January 14, 2017(*): OMG! Today was SO hard! I had stopped doing the cardio workouts for about two or three months because they were on Saturdays and I was super busy. Last Saturday was the first workout I had done in a while, and it was hard, but TODAY, today was excruciatingly difficult! Made it all the way through, though.
True, January 14th is crazy! But you meant 2017! Haha :D Start doing cardio again, it's just about 30 minutes a day, right? You can do this, I believe in you, just like Cassey believes in us :D

Casey for some reason I was really tired and lethargic and didn't feel like working out. Somehow, hearing you during your workout got me so pumped! I did this four rounds like a beast and was almost ready for a fifth round! Thank you for everything and you do and never stop! Love you
I found this while looking for other cardio ideas, anyone who is *new* and ready to lose some weight let me give you some tips. I've over thought too many things, I started counting macros and being super picky on what I eat and it resulted in nothing, it feels horrible. So don't setup something impossible for yourself, it'll result in giving up. *1*. Try to get some cardio in the morning, follow this up with a normal workout routine later in the day. *2*. Eat healthy but don't worry about macros such as carbs, protein and fat. Just try and get a good balance. *3*. Make sure you are aware of how much calories you're consuming, creating a proper calorie deficit is key to losing fat. The only time i'll advise being a little picky is after your workout. Try to consume a high carb/protein meal directly after your workout, this is proven to increase muscle healing and growth. I wish the best of luck to everyone.
Haha, I don't hate them (fbc has my favourite workout song :D), but I still feel a little uneasy when I know I'll have to do them! The only thing that really makes me scream is the 1000 squats challenge ;)
I may only be almost 12 years old but I love cardio and seeing how far I can push myself. I play soccer and basketball and when I’m bored I just starting doing sit ups and push ups. I think I just have a hard work ethic and I just love pushing myself. Thank you so much your so encouraging and amazing, keep doing you. I used to be incredibly active and have been very out of shape for the last 3 years but I decided to pause my netflix and do this right now and while I wasn't able to keep up with her pace or perfect form I got through it faster than I thought and got a great easy quick workout!

Heres a tip! Instead of doing the same cardio workout 4x try do 4 DIFFERENT cardio workouts. That way you still get the benefit, but you aren't doing the exact same moves everytime ☺️
I'm a long distance runner...I sweat more during this one workout than I did running. I'm doing this with several of your other cardio workouts this morning because it's too cold to run outside...thanks for the burn!

Heres a tip!
Instead of doing the same cardio workout 4x try do 4 DIFFERENT cardio workouts. That way you still get the benefit, but you aren't doing the exact same moves everytime ☺️

I'm a long distance runner...I sweat more during this one workout than I did running. I'm doing this with several of your other cardio workouts this morning because it's too cold to run outside...thanks for the burn!

No.. *heavy breathing and heart is jumping out* sorry, I can't do this 3 more times.. I will work my way up so I can do this four times! But right now, I don't feel like I can do it.. I did it one time. And I'm proud! Wooo, I'm really sweating and my heart is pumpig so fast!! 😄👊💪

Cassey, i love you, but three videos with burpees in one day, one of them being 100 burpee burnout? i don't think I will be able to walk in about two minutes when I try to get up off the floor.

OH MAI GAH!!! My chest feels as if is gonna EXPLODE, this is unbelievable goooooddd, I'm actually in the beginners calendar (2nd time that I'm doing it) and I've been trying new cardio stuff before the workout of the day and I've seen a LOT of improvement in my strength since I started a month and a half, THANK YOU CASSEY!! Usually when there are 4 rounds, I try and do all four of them... but today after 100 burpee and other 2 fat burning videos (with burpees again) I'm just about to say "1 round of this is ENOUGH" for today...
4 rounds is when you don't follow the calendar, right? Or did I always understand it wrong?😐

Vanessa Martínez yeah u r right, but sometimes she does only one leg, so anyway u hv to go for 2 rounds at least... I was trying to push myself and do cardio workouts all 4 rounds but this one I just couldn't and told myself: since I was doing the other calendar workouts one round of this wo would be more than enough ))

am i the only one who really struggles with the donkey kicks with both legs? like i dont have the momentum or something to jump my legs up so high that they touch my butt... i'll get there one day tho lol
