everyday then that's enough!
      (P.S. I see you Suga, I love him 😭)

    after a whole week of thighs, June 1st 2020 probably had more squats and lunges than I would have liked, but I tried my best. finished day one of June 2020!

    Not too long ago, I almost cried in frustration for not being able to do some of the moves properly (I’m looking at you Total Body Tone Fest vid) and for taking long breaks. But Cassey always said, “Any work is progress” so I felt better. This is the first time I’ve actually worked out consistently. Give yourself credit. If you’re like me, a beginner, just remind yourself that it takes time and most importantly, you’re moving your body instead of doing nothing.

    WOW!!!!! Just getting back on the Blogilates wagon!! And boy does it feel good to be back!!!! I have to say I really like the outdoor workout vib!! And although I don't live in an apartment. I REALLY appreciate this no jumping workout, it really saves my knees!!!!!! Thankyou so much Cassey !! there were times during this that I just wanted to quit, but YOU kept me going!!! Love you so much Thankyou!!!!!

    i love how real cassie is. i hate that some people say she "isn't even that fit" etc. everyone's body shape and genetic composition is different. those super ripped workout people, with bodies people expect are probably orthorexic and all they do is workout. I've heard that from quite a few people like that. i love you cassie. i love your workouts. Its like working out with a friend. 💗💗

    Did the beginner's 2.0 calendar and now doing the March calendar and already getting compliments on looking better! I should've started doing these videos a long time ago instead of using weight machines with less results. Would have saved me a lot in gym memberships!

    Day 1 of June done!! The whole set was so enjoyable and I had to really push myself at times 🤩 although I am so used to seeing timer on the screen and every minute suddenly felt like forever. Looking forward to day 2!! 💪🏻

    Cassey, thanks again for coming to Chicago! It was so cool being able to talk to you face to face. I always feel like we're having an intimate conversation on RUclips, but obviously I'm never able to respond. It was so amazing to finally do that! I was afraid I wouldn't be able to complete your live workout after sustaining a back injury, but it seems like I regained enough strength just in time for your visit. Keep up the good work, and hopefully I'll be able to meet you again soon!

    POV: you just finished the June 1, 2020 calendar day and your entire body seems to be slightly vibrating but especially your thighs after leg week and four videos that all KILLED your legs... but you're still grateful to work out and sweat and get your mind off of everything stressing you out and you're very happy!

    Cried in the end of the video, I got so proud over myself for doing the last moves without any well, tricks so it wouldn't hurt so much, now i did the whole video. So EXTREMLY proud.

    I LOVE this kind of cardio workout! My neighbors are sooo sensitive so anything involving jumping is impossible to do unless I want to get in trouble 😂 so more apartment friendly cardio please!💞

    I haven't done any Blogilates in A MONTH because I was sick for about 2 weeks and after that I have been gradually recovering from it... Now my energy is coming back and this was the first Blogilates workout I've done after being sick. I feel GOOD!

    this is probably my favorite workout ever - it is quick, no juming, I can do it even when my ankle is having a bad day and I think that while it is not the most challening workout, it is also not super easy and Cassey's encouraging words are always at the right time! ♥

    Officially been doing Blogilates for a month now! When I came back to this workout, I was surprised to find out how much stronger I was! I didn't have to take any breaks, and I still felt the burn, and I WAS SO PROUD OF MYSELF!
    So just some encouragement to other Popsters out there: You can do it! It will be difficult and you might have days where you're too tired, and that is perfectly okay! But the important thing is that you make the effort to KEEP GOING. Change happens, but it happens over time. So you got this.

    This was my first ever video and I couldn't do it without breaks but now it's one of the easier workouts lol Cassey is the best! She's the only reason I work out now, she makes it so fun!

    Thank you for this video today Cassey. I felt so extremely groggy when I woke so I stayed in bed late and I didn't think I would get a workout in before work but it was so short I said there was no way I can't fit this in before showering. Now I feel sweaty, less groggy, and ready to get ready for work today. ❤

    I just actually finished the whole playlist of Cassey's 6 videos that I put together myself + did 15 min stretching beforehand. I love the fact that this is a non-jumping cardio vid and it still got my heartbeat up...very appreciated it! I am proud of myself I got back on track with Cassey again...I have been exercising with her for over 4 years or even more, I always get back to it no matter how lazy I get cus I know that this works and it is not only good for my body, it is the food that my soul is craving :)

    Anyone here got any advice on how to stop neck pain during exercise, especially floor work? Its the main thing forcing me to stop exercising...

      Ambi1349 when your doing ab workouts try to lift with your chest and abs instead of your neck, how just pretend your lifting with your chest you will feel a change, it helped me!

      Ambi1349 i have problems with neck while doing all types of crunches. I suppose it's because my abs aren't that strong enough so my body tries to get me up using different muscles. What helps me a lot is putting my feet under the bed (it's really close to the floor) so it's basically the same thing as if someone would knee on your feet. This way it doesn't allow me to use different muscles than my abs, even though I sometimes don't get all the way up since my abs can't do it yet.

      I also have this problem so I stopped trying to go all the way up during situps. Instead of putting my hands behind my head, I put it behind my neck, to insure that I'm not craning it - that I'm keeping it aligned with my spine. (As Jillian Michaels said "the neck is not invited to the ab party" Lol.
      There are still certain Pilates moves in Cassey's workouts have that hurts my neck, so I'm trying to figure out my posture & such. Good luck!

      try strengthening your ab muscles with other less painful workouts so your body doesn't have to try to lift you up with other muscles :)

    part of why I don't do cardio much (during the winter and fall) is because I live on the top floor and I'm afraid of bothering my neighbors and the apartment gym is always full but this really eliminates my excuses and I'm excited that you made this video it really helps a lot! Thanks so much girly!

    Yay a cardio work out without jumping :). Also LOVE the new scene - outdoors workout vids are LIFE right now since I live in the north where the scenery is grey and cold right now. Do a beach one when it warms up enough, those were awesome :) I hope to see a back work out one soon, it's been a while since the last one and yours are always fun to do!

    It's amazing how I couldn't stick to the workouts for even just a few days when I first tried blogilates and now here I am, having rediscovered it quite a while later and I'm already on month three without skipping a single day! It feels so good to accomplish things that I wasn't able to do in the beginning - burpees are one of the easiest and actually kind of fun exercices, I finally managed to actually do a proper side plank and there's just so much more ♥

    Would you be willing to do more full length cardio videos? I know you want us to redo the video a few times but I've never really liked doing it that way. I usually try and find 25 - 30 minute cardio videos. I really enjoy your upbeat attitude. It helps me get through these workouts. So it would just be cool if you had a few I can do. Thank you!!!       Amelia Stefanova I know it's not the same, but I broke my.. Uh crossed knee ligaments a few years ago, and i got surgery and it's fine now. I mean I don't run for hours, because it would damage the knee, but I got my flexibility and my strength back:) hope u fell better soon and that you can get back to working out :) greetings from Germany

    I love doing workouts that make me sweat and out of breath- it makes me feel like I'm really working and improving myself! Thanks for making these videos, they're amazing!
    I was using these videos and working out a lot during basketball season, but I've definitely had a fallout in my exercise. Started working out again today, and I feel great! Thanks again!

    Hey Cassey I have a problem.
    I used to do your workouts everyday but now I can't. I had a knee operation at the end of last year which is why I can't do a lot of things involving the knees. This workout is a no for me :/
    I gained weight because I couldn't move anymore. Even jogging is difficult. I want to get fit again. Do you have any exercises I could do?

      try to do walking only and walking in the sea or swimming pool is the best and swimming till your knee will get strong again i got the same problem

      I pulled a calf a while ago. Over the time I was recovering, I followed videos that had few moves that put pressure on my lower legs. Whenever the next move did put pressure on knees and/or calves, I stopped and waited for the next move. I resumed when they moved on to something I could follow. I think I was following exercise videos based on ab, arm, and back workouts.

    It's been like more of three weeks since I don't really do exercises. My health wasn't so good, and now I am a little better. This is a good workout to start working out again. It seems easy, but those squats really burn. Love that this is low impact! are the kind of workouts I like more. Thank you Cassey ❤

    I would love it if you could put together an exercise routine for people with "dodgy" knees (meaning no squats, jumping-jacks or lunges or similar). I really need to build up my stamina but at the same time I need to look after my knee and it is really hard to find suitable workouts.

    Great workout! I'm 70, and if I can do it, all the younger girls can! Just enough, I don't need more than 10 or
    15 minutes. Gets the heart rate up, for sure. And the kid is cute.

    during may I am doing a challenge where I do 3 of Cassie's videos per day, plus eating healthy. I also try to do cardio... I recommend this, so far it's going really well!
